I don't typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to in case someone else was contemplating going here. Before going in I called to ask about their prices and hours. The man who answered the phone was not friendly at all and almost seemed annoyed to answer my two simple questions. Despite that I decided to go in any way. I went in for a pedicure and when I arrived was asked to sign in. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they finally asked me to sit in a pedicure chair. I sat in the chair and by this point I was becoming less patient. The massager for the chair I sat in did not work. I was never offered a drink (most places I've been to at least offer water.) Finally after waiting in the chair for another 10 minutes I decided to walk out since they didn't seem like they were going to get to me any time soon. Perhaps I went on a busy night with not enough workers, but I definitely don't plan on returning. I wish I could provide a better review about the actual service, but unfortunately their long wait times did not work for me. read more

Blech! When I arrived, there was a woman doing a pedi on a lady in one of those lovely massage chairs, and two men sitting around. None spoke excellent English, but that's okay. I told them what I wanted, and one of the men tiredly waved me into a pedi chair. He hurried through getting the polish off, cleaning, scrubbing and barely massaged my legs with the abundance of medicine-smelling lotion he poured onto my legs. My feet were completely unmassaged. I asked for a french pedi, and as he was doing the white stripes, I realized that about 7 of the toes had a thin white line, and the others were nice and thick as I'd requested. I asked him to fix it, and he did, with no expression. Finally, as I sat there drying and reading a magazine, I felt something tickling my ankle. I reached over and was shocked when I realized it was a little roach crawling up my leg. I flicked it off, and hurried to pay. I told the man that there was a roach somewhere over there, and he looked properly surprised, but as I was leaving, I realized that he not only didn't tell anyone about it, he came outside to make a phone call. I would only go there if you need a quick fix. Roaches scream "UNSANITARY" to me, and I won't be going back. read more

The longest I've waited was for about 45 min, but that was my mistake because I went at noon and didn't make an appointment. Even so, everyone continued to apologize for the wait. I was a customer years ago and tried again six weeks ago. Tracy does a great pedicure and Daniel (owner) is very fast and good with nails but it does not make up for the condition of the entire shop. It is painfully obvious that cleaning is not a priority. There is a thick layer of nail dust on everything, the floors are swept but filthy in desperate need of cleaning.
