I used to come here just to get a simple polish on my toes for $12. Now under the new ownership, the same service costs $22 double. When I asked why, the new owner claimed the rent increased and that's why the previous owner sold. That may be the case, but the drastic price hike is hard to justify. Ive searched long and hard for a nail salon with as much class as this place has. This place is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Ann was who greeted me listened to my concerns (my last place failed to sanitize things and gave me a reaction) and she said okay, took me in with no appointment. Sanitized everything and took great care of me. No complaints, no weird looks, nothing. She was just as peaceful and sweet as can be. I haven't had service like that in a long time. The salon is very clean and the ladies were sweet, but it's the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. My nails and toes are very messy and it hurt. I had to tell her a couple of times it hurt me especially on my nails. I was also told I was going to get a discount because I agreed to gel on my toes, but the total came out to $97. There was no discount applied. I had a hard time understanding her and I believe she used that to her advantage. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. read more

She gave me the nails I asked for but used the a power tool to clean up her mistakes and cut my cuticles. I just came home from getting a pedicure and full set french. The entire experience was very average at best. The pedicure was $35 and was done in 15 minutes flat. No love in the pedi whatsoever! I paid an extra $5 for a crappy (Slap dash) french polish. The service....hmmmmm where do you have to go to get someone that takes pride in their work and can give some good customer service?? My full set of nails....I was cut and bleeding on 4 of my fingers. I have at least 2 of the nails where the acrylic had gone under the nail making the nails thick ugly and uncomfortable. She would not have even drilled out the excess unless I asked her to. In the process I was getting burned by the drill. I had been here once before for a pedi. That was ok. My Mother in law purchased me a gift voucher for here thinking I would have a lovely service. Unfortunately that was not the case. I tipped and I should not have! I will never go back! Advice to the owner. Get your technicians to slow down the pedicure and focus more on pampering the clients feet rather than getting it done in lightning speed! Unless a customer asks for a 10 minute slap dash pedicure because they're in a hurry, it should take AT LEAST 35-40 minutes. Most people find the massage/scrub part the best. A 5 minute SLOW foot massage would be much appreciated by most women I'm sure! The salon is nice and clean and I would have definitely gone back if the service and skill was of a higher level. They definitely dont sterilize their tools- I watched the lady who started my pedicure just rinse the tools off and put them back for another use without sterilizing them. She started my pedicure, cut my toenails so short it is painful now, then passed the pedicure off to another guy who did a terrible job painting them, massages my legs for all of 30 seconds, and used the same tools on my that he used on my sister next to me. Disgusting to not sterilize your tools. The water was cold, I left with my feet not even being scrubbed smooth, and toe nail polish all over my skin. Steer clear- Never ever again. I wasted my time and money bc I am gonna have to have someone else fix the terrible job they did. read more
