I came in a few nights ago, and I wrote a bad review for this nail salon. One of the pedicurist was rude and unprofessional, but Lisa (the owner and her husband) we're great. They had me come back and she did my nails and fix my pedicure and made sure that I was happy with the results. If you come to this location make sure that you ask for Lisa and if you have any issues make sure you talk to her to rectify whatever problem you had they're very kind and accommodating. I wasn't happy two days ago, but they made it right today so I will be returning. read more

Really great experience here! I made an appt so I was able to be seen right away. My pedi was fantastic! A long massage, gentle with the cutting on the nails, and no rushing at all. My finger nails are also super cute! And I am just pleased! The music they played was relaxing, they offer wine and mimosas! I highly recommend! read more

Lisa is a master at her craft, she takes her time but somehow is fast too! She is detailed in her work and I haven't had a set I don't absolutely love. Her and her hubby are very friendly and always make my kids feel welcome. They remember small details and the price is great aswell. I called in this morning requesting an appointment at 4:30pm and was able to get scheduled same day. I realized about 2 hours before my appointment that I could come in an hour earlier and they were able to accommodate me. I was seated as soon as I walked in. Got a mani and pedi. I looked up this place on yelp and it got pretty good reviews. I went today and it was great. I was greeted right away, they were very nice (I had Lisa for my nail tech). I showed her what I wanted and she did an excellent job, what I liked most is that she kept asking if I liked it and just checking that I approved. Pedí was okay, nothing special. And my manicure was just awful, like they didn't know what to do with natural healthy long nails. First thing they all ask is if they can cut them. Then they rushed through and didn't even shape them nicely. Just a regular nail shop, not really a relaxing "spa" feel. read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place, and this one had the best reviews and I see why! It wasn't busy when I came, first green flag. I was on back to back trips and broke a nail on the first one. When I got to San Antonio I was looking for a salon on the NE side because the one I'd been to before on I35 is weird about last minute appointments and doesn't always have the best customer service. This is a nice and straightforward place, maybe 6 or so pedicure chairs and 12 ish manicure tables. Making an appointment was a fast and easy via phone, Tom was attentive and listened when I asked for changes to nail shape or to soak longer to remove my previous powder. Give them a try. Normally I don't like getting my natural nails done due to them being short and flimsy, I'm trying to let them grow and be healthy so I thought I would get them done. After reading reviews I decided to come here and I made the right decision! Ken did an amazing job at helping me find the color I was looking for (milky white) and was very tentative to making sure my natural nails looked how I wanted them to! They also made me a Vietnamese coffee which was delicious! The other workers came over to check my nails many times and to help make sure everything looked good! 10/10 recommend! read more

The best mani/pedi I have had in a long time. I needed a thorough manicure, my cuticles were a mess, and they took their time and listened instead of pushing me to get a full set, dip, etc. It is very clean & the staff are wonderful. This was my first time coming here & I plan on continuing to come. As soon as I entered the salon I informed them I wanted a mani and pedi. Once I picked my color I sat down in the chair and I was given a laminated paper that had pedicure options. I chose to go with more a deluxe pedicure because I wanted a longer massage. The pedicure was definitely worth it and the woman who did my pedicure took her time. Typically when I pay extra for a deluxe pedicure elsewhere they do not massage me for long. As I was getting my pedicure a nice gentlemen's began gluing my acrylics. The gentlemen made sure to ask me what I wanted. I type a lot for my job so I no longer get long nails. This is the exact shape and length of my preference. I also wanted to share with newcomers that it is important for you to explain what your nail goals are so that way they can be properly done to your personal liking! Since I paid for an extensive pedicure my total in all was 120$. After my visit I was given a stamp card and as well which will assist me for future visits. I came to this shop before the pandemic and Lee was great. I had no issues however the last two times despite making an appointment with Lee I have been handed over to Kevin who is unprofessional and refuse to take guidance when you tell him what he is doing is not what you asked for. He aggressively "tapped my hand 3 times and kept telling me his mistake was my fault. I even asked him to calm down as he was shaking even though I was the customer FORCED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE that was unsatisfactory. I called Lee after the incident to discuss the issue outside of other customers as to not be disrespectful however I will never be back and I feel I shouldn't have had to pay for the nails after 1. I was verbally and physically disrespected and 2. It's sloppy and not what I asked for. I'll drive 45 minutes for a more professional shop than to ever be treated this way again. read more

The salon itself appeared clean, and the massage chair was comfortable. However, the pedicure felt very rushed. The entire service took under 30 minutes, including very little massage, despite paying $52. During the service, the technician drilled off the shellac from my nails, which left my nails feeling hot and sore afterward. I was not informed that shellac removal would be an additional charge. At checkout, I was told there was an extra $5 fee for the removal. When I questioned the charge, the technician stated that she had informed me of the fee. The manager eventually came over and addressed the situation. I was also asked to pay before my nails were sufficiently dry, making it difficult to leave without risking damage to the polish. You can set up a reservation but I unexpectedly had time on my hands. What a great way to start the Valentine's Day pampering. I stopped by to get a manicure and a pedicure. Janai did a wonderful job with my dip manicure and fabulous sparkle nails. I have an event in Vegas next week and this gives it just the sparkle I needed. She was attentive to detail and ever so precise. Next step, it was time for my pedicure. They had a wonderful Valentine's Day special. It included lots of foot scrub, massage and even a warm mister. She did a wonderful job painting my toenails in a gel to match my fingers. They look lovely and I feel so refreshed. Great job!

Both times the $65 dollar pedicure has not included the massage, they just skip it or like today left my service with paraffin on my feet and scrub on my legs to do another full set of nails. She did not massage my feet and no oils put on my feet. Another man came over and wiped the scrub off my legs and removed paraffin and left them like that. Ive had to ask to smooth my heels and still walk out with rough feet. The man did my manicure my nails were crooked and I left with polish on my skin. I had to ask him to straighten my nails before he polished and the shape is off. I'm not one to complain so I'll just take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this place -5 I would, and the room we went to had dead roaches in it on the floor that's awful.

They allow me to bring my toddler and if she gets fussy with her they actually help me out. Or their son does, I've been going here for years and LOVE THEM AND this salon. My daughters (7 & 4) have also gotten their nails done for special occasions and the patience they have with my toddler is superb! I definitely recommend them!
