Update: Added pics from my most recent visit 4/19/21. I highly recommend scheduling appointments with Iris. Her skills are consistently awesome at each visit and she really applies your feedback if you see something you dislike during application. She gives the best pedicure massages also! They do a great job and have the cutest Hello Kitty pedicure chairs for our littles! The gel pedicures are fantastic and would probably stay on forever if you didn't go back to get them redone. Pricing is also good. They are great at accommodating walk-ins but appointments are always best. read more

Most likely will not return. My first time here and they nickled and dimed everything! It's $10 extra to clean your cuticles. I was charged $6 for French tips on my toes extra (total) but $6 per hand for French tip (total $12) but I have 2 feet and only paid $6 so make it make sense. $10 per hand for a custom design so that's $20 extra then it's $20 extra for gel and to top it off I get home and the gel on my toe is bubbled. Mimi started my nails but got pissed off because I asked if she was in a rush and because she doesn't speak English it turned into an ordeal. The entire time she was not providing direction just clipping and watching the door, flinging my hands and was annoyed that I asked her to clean my cuticles. Our entire visit felt rushed and mind you there was no one waiting at the time. We were recommended this place and I wanted it to be our new spot, I really want to love it but meh... apparently this is the norm for them because there's so many others in the comments saying they felt rushed. The other girl had on earbuds the entire time and I would have to repeat myself several times before she realized I was asking her a question. I truly love my nail tech, Trish -- she does an amazing job every time and I always leave happy with my nails. That's honestly the only reason this is hard to write. Unfortunately, there has been a very strong smell in the salon that smells like dirty water. It's intense and noticeable throughout the entire space. It makes it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the appointment, and it's concerning not just for clients but also for the staff who are there all day in that environment. I genuinely hope management looks into this because the talent and service are wonderful, but the odor really needs attention. I'd love to continue coming without that distraction or concern. read more

I want to start by saying how much I absolutely love my nail tech, Trish. I've been seeing her for almost 2 1/2 years, and she is truly amazing at what she does, I would follow her wherever she goes without hesitation. That said, I'm really disappointed to share that my experience at this location has changed. I used to genuinely love coming here to get my nails done, but unfortunately there has been a very strong sewer/dirty water smell during recent visits. It has been overwhelming at times and even triggers my migraines, which makes the overall experience less than ideal. I truly hope this issue can be addressed, because the staff and services (especially Trish!) deserve an environment that matches the quality of their work. read more

Don't walk in and expect to get your nails done here. I came in on a Sunday at opening and was told it would be an hour wait since there were 5 people ahead of me. I inquired about the number of techs and the man replied they had 8, I only saw 2. I again inquired about the timing since the math wasn't mathing. He said he wasn't sure when the other techs would be in. The fact that they open at 1130 on a Sunday and are not fully staffed led me to believe they didn't actually want my business or they don't truly take walk-ins. If you have 5 appointments already scheduled at open, you should have all staff on deck. Needless to say, I did not get my nails done and will not be going back for more subpar explanations. read more

Simon did an excellent job! Pregnancy has wrecked my nails and I came in with multiple chipped nails and one clean broken off. I thought it was a goner, but he was able to attach a plastic tip and make it long like the others. They'll look great for my maternity shoot! I'll definitely be back. Covid has really made me wary to go in, but they were very clean and had several precautions that made me feel safe. Plenty of space between manicure tables and a plastic screen between tech and customer. And everyone was required to wear masks the entire time. You're also encouraged to sanitize before your treatment and wash your hands after. Great salon! read more

I go here often for pedicures and usually the quality of service is pretty good. Today, I had a gel manicure for the first time and I cannot imagine letting your client leave with gel polish stuck to their skin this bad. The UV lamp was burning my skin as it was curing. If you get gel often you know that means there's polish on the skin. I winced in pain and removed my hands from the lamp, but the tech didn't even react. Very sloppy paint job and the edges are sharp since they didn't file after curing. They did not clean under my nails or apply cuticle oil either. $97 plus tip for a gel mani and pedi. I will give this place another chance because some techs are better than others. I'll try booking an appointment with someone who is more qualified as other reviewers mentioned. read more

Clean enough, convenient location, and I didn't actually bleed, ergo 3 stars. But snap my fingers are HURTING. Arrived with a dip manicure, got a dip manicure. First of all, I've never had my manicure removed by sticking my hands in a baggie full of acetone inside a bowl, while I rubbed my nails against the paper towel in the bottom. Was literally coughing from fumes. I had a 10 o'clock appointment and when I left there were only 3 other clients, so I'm not sure why the tech was in such a rush. Informed her the drill was hot but we carried on, shredded my cuticles, and it was so dark in there that now that I've seen the color I chose in actual light, I'm not happy with it at all. My nails and my daughters' nails were beautiful. I've been here hundreds of times and I love their work. but there is a younger woman with an AWFUL attitude. She replaced our regular gentleman who always did such a good job with designs. he charged $70 for a full set with a VERY intricate design. She complained in a foreign language the entire time, scowled when she had her mask off, and charged $105 for a MUCH simpler design. it's only been 2 months so you can't even claim inflation. Also, I tipped $35 so you can't claim that either. I always tip a lot. I won't continue to do so if they're hateful like that. read more

What I asked for and then what I got. Way too overpriced for the quality you're getting. My nails came out so thick and weren't what I asked for at all! When I tried correcting the nail tech, she just kept filling it down and down and down. And then would throw my hand back afterwards. They don't put all the items on the menu and didn't say the price until check out and it was extremely overpriced/upcharged. Just to add gel to your toes it was $20! The pedicure alone is $37! It makes no sense for gel to be that expensive. They also advertise free beverages and they never offered it and when we asked, they never even came out with the drinks. We were there for awhile too because it was mani w/ acrylics and pedicure. Staff is just rude and like they don't care. There is plenty of other good quality nail salons in the area. I've given this nail salon three chances too many because it's very close to my home. I've tried 3 different techs for my nails and gotten a few pedicures here. Each time my nails are shipped within a few days and I get dip polish, that stuff is made to last when applied properly. I recently went back to discuss and fix a nail, but the owner informed IG I couldn't show him proof it hasn't been 7 days on my bank statement it would be $10 to fix. I decided against it and will kindly take my money elsewhere, even if it means I have to drive much further. It's about quantity not quality. Done waste your time. read more

First in foremost i came to this shop TWICE today to ONLY get my eyebrows done & i haven't been able to get seen yet. I came at 4pm and the wait time was an hour.. i left and came back at 6:30 and the ONLY person who does eyebrows is doing someone's pedicure and the "manager" (which is cool with my sister and I) tells me that they close at 8pm so i wouldn't have time to do my eyebrows today. So I have been here a couple times Simon is the best, but couldn't get him so I was stuck with Roma and after 6 days with dip looks like my nails were hit with weed wacker, today I nicely went in asked to be have nails fixed, obviously they could not be corrected due to the breakage so I asked for tips to correct and asked 5 times to cut down to a sport length since I type all day and have very small delicate hands, and nail beds, and they are still so long and Larry did a horrible job and fast fix. I expected since it was only only be 6 days since getting done and I showed receipt I'd not be charged, but guess what I was and was not happy and said I won't be back. Horrible customer service and when I paid to avoid conflict they did not apologize or anything. What a shame! read more
