I've been coming here for months, after I need to find a new place. Joann has done a wonderful job every time. I do a gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I love being able to match toes and fingers. :). Joann is also willing to do nail art for me. I'll bring her an inspiration picture and then she does the rest. I'm attaching the one design she did for me when I wanted a "fall design". I appreciate that she makes appointments and that I can book in advance as well. They are my go to place! read more

first off I went to get my toes done after waiting for more than a half hour the water got cold. then when I get the girl to do my toes i noticed how she didn't get new tools and was using the same foot scrubber and nail clippers had a spoon and jars for the pedicure was scrapping it along the foot scrub bush and re dipping her dirty hands into the jar. the pedicure was sub par the gel polish o got didn't last a week on my toes. don't go here don't waste your money and someone lead to a place where they can do a health inspection on the facility before someone gets a infection read more

Let me say first, I wanted to like this place! I really did! I usually go to Beautiful Nails and Spa, but my manicurist (Johnny - he's amazing) didn't have any more appointments available and I needed my nails done that day so I went to Annie's instead. I will say, I loved how it wasn't crowded at all (looking back, maybe me being the only one in there was a sign ) . The interior is beautiful and relaxing. Annie herself is so nice and I enjoyed talking to her. I did not get a pedicure so I cannot comment on that - it may be great! However, she did not do anything I asked her to do. First of all I wanted coffin shaped nails. I wanted a deep "V" French and I wanted them "cut" with a cutter tool not painted. I'm including a picture of what I wanted and showed her versus what I got. I probably explained it to her 20 different times. She would tell me she was going to paint it, and I kept telling her no, I wanted it "cut" with the cutter tool and a brush dipped in acrylic. I honestly don't think she knew what I was talking about and I am not a nail artist, so I don't know all the technical terms. All I know is at Beautiful Nails, that's what they call it and that's what it said online. She finally just said let me do it my way and it will look just like that picture because I've been doing nails over 20 years. I was tired of trying to explain it so I just gave up. What she ended up doing was exactly what I told her NOT to do: no coffin, she did a regular French, she painted it on, there was no V-shape at all and it was along my natural short nail line. I hated them and I was in tears when I got in my car. When I paid, she charged me $70! I pay $55 at Beautiful Nails and that's even for dip powder. It took her 2 hours too! I'm in and out of my normal salon in 45 minutes. I know it's not just me, because another woman came in and kept trying to tell the other manicurist what she wanted (encapsulated) and he did not understand at all. She argued with him for about 10 minutes. She finally had to show him a you tube tutorial (I should've done that). My daughter and I understood what she was asking for. I hope hers turned out better than mine. Final thoughts, I think the problem is they're very old-fashioned/old school and they obviously don't keep up with trends or continue their education. I think especially in nail art, you HAVE to keep up with the trends to stay in business. I'm sure they're good at doing a manicure if you just want something basic or simple like just tips and one color dip or just a plain French. I wish they had just told me they didn't do that or didn't know what I meant. Better for me to go somewhere else and them lose one sale then for me to write a review warning other potential buyers. That's my opinion. If you're wanting something trendier, stylish, or something more complex do not go here - go to Beautiful Nails. If you want something very basic and don't mind paying $10-20 more with privacy and good conversation and a whole afternoon to waste, then go here. read more

Joanne is absolutely fantastic and does an amazing job on my messed up feet huge fishtank and super comfortable temperature, massage chair and waiting chairs. they know what they're doing and I'm completely satisfied every time I go. maybe you should go more than once and get to know them? read more

I took an elderly couple with me to get their nails done. She couldn't decided if she wanted a manicure and kept saying yes then no. The owner doing someone's nails proceeded to ask me in a rude way"does she want her nails done or no??" I said yes she does. Then after we left she wanted her shoes back on and her nails have been drying the past 30 Minutes. He said no? She can't have her shoes they need to dry..?? All rude again! And then tells the nail tech something in Chinese and they both laugH. He walks away in Attitude. I don't understand the issue. Her nails came out bad they left the nail polish around her nails amd didn't clean. The owner literally was the rudest and not polite. Take your business elsewhere. There is a reason they don't have business and never busy, he needs to fix his attitude. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Staff - rude and they don't understand you nor do they follow directions when you try to speak clearly and understand there's a language barrier. Prices - the most overpriced nail salon I have ever been to and they blame their higher prices on supply costs. Call and ask their prices and then call nearby salons and ask their prices. Sadly, this is the closest salon to me and right by my gym, but I will never be back. read more

I had a great first experience here, but the second time I had a man do my pedicure and he injured my toe. It was 5 weeks ago and I'm still healing. He sliced my toe the entire length of my nail. Came in to get a full set for my prom next weekend and asked for a coffin shape and my left hand shape of my nails are completely different than my right hand. On my left hand, most of the nails do not look the same and they aren't straight and it's driving me crazy. Long time customer. However, after this week, I'm sad to say my family and I will no longer be going there. I put on a full set of acrylic nails about 2 weeks ago. Not even a week and a half with them on, they started to pop off. I had 4 nails come off within 3 days of each other. Not only did that happen, but my real nails were GREEN underneath!! Turns out, that I now have a bacterial infection due to the acrylics and the people not sterilizing their tools. Then on top of it all, they charged me to have them removed!! read more

I'm so angry right now. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure, ended up getting the deluxe. I got my daughter one also. They started us at different times, spoke and laughed in Vietnamese while glancing up at us the entire time. That made me feel very uncomfortable. Then I got CUT, not a little scrape, a GOUGE, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Had she paid attention to me and not her cell phone, maybe this would not have happened. My toe is sore, bruised, still bloody and I pray to God I do not get an infection!!! I was not offered a discount or no charge for this, but just an "ooops, you have thin skin, sorry". I get dip nails and pedicure every time and have always been satisfied. Love the way Chris does my nails! Very natural looking and can easily get two weeks before they start looking like it's time to go again. I have tried many places around this area and I like Annie's the best hands down. read more

Very poor service! I sat waiting for a pedicure with my feet soaking for over 20 minutes. The water was cold. They attended to a couple who came in 10 minutes after I had been waiting my turn , and put them in front of me. They offered them wine and water, and never asked me if I wanted something to drink. It was a blatant form of discrimination! It felt like we were back in the 1950's! It was awful!! And the manicurist's explanation was literally "because he was a man". Wow! read more

I went in for powder dip nails - JoAnn did them the 1st time for me. Beautiful! The thickness was just right and the shape was great. However, within a few days the top coat started to peel. They apparently use a cheap brand. I have had NexGen before and there is no top coat to add and they don't require a UV light either to dry them. When I went back for fills I explained what happened and they said since I waited 3wk that's why. Well again, this does not happen with NexGen. I went ahead and had a refill done and got a pedicure. I wear shellac gel on my toes to help keep them stronger and instead of soaking it off she literally peeled and picked it off my toes taking the top layer of my toenail with it!! This was Monday - it is now Friday and my power dip nails are already starting to peel! Unless they spend the money to use a quality power product I will not be back & I certainly won't ever be getting a pedicure from them again! read more
