Honestly I was hesitant to get my manicure and pedicure there because the reviews were terrible. I was immediately greeted and in the pedicure chair within just a couple of minutes. Tina did my pedi and mani. She was great! She gave me the best massage. This is always important to me since I'm on my feet a lot at work. I've had gel nail polish on my fingernails before, but I have to say that Tina's application was much better. I also had one broken nail which she fixed to make all my nails look even. Awful everything. The woman who did my nails used a hacksaw-like tool to attempt to make shape my nails round. I could feel her tearing up my nails and nail bed. She then went to town on my cuticles, and cut one of my fingers so deeply, she was never able to get it to stop bleeding. So anyone who uses the same nail color or base/top coat will be getting a sampling of my blood as well. While she deeply cut one of my fingers, she left a huge chunk of skin hanging off the side of my thumb. The end result was jagged shaped nails, wobbly paint edges, and splotchy color. I came to get my pedicure done for the first time In quite some time after moving to SA from LA. I was not impressed. I asked for a simple white base and a pumpkin on the big toe. They could not paint a small pumpkin so I asked for a small orange flower instead. She removed the paint 3 times trying to paint a design until I just said leave it just white and to forget the design and left it all white. For the amount of money they charged me I would not recommend coming back to this place considering they could not do a simple flower or pumpkin design. I decided to try out this place since it was close to where I lived and as of right now Im looking for a new nail salon closer to the house.. DO NOT GO THERE. I thought the nail tech would know how to take off dip powder set...all she did (BEFORE I TOLD HER TO SOAK THEM OFF) was continuously file down and or attempt to clip my nails all the way to a point where I have a nub for a nail instead of keeping somewhat the length of my nails. After continuing to sit and ponder and tell her several time to stop clipping my nails..might I add with a TOE NAIL CLIPPER...she finally was letting me soak the nails...I don't know if she know how long to soak dip powder nails...and really don't care because at this point I was beyond frustrated with her. She started prying off the dip powder with a fake tip...well she got my left hand done and started on my right. She got to my index and she not only took the dip powder off BUT SHE TOOK HALF MY NAIL TOO, And the end result was me bleeding. I highly suggest if you do go there...make sure your natural nails are filed, cut and ready to just put polish on BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST!! Doesn't even matter if the place was clean, or customer service was great...if you do not know how to remove dip powder and or any type of fake nails and continuously clip the persons real nail down and file and file...that causes more harm then anything. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT NAIL SHOP AGAIN. read more

I love this new place within the community. The customer service is amazing. The individuals with this salon took their sweet time and did an phenomenal job on my toes. I got the cool cucumber pedicure (55$)and it was so relaxing. The hot wax, hot stones, and warm towels all while enjoying a wonderful message. I paid a little more for shellac on my toes 20$. Therefore I spent 75$ and left a 10$ tip. They did have cheaper options. I just really needed a pedicure. I will return to this place monthly. Thank you read more

This is my usual go to nail salon because they offer a certain polish brand I love. I had been letting my natural nails grow/regain strength so this was my first acrylic set of the year. I was super excited to return. Booking an appointment is a breeze and I was quickly seated at table #3. He quickly began using curved nail tips without asking what shape I was wanting. I always get a skinny square shape. I chose a black polish and glitter top coat.. nothing too crazy. The shaping is off.. WONKY if you will. Even after asking for a re-file on the thickest nails, this is the final outcome. This is also the most I have ever been charged here. $75 for a full set. No soak off. The man that works here (who wouldn't give me his name) but claimed his name was "Twan" is horrible!!! So rude and ignorant I was shocked how he spoke with me. Telling me that if I didn't like it, I could just GO! I used to come here al the time and never went anywhere else. This poor service is the reason why I will not be returning. Fire him before you lose your business!!!!!! He was telling me $75 for a full set. Mind you I never even described how I wanted my nails done. Clearly a rip off and the prices change daily. The shop is clean, decorated very nicely, and all the pedicures and manicures I've had done have lasted a pretty long time. The staff is pretty friendly but veryyyy pushy on their up-sales. I like having a set of acrylics done, I paint at home, clean my brushes with acetone, and like changing the color of my nails on my own sometimes so a basic acrylic set is all I need. This is my go to nail salon for my manicures. I always schedule an appointment with Tam, she's the best! I get the dip powder and she always makes my nails look exactly how I want them to. Tam also remembers the length and shape I like for my nails. The cost isn't bad and it doesn't take Tam long to get my hands and nails looking beautiful. I've been a customer since they opened however the quality of their work has decreased significantly! I went in for a pedicure and came home to messed up polish. $60 for a deluxe pedicure and selected regular polish. The polish they have are all old and goopy. Went in to get a nail fixed so I had to color match the color I had already. I kept asking about the other gel polishes on the wall and she only brought me two different rings with there colors which was no where near the multiple shades of pink they had. In her bringing two actuall colors one was too dark and one was too light. She said the darker was closer to my nails and put it on. Upon leaving I could clearly see the color on the fixed nail was entirely too dark amd stands out. The nail is also very bulk, not smooth(has visible dips), one side is not completely polished, and the other side has polish on my finger itself. All the powder from the old nail wasn't even drilled off all the way which is probably why its looks so bulky. Needless to say you can tell it was a rush job. read more

Was a walk-in that got taken in right away. Seemed like in a rush so a little messy but i understand i did come 30 minutes till closing. Cuticle started bleeding and burns a little. Looks kinda like the picture i was going for . But not really liking how the polish came out, maybe i'll try Dip Powder next time. A reasonable price also! read more

I have been coming here since they opened. They always do an amazing job on my nails. I get the powder dip and it lasts me almost 3 weeks! They have a little punch card that for every purchase made over a certain amount, I can't remember the amount, you get a stamp and once you fill up your card you get 20% off!
