Came in with my husband for pedicures, first time in. Our nail technicians were Amy and Holly. After they greeted us and showed us to our respective pedicure chairs they offered us drinks. I chose a champagne and hubby had a margarita, nice touch. Amy was pleasant throughout our interaction and inquired if I'd like my nails cut shorter than what she had already done and cut them shorter when I'd said that I'd like them shorter. Terrible service. My nail tech, Amy cut my right index finger cuticle, it wouldn't stop bleeding. I told her to please be more gentle and she was dismissive. I had to ask the manager for a band aid. I hope I don't get an infection from this cut. It's not worth $37 for a gel manicure when you don't feel comfortable. I won't be returning. Go elsewhere! read more

I went to this place today for the first time and I am very disappointed! I asked for a pedicure No one told me where the colors were, so I had to ask myself. An elderly lady that attended to me, did not look happy when I asked her for the book, let alone another one when I didn't find the color I wanted. She rushed the entire pedicure and didn't even do everything she was suppose to. Very rude, clear polish on my skin! So disappointed. My daughter and I splurged on manicures and pedicures. It was her little break from a very stressful week. My mani and pedi went great, but the gentleman who did my daughter's manicure nicked her fingers and made her bleed. She had at least 4 different cuticle cuts. We paid and when we got to the car, she showed me her bleeding fingers. We went back in to show them, and they put antiseptic on her fingers. When I asked them to refund her for the manicure, they said they couldn't do that. She paid $112 for her gel mani and pedicure and they gave her a $15 gift card. We won't be going back. read more

Nice clean salon. My rating is due to the bait and switch pricing. They ask if you want gel for a pedicure then charge $20 on top of the price of the pedicure. Huh? Doesn't the pedicure include the nail polish? Then when you change from gel to regular polish they charge you extra to take off the gel. Again, don't you already have to take off the polish to do a new pedicure? They are more focused on the money than the customer service and repeat customers. read more

I normally don't write reviews but I really feel like you need to teach your staff to be be more careful. I normally love coming here and so does my daughter and lots of our friends. However when I came in a few days ago the lady was super rough on my feet. She was using the fiie and not paying attention and was filing the skin on my toes not just the nail like she should be. And then she was taking the file and just going across all of my toes at once instead of individually so she was scraping skin around the nail really roughly. I kept saying ouch but she kept going. I could tell she was in a rush. Now my big toe is getting swollen and starting to turn red/purple. I have been applying antibiotic cream daily but its still sore to the touch and not healing. I still have a gift card to use here but I'm hesitant to go back. What would normally be a nice relaxing retreat turned into a not fun exoerience and a possible trip to the doctor if it doesn't get better soon. read more

I've found my new nail home. This is not said lightly. My pedi was relaxing, thorough with hot stones and paraffin. My toes look incredible. My fingernails are a whole other story. With a medical condition that makes them thin and peel constantly often causing pain, getting a manicure can be painful. However, I can honestly say I came out unscathed and better protected than ever before. Plus they're gorgeous. Recommend 10/10! read more

I have gotten my nails done for the holidays. The next morning my finger tips were itchy and red. Just under my nail bed my skin began to crack and peel. The only difference from the last free times vs now was the fact that I got acrylic this time. Anyway be warned if your finger tips begin to burn and itch you maybe allergic to the acrylic. I removed the nails that day b/c I couldn't stand the pain. I was also told by a doctor that my nails could possibly fall off. Too risky and definitely not worth it. Not from around this area or even state of Texas. Stopped after passing it on highway. Do NoT get the luxury pedicure. Paid $75 for mediocre massage and child paint job. Also my cuticles were left with normal dirt/lint and besides nails being cut no other "work" on my foot or nails. No scrub to remove dead skin. Very dissatisfied. Here's my nails 24 hour later and I did use the purple light for 12min before putting on shoes. No heavy exposure to cause this either. I worked in tennis shoes the following day. read more

TERRIBLE, will never go back! For one the nail tech (Lee) didn't even give me options of all the colors they had available, he only gave me one book to choose from then after I see the lady next to me has FOUR. Then once he was finished with the design I asked for a matte topcoat and my tech said no because it wouldn't look good with the colors and wouldn't match the Inspo pic (which had a matte topcoat) and I said that's what I wanted so he begrudgingly obliged and went to get the matte top coat (which looked great with my colors). After leaving and really looking at my nails the acrylic is not smooth (there are ridges and bumps all over my nails - not where a design is so not from that) and it is the THICKEST acrylic I have ever gotten. Now, not even a week later, there are little cracks all over the design which has NEVER happened to me before. Definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. read more

I was very disappointed in my first (and only) visit. The pedicure was ok, didn't cut the nails short enough and didn't really even check the toenails for dry skin, etc. My nails were ready to be done one week afterwards...charged for shaping and there was no shaping (I even called to ask about that and was told that for round or square nails there is no extra charge)..but was charged anyway. My nails should last at least 2.5 weeks and in one week they are ready to be done again. The place was clean and seemed to do a lot of business..but was quite disappointed in the outcome. read more

I am not from around here but this was the closest nail salon first off the water was scalding hot for my pedicure burned my feet I let her know she then disappeared and the gentleman from the front came up and asked me how I was I said my feet were burned from the hot water so he added cold water she walked off never telling me where she was going she actually went to wax somebody before making me comfortable. I should of walked out ! She rushed through a pedicure like she was on some kind of timer or had a fire to put out somewhere was not personable at all I was going to get a manicure and I told them forget it I was already mad to pay for $30 for a crappy pedicure.
