Came in for the first time on Christmas Eve. My two daughters got acrylic full set, and I got the same but just short French tip. The nails themselves were very cute. The design was done perfect. My complaint is the quality and price. I got super short and my total was 75$ WHICH IS CRAZY , and my girls got charged $87 each. Three days later one nail had already fallen off each of their hands , it's now been 7 days and 3 more have come off between them. Acrylic nails should last 3weeks for a fill. Second Horrible experience. My nail look awful. I was quoted $47 for a French manicure prior to obtaining service. At checkout it was $77.00. I was told the person had specialized in Nails for 25 years. I was truly disappointed. My nails look like a middle schooler could have completed the task. In conclusion the nails look awful. This is the third time I come here to get my nails done. The first time I went they were done by the man who sits on the RIGHT hand side closest to the door, I really liked them. They were on the thin side, so I knew they were going to break at the tension point (middle). I told this to my nail tech and he said if they did I should come in and they'll fix it. Sure enough, five days later, three did. They fixed them (different tech-lady who sits on LEFT hand side closest to the door redid them). No charge. The second time was for fills. Same guy did my fills. He said that if I wanted to change polish color, I would have to use shellac since I already used colored powder for the first one. I had no idea what he meant and I even questioned "Does it really matter if I'm going all black?". He said yes. So he proceeded to use shellac on my fills. The total for fills came out to $55! When it should have been a basic fill since clear acrylic and as used and that cost was $23 as stated on their menu! What was the rest of the cost for?! I went by today about an hour before closing and approximately two weeks after this for a fill and this time got my fills. I asked to take my "coffin" shaped nails and make them into an almond shape. Should have not been a problem since I've seen that this can be done since you have plenty of nail to still shape them into what I want. She proceeded to start filing the first one into what looked like stiletto shaped nail. She asked me "IS SIZE OK?". I said size was ok but it's too pointy. She said she wasn't done as she yanked my hand and continue to file. I felt like I was not being heard and bullied at that point, so I let her continue since she had just started. All the time, I was waiting for her to start rounding the almond nails. She never did and she went with whatever she wanted and gave me these horrible and tacky stiletto nails. To top of it off, the polish she put on me rippled right in front of her because it was too much that she applied. At that point I was the last one in the store and they had already turned off the lights in the back, so clearly they were getting ready to leave. When I paid I was surprised that my charge came out to $32 (no shellac this time). But at this point, I felt defeated after not being heard, that I paid. I added a $7 tip, but she rounded it off to $8 for an even $40. I did NOT appreciate that one bit, either. Now it's 6am and I'm fuming over these horrible nails that I paid way too much even after I voiced my concern. I really want to go back and have them fix them, but they have consistently shown me that they don't care about their customers. I feel that at this point it's not even an issue with language barrier. She clearly heard me. Even though she decided to take me as the last customer when she could have told me to come back the next day, she rushed the job and gave me something I did not ask for and did not want and when I voiced my concern, she shut me up by stating that she's just starting as she proceeded to work on my nails. Then, to add insult, she overcharged me and added more to her tip! What a horrible way to run a business read more

My nails were French tip design and my friends were rhinestones and 3d flowers, etc. The ladies were debating the price for my nails and ended up saying $120. Still thought nothing of it yet. But they came back with a new total of $117 ($3 fucking off) because my friend's designs were more time consuming and details than mine and her fresh new set ended up being $120. Make it make sense. Why does my fill and French tip cost $117 and my friend's new fresh set cost $120. I made a comment wondering why they cost so much and the nail tech told me they give higher prices because some people don't tip... (mind you I tipped 20% on top of my $117) smh utterly disappointed. i want to start off with saying the service here is actually pretty decent. they're friendly & genuinely care about their customers. However, their skills are just not up to par. I've been here on multiple occasions & have been disappointed with how my nails have came out every time. I'm going on a trip tomorrow & i wanted colorful vibrant tapered square nails (similar to the before picture) and i received sloppy, wonky shaped nails (after picture). Tried out a new place..... what a joke! As of 6/2022, a shellac manicure is $36 and dipped is $55. For chunky, powdery, messy nails. The shape isn't consistent on any on my nails, they cut me, didn't clean any of the mess up, filed my sisters nails for 30 minutes straight. The "massage" that they give you is not even 10 seconds.
