I specifically told her "I want to keep them long, and do not make them thin, they just need to be cleaned up". This is not clean they are now so thin I will have to put makeup on them, AND NOT BY CHOICE!!!!! My roommate told me this was a good place to get services done, I can not say the same. I had beautiful thick eyebrows when I walked in. This is robbery! I seriously can't believe the guy at the front counter tried arguing with me that "she just cleaned them, and that they are not thin". So now he is a liar, and blind! So then he tries telling me "my eyebrows are bad because I didn't tip" you pay after the service, and since I'm missing an eyebrow I most definitely did not tip. If I could give this place -5 I would, and the room we went to had dead roaches in it on the floor that's awful.
