I was super disappointed in the service and pedicure I received. They seem pretty busy, so maybe because I didn't have an appointment they treated me differently? My pedicure was not even pretty when I left. Polish looked like it desperately needed another coat and was not even close to the skin in some parts! Lee has been my nail tech for the past two years. He's creative, innovative, and has a natural talent for making hands look amazing. He tells me "no" 98% of the time, because he has something else spectacular in mind. I don't know what I'd do without him on my hands! Thao does my pedis. She is quick, attentive, and makes my feet feel like velvet! My pedis last forever when she does them. My polish doesn't chip, and my skin stays soft. The salon is clean, cool, and comforting. The owner is rude, told me to shut up when I tried telling him what was wrinand instead of fixing my messed up nails he threatens to call the cops on me for not paying. Don't come here unless you want to be harassed and treated terribly. Update 2/20/20 As you can see the owner replied. You can see exactly what kind of business he is running. Still thinks money is more important than poorly done nails. This harassment follows even after you leave the business. Don't just take my word for it though. Horrible experience! Nails horrid! First, I called to inquire if they had a particular nail service. The lady on the phone told me yes, so I drove 14 minutes happily...only to learn nope they did not provide the service. Even though when I arrived I confirmed with the nail tech and she said yes again! Then as they drilled my nails and prepared to add acrylic, I said oh no wait! What are you doing? I didn't ask for acrylic. The response was oh that's what we have, we don't do hot gel (what I requested). So why wouldn't they tell me that before they drilled my nails and left me with saw dust!! So of course without any options I let them proceed and they guy did horrible! He rushed so much that he told me I was done when he'd only filed one hand And the polish oh my! I said hmm don't you need to do the same to my other hand to which he huffed, sloppily obliged and again told me I was done. There are literal gaps in the nail paint that I pointed out and he told me to be careful! Oh and let's not forget he saw brush particles on my nail from the brush as he was polishing and continued to cement them on my nail with more polish! Like I've had poor service in nail Salons but this by far takes the cake! Then they charged me $45 for this service!! I was there less than 30 mins. Insane! I absolutely do not recommend anyone spend their hard earned money at a place that does not care about their customers and will lie to get you in the door to take your money knowing good and well they don't provide the service! I had a wonderful experience at Lee Nails!!! They were quick, thorough and gave me exactly what I wanted with my solar nails. A couple days after I got them, my hand got caught in a shopping cart and my thumb nail popped right in half and broke off. I called to see if they would fix it and was told to come later that day and got in right away. Tony fixed my nail and it looks exactly the same as the other nails! read more

This is the best nail place I have ever been to. Lee is super talented and Courtney is very kind and a nice person to talk to. They made sure my mom and I got complete attention and made sure they didn't burn me with the wax, hot towels, and stones. You get what you pay for and they have points to where when you get a certain amount, you get dollars off your next visit. I've been going to see Tim for my mani dips. I decided to give their pedi services another try. This time Tony did it for me. I chose the Signature Pedi that included 15 min oil and lotion massage, callus maintenance, and a paraffin wax treatment. I must say that it was wonderful. He did a very neat job and I nearly fell asleep. I usually get a little anxious with the callus maintenace because I'm ticklish and nervous about technicians being overly zealous but my concerns were quickly put to rest. Tim and Tony are awesome! They are so fucking rude, all I wanted was my daughters nails painted and they made me feel like it was such an inconvenience.

Don't go to this salon! I asked for punk and white gel nails that were rounded and they assured me that they were able to do them....4 hours later I left the salon without nails they don't have any idea about to do them and when I asked to have them removed so that I could leave they left me soaking in acetone for almost an hour while they worked on another customer. I'm surprised they are still in business! They also use the same file on all customers. So unsanitary! read more
