The customer ended up being a friend of the owner (nail lady) and said "she's poor and doesn't have the money" and the owner and customer continued to say " you people try to get free nails and say you don't like them." I told her no, I can pay 4 dollars for a bottle of acrylic to soak them off. Again, I got called poor. I ended up having to pay $10 and sign paper work to never come back which is fine. Sara Hazrati is the bestttttt! This was my first time…read moregetting any type of laser hair removal treatment and she made every single one of my sessions go smoothly and painless. I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *
