This place is nearby where I live and their prices were pretty good compared to other places around so I thought I'd give them a try. They did not disappoint!!! They were so kind and they were very gentle in their cleaning and cuticle care. Very clean place, on the smaller side so you might want to make an appointment. I went in as soon as it opened so they were able to get me in right away. They took their time and did such an amazing job! I would highly recommend this place. The technician (Kim) massaged my feet and legs for such a long time (I bought the lavender spa pedicure with the paraffin wax dip, not basic). It was heaven. The manicure (with acrylic) was perfect length and shape. She took the time to help me find the perfect color for my skin tone. This place is a bit out of my way but I will be back! read more

The facility is beyond gorgeous. It's very modern and clean. Ty is the best nail technician I've ever had. His process is more consistent and concise than I've seen any other technician do. Kim charged me $10 to fix a single nail after it broke 4 days after I had them done by her. She also told me it would be $45 to repaint 3 nails. I told her I had my nails done by her the previous 2 times (she "guaranteed" I didn't get them done there... not sure how she can keep track of where I get my nails done better than I can, but she said she can!) and she told me to show her my bank statements lol Also there are no prices posted anywhere, make sure you ask how much things cost prior to services because they vary from customer to customer. read more

This place made an impression on me and I will be returning. I don't usually get my nails done due to my demanding job on my hands but I decided to get them done as a treat to myself yesterday. I picked two colors out for my mani and pedi. The lady I had did a great job, it was like she was a natural at it. No other could ever get it right, I always had to refill at home to get the shape I want. When it came to my pedi I picked a Burgundy color thinking it was a dark reddish brown. She did mention it was a red and as she was applying the second coat, she asked if it was dark enough and to my surprise it was more bright red than I expected. I told her no and that if she had a darker one. She got up to the wall and looked around confidently and picked the right color. I was very appreciative by her asking. I've gone to other nail salons and I never had this experience. Again, I'm not a regular at getting nails done so I'm always nervous of how they would turn out. they have no prices posted inside the salon or in their website, i went in for a regular french trip, short, almond shape. i got that but then when im being checked out i look down and my total was $85, the work done on my nails doesn't not match the price it was. i understand if there was designs as well and some dramatic coloring to each nail but just for plain white french tips, i think thats a problem, charging so much. not to mention later on i called concerned about the total that was paid for didn't seem fair she expressed it's because i got color powder, i wasn't informed i had picked color powder. i simply said i wanted basic just like a picture, if she would've expressed the amount to do that, i wouldn't have had a problem because i was made aware. it would be nice knowing the prices of services being available to access for customer or being informed. i just cant believe my nails costed $85 for french tip. read more

So grateful they still let me get my nails done even though I showed up around 7:10PM (barely got off work at 7 & needed my nails done again for my courthouse wedding the next day). The color selection was great only reason why I gave 3 stars is because coffin nail shape was a little soppy and crooked( I fixed it myself), nails weren't totally smooth & the cost was too much for less than perfect work ($55). My regular nail salon only charges $45 and they always do an amazing job. But I specifically went to this shop because they didn't close until 8PM & it was only 6 minutes from my job....so I'm choosing to think of it this way: When you're in a hurry and need a package mailed quickly, you put for expedited shipping. So all in all I'm grateful to them for making my nails look better than they did before for my special day! read more

Ladies this is a wonderful nail salon!!! This is my second time going the service I received was just awesome. I walked in at 7ish and had to wait but it was worth the wait because the gentleman that did my nails was so nice and took his time and did not rush. He also helped me make sure I got the right shape and nail length because I wanted to switch it up from want I normally do. He was so understanding about it and made sure I liked the length. Hannah gave me a pedicure! I called around 7:10 to see if they had time for another pedicure before closing at 8 and they welcomed me in. I noticed this salon was small but very clean. I chose the Mid Pedi. The pedicure lasted about 40 minutes and Hannah was very thorough and the massage was very nice and didn't hurt! The polish job was very tidy and I didn't mind paying $5 extra for the "special" polish that lasts longer and dries faster. She cleaned up the tragedy that I call my toes very well lol. I thought that since they were about to close up that the pedi might be cut short or rushed but Hannah still took her time, which was really nice. And they didn't give me attitude for staying later. Also, for getting the 2nd cheapest pedicure with several fancier ones offered, I must say the experience was still a solid 5 stars. When I have the coin, I will 100% be trying the fancier ones. Pedi was $40, special polish was $5 extra. Great job, and will be returning! read more

I am indifferent about this nail place. I went here because it was walking distance from the hotel where I was staying. I received a no frills gel manicure and pedicure. The most expensive one I've had from a nail place that is not a salon. The pedicure was $30 base price + $5 for gel removal +$20 for new gel. The gel manicure was $30 + $5 for gel removal. $90 total for basic gel fingers and toes. This is my reason for the 3 stars. I have never been to a nail place or salon that charges you for gel removal when you are paying to get it again! I felt like I was shopping with the airlines. I pay $70 total at home in Washington D.C. The women were semi friendly but didn't really speak English. Overall manicure and pedicure was good although I will note she did not clean under the nails. I will find another nail place next time and definitely ask for prices up front. read more

I went in to have a solar set removed which was listed on their board as 10$ I then got a pedicure listed for 40$ (Milk and Honey Mid Pedicure) with a solar polish add on which I was told was a 7$ up charge. The service provided was executed well my toes and fingers look great, but the atmosphere was a little strange. When getting my fingers done a lady stood over the man doing them and talked in a foreign language while motioning to me and my hands... just made me a little uncomfortable. The same woman did my feet, she was gentle while cutting my nails and cuticles.. but was also gentle while rubbing my legs... very mediocre massage. I was expecting to pay 57$ with everything done... but when I got to the counter I was charged 70$!! Not sure where the other charges came from but I was in a hurry with no time to negotiate. This place gets three stars only cause my polish looks great, and the shop was clean. read more

Came here based on the reviews. Wont be coming back. Extremely over priced. Wanted to charge me $55 for plain gel nails with no type of design or anything. On top of that they try to talk you into "upgrading". I was initially going to go ahead and get the gel nail polish but the man kept insisting I get fake nails instead. I then decided I would just get a normal polish and the man said "you decide I don't care". Rude much? Then why try and pressure a customer into getting something they don't want just to make some more money. The day I went it was completely empty except for me. It was my first time here and the facility was clean, the staff was very nice. We had pedicures and manicures. The pedicures were great. The manicures were great too. But with the manicure I felt like steps were missed but I was charged for the whole experience. I got the ombré nail affect and they do look great. But the girl didn't do the usual manicure steps like cleaning up the cuticles. She just went straight to putting on the fake nail tip and doing the nail. She only used the drill to smooth the cuticle area. Is this the new norm? I am on the fence as to if I will go back there or not. They were expensive and I don't 100% feel that I got everything I paid for. read more
