My daughter and I decided to have quick mommy and me pedis. The salon is very elegant and the restroom is clean, love the layout. Arina & Linsey were great and worked quick but not rushed. I was asked if I wanted to turn on the back massager and have a drink I said no to the drink but did turn on the massager, my daughter was given a small bottled water. The price of the services were fair, the only negative is that they did not offer UV light or a small fan to dry my nails and as soon as I step out of the salon I messed up both my big toes. Just under two weeks ago, I decided to try this new nail salon because my regular nail tech was out of state, and I couldn't get an appointment with any of my backup techs. I went here for a full set of pink and white acrylics. At first, I was happy with them and thought they looked great. Fast forward to today--I looked down and noticed something wasn't right. So, I went back to the salon. The man at the front assured me, "We'll fix it. We'll make it right." That sounded fair, so I sat down. After the technician looked at my nails, she stepped away and came back with the same man. He told me I needed an entirely new set because my nails were lifting. I reminded him that I had just gotten this set done here less than two weeks ago. He then said he would "only charge me for a fill" and even give me a discount on top of that. Based on what he told me, I agreed because he said it would be less than $50, which he said was the fill price for pink and white. When I got to the register, my total was $85. More than the 1st defective set! I questioned the price because he had told me it would be about $50 with a discount. His response was that pink and white fills cost extra and that he "didn't charge me to remove the old set." Excuse me? The only reason the old set had to be removed was because it was lifting after less than two weeks. Not charging me to remove their own defective work is not a discount. Instead of trying to understand why I was upset, he argued with me and acted like I was the one being unreasonable. I told him I wouldn't be back, and he sarcastically replied, "Okay." Meanwhile, the other owner--who had been talking just fine before--suddenly seemed to have no idea what was going on while the first man continued making insulting comments in another language, that anyone could see. I confronted them about it and they froze...surprise, translator apps exist.  The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional. Standing behind your work and treating customers with respect goes a long way, and unfortunately, I received neither. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon to anyone. If you decide to try them, just be aware that if something goes wrong with their work, don't expect them to truly make it right and they will be very rude about it too. read more

I waited a month before writing this review because I wanted to be sure my impressions were fair. I've been to Vilagio Nail Spa twice. Since it's brand new, the salon is beautiful--bright, clean, modern, and very inviting. During my first visit, I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, although I was surprised that an electric drill was used on both my toenails and fingernails. I know some salons use one, even for gel polish removal, but it was my first experience having a drill used for a standard gel service. The technician only lightly went around the cuticle area, so it wasn't a major concern. What was disappointing was the manicure itself. There was no real manicure experience--no cuticle treatment, no hand massage, no warm soak, and only cold water. It felt rushed and in my experience, wasn't even a basic manicure. On my second visit, I saw a different technician for another gel manicure and an eyebrow wax. The manicure initially looked nice, but the amount of filing with the drill was excessive. My nails were drilled down more aggressively than they have ever been with dip powder or acrylic tips. A month later, my natural nails are still paper-thin, weak, and tear easily. They are the most damaged they've ever been. My nails are normal nails - not full of ridges, dents, etc. The eyebrow wax was even more disappointing. I've had my eyebrows professionally waxed dozens of times, so I know what to expect. My eyebrows are naturally thin and very light, not thick or full. The entire service lasted maybe two minutes. There was one quick pass on each eyebrow, and that was it. The stray hairs along the outer edges of both brows--including the noticeable hairs extending toward my cheekbones--weren't touched at all. It felt rushed and incomplete. I really wanted to love this salon because it's beautiful and conveniently located. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I won't be returning. If maintaining healthy natural nails is important to you, I would think carefully before scheduling a gel manicure here. read more

I'm extremely disappointed! I went in last saturday for a full set and the next day both of my thumbs broke off. I went in and got them fixed and on Wednesday my pointer finger broke and today friday my pinky finger broke. Not even a week since i got them done! They are way too thin. read more

Called in and made appointment for six pedicures. When we arrived there were "reserve" tags on six chairs so we could all be together. They sang happy birthday to my granddaughter and had a cupcake for her with candle. Top notch service and the most friendly staff I've ever had. We all received great pedicures and I come here for manicures as well. They never disappoint! read more

I booked 6 pedicures and 1 full set for a wedding party last Friday morning. Booking was easy, they were able to accommodate my large party, and we were treated so well! Staff was friendly and attentive! I chose this salon because of location and the amount of "chairs" but to my surprise, I received the BEST pedicure I have had since moving to the area 4 years ago!
