I googled this place and was a little skeptical at first. I called at 5pm and told the lady who answered I had a 20 minute drive. Her friendly voice took me immediately. I was so relieved. When I got there I was still flustered from the day. It was a nice location. I sat at Tony's station and he got to work immediately. My mission was simple: nude shellac mani. I wish I had time for a pedi too. The chairs looked so nice but it was cold and I was on the move. I had to get back to CL. Tony did such a great job on my nails! He was so kind and helpful! He took care of me in no time and I was back out the door again! I would recommend this place and ask for Tony!

I completely understood, but that could've been done in private because of that I will never return. When the establishment started I dealt with flies buzzing around my head no water to do a pedicure. The manager was on the phone, talking loudly to one of her coworkers about issues that she was having at the time. This place does not feel like a spa and is stressful, and the nail technicians are always changing and lack experience. I gave it three chances I was very excited that they came to Spring Branch, but humiliating people in front of is not OK with me.

So glad I happened to see the list of services when I walked out of the checkout line in HEB. 5 minutes, done.. Perfect job!! $10. I'll definitely be a regular. I walked in and I was ignored by all 10+ employees there. No one was at the front but they were all facing me/saw me! when someone finally did acknowledge me, I asked her if they were available for mani pedi and she said "we don't have time for you today" mind you it's 11am on a Wednesday.. they close at 7pm but have no availability... sure, ok. I immediately walked out. In hindsight it was a blessing in disguise and it's safe to say i will NEVER return!!!

One time I was getting a pedicure and the gentleman who painted my toes did not take his time, so much so that another tech came by and without me saying anything to her, she looked at my toes and shook her head and started fixing them. They are friendly but I'd rather not get basic gel manicures and pedicures that look bad and pay standard price.

That being said, I left with a great cut and love my hair. I love the fact that they are a "no tip" business. After color cut and style, it's really pricy and with them figuring the whole visit into one price, it takes the stress of trying to figure out what would be an appropriate tip. They moved across the street recently and are in the Beals parking lot on the bank end. Would recommend this place.
