If I could do 0 stars that would still be more than they deserve. Wish I could tell you who ruining my eyebrows but she never gave me her name or barely spoke to me. I went for an eyebrow wax and tint. She offered to do threading, big mistake, HUGE. She CUT my brows with scissors and left huge uneven pieces. She then proceeded to thread my brows so fast and hard that she nicked my skin under my brows and took out a bunch of hairs horizontally across of just one eyebrow. Looks horrible. She also left hairs all around the eyebrow so it's sloppy as heck. This is after she gave my eyelashes a lift which she slopped on with her finger. Who knows if she used gloves. The perm solution ran into my eyes making them sting and turn my eyes red as hell. Had to throw away my contacts. The place is dark and uninviting. I got the vibe that I was bothering them. Never ever again. I have to now go and have them waxed to fix them. read more

I've been coming here for almost a decade. My eyebrows get threaded and I get the lash lift. I've never experienced any problems with either service. They clean up my eyebrows perfect. The women are so kind here. Everything is sanitary. For the lash lifts, it's a quick service even on a lunch break. My eyes have never experienced any burning and the lift lasts about 2 months. Got my eyebrows threaded around thanksgiving time, Service was rushed and eyebrows were thinned out I told that lady she did them to thin she then blamed my eyebrows and said I needed an eyebrow tint. Would highly suggest going somewhere else if you don't want to have thin uneven eyebrows. read more

the owner provides good service but Saturday I had cluster lashes put on it was the worst set of lashes I have ever had done... the separation, the amount of glue used had my lashes white with gunk had they been open Sunday I would of gone in for them t remove them. worst experience I will never go back! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about 3 years now. Usually they do an okay job.( depending on who's working) today I went in and got terrible service. My eyebrows now have a terrible dip in theme opposite of an arch. They look terrible. She also didn't even bother wiping the hair off my eyes before handing me a mirror and rushing me out the door. I had set an Appt over FB and the address they gave didn't match the profile name I was messaging. The lady was nice. She didn't clean my lashes (I didn't know this was supposed to be done before applying) and put medical tape under my eyes. The lashes took about 1 hr to apply. When I opened my eyes the outer corner of my right eye was glued together. I told the lady that and she used something to pull them apart, hurt a lot. For days my eyes would hurt if I sneezed or closed them too tightly. I could feel lashes stabbing my lower lid. I developed a stye on the same corner of my eye that was glued together. I had to see my eye doctor and was told there was glue blocking the hair follicles. I had them removed and the stye went away. The tech that removed my lashes said there was indeed an overuse of glue and the clusters were too heavy for extensions. When my two week appointment for fills came around I let the lady know what happened and she didn't acknowledge any of the issue. Lesson learned. I have since gotten a new set applied and there is a HUGE difference in the weight and feeling. read more

First time coming here and NEVER again will I ever come to this place. I came during my lunch break and absolutely nobody was inside to greet me or anything. About a few minutes later, somebody finally peeped around the corner from the back to acknowledge me and said to have a seat and they'll be with me in a bit. I sat there in the front ALONE for about 10-15 minutes and nobody ever came back out. I literally was the only client there. I am unsure of how many staff were there or if they were at lunch, maybe servicing another client in the back....who knows, but some communication of how long the wait would be would have been nice. Also, the whole time I can hear more than one person in the back talking and laughing like if nobody was there waiting. Very unprofessional. A little advice, if no one is available to provide services, close your business for lunch break, it's very rude to have clients waiting. read more

My fiancée went today to get his eyes brows just thread clean up, but he ended up with the worst job ever. He had one eyebrow thinner and the form is completely off even after telling the lady that he saw the mistake and wanted it fixed as much possible the lady ignored him and kept making it thinner. We are beyond upset of the poor service given it destroyed our dinner plans since we had pictures to be taken for our engagement today. If I could give it a negative number I would. Okay so I call this place telling them what happened and they HANG UP ON ME I was trying to set a appointment to get my eyelashes redone and then she tells me I called the wrong place and gives me a FAKE NUMBER! So unprofessional DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREI got my eyelashes and eyebrows done here less than 5-6 days ago and my eyelashes are already falling out in clumps they told me that they would last for three weeks and they've only lasted five days I would not recommend going there at all HORRIBLE Never had this issue with eyelashes before and my eyebrows look crooked this place literally just does eyelashes and eyebrows ALL DAY!!! Been going here for about 3 years and always loved the way they did my brows. But the service has definitely went down. I got henna brows done on a Monday by Thursday the ink was completely faded and that never happens. I didn't complain. Went again a couple weeks later for eyebrow threading and the lady completely changed my shape and messed up my eyebrows. One was thin and one was thick. She just kept threading hair from the thin one instead of fixing the thick one! She didn't apologize at all when I complained only said that she wouldn't charger me. Then went to sit on the couch on her phone. While I tried to fix my brows with a eyebrow pencil smfh. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK!! The 2 women working didn't have on mask and one had sniffles and a cough. read more

If I could I would rate no stars!! I went to do my eyelashes and one was higher then the other and the glue burned my eyes so bad and when it dried I realized they put it in my eyelid! I went for the first time because a friend got her eyebrows threaded here and they had a very nice shape. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and saw they offered a tinting service for your eyebrows which I thought would be perfect for me since I do not wear make up often. They came out amazing.... too bad it only lasted 2 days rather than the 2 weeks they said it would. I would never do tinting again at this location. read more

This spot used to be wonderful - great price, painless, and nice ladies. However, recently the lady who does my brows (new) has been quite curt and rude. She made comments on my facial hair, telling me if I did not get rid of one part, I would look "bad" because I have "too much hair". She ignored requests even though I told her multiple times what I wanted. At the end, I tell her each time that I cannot have oil put on because my skin is sensitive, and each time she continues to do it anyway. I went in to get my eyebrows threaded yesterday and asked the woman to simply clean them up, not shape them. I like to keep my brows thick but neat. Not only did she over thread my eyebrows, she shaped them both differently and they each have a distinct thickness. When I pointed it out she got upset. I had to ask her to fix it three times, and she still didn't do it right. She was short with me and shooed my hand away from my eyebrows when I was pointing out what I wanted done. I'm mad that I paid to have uneven eyebrows. I dont think I'll ever come here again. read more
