Originally I just wanted a soft pink full set but he mentioned ombré and went with it. His technique was flawless. He paid close attention to the details and was constantly making sure I was pleased with the service since it's my first time. Overall great experience. Despite multiple nail techs being available, they did not work efficiently--no one doubled up on services, meaning we had to sit through separate manicures and pedicures instead of having them done at the same time. My nails turned out terrible. Instead of properly painting them, the tech used white powder and seemed to avoid doing the job correctly. The result looked nothing like what I requested (see attached photo). To make things worse, when I had to return for a simple fix on a smudged toenail, they made me wait until they finished with five other customers before addressing it. A five-minute polish fix turned into yet another long, unnecessary wait. If you care about the quality of your nails and the service you receive, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. I will say it's a nice clean salon. If they tried harder they could fix their 2.8 yelp review score.

Janai did a wonderful job with my dip manicure and fabulous sparkle nails. I have an event in Vegas next week and this gives it just the sparkle I needed. She was attentive to detail and ever so precise. Next step, it was time for my pedicure. They had a wonderful Valentine's Day special. It included lots of foot scrub, massage and even a warm mister. I was a walk-in and the only client there yesterday but for a large party, reservations are probably a good idea. It's located conveniently, right across TPC from Target, but is not visible from the road. It's super close for BULVERDE residents and super, super close for Stone Oak and Sonterra. I did so and spoke with him directly. During our conversation, he confirmed that the salon does not offer soak-off nail removal services. While I respect that every salon has the right to operate according to its own policies, that approach does not align with my expectations for safe nail removal and the health of my natural nails. We simply disagreed on what constitutes proper nail care. What is particularly disappointing is that after our conversation, the owner's public response to my review appears to have been removed. Customers deserve transparency, especially when a business publicly acknowledges a concern and then later removes that acknowledgment. I appreciate that the owner initially reached out, but the conversation did not address my concerns, and my experience remains unchanged. For that reason, I stand by my review and my decision not to return.
