I get a manicure every 2 weeks and was really hoping to find somewhere closer to home.. this place is not natural nail friendly at all! I've been growing my nails out for quite some time and one broke. I was hoping to get it fixed somehow but when I requested that no one had any suggestions and acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. I had 3 different people doing my nails. First Tiffany who acted like she had an issue with doing my manicure, then Eric. No explanation just someone new sitting down to do my nails. The third person was a lady who did my cat eye detail (no complaints there) He filed my nails sooo thin that I just asked him to cut them down. My nails are ruined! They're bending with everything I do and it hurts. And he cut me. I was literally bleeding. I'm not sure about services for acrylics or anything else but natural nail girlies... I wouldn't suggest. The last two times I went- immaculate and AMAZING work! Everyone is always very friendly, and the place is clean. This time I saw James for a manicure and dip, and while yes I admit I had terrible cuticles, there's not really a need to cut that far back the point where I'm bleeding for 45 mins plus. It hurts. Blood was in my dip and I asked for it to be cleaned up repeatedly until I got frustrated and just stopped trying. He said it would just wash off, and it didn't. Well now 2 days later I'm typing at work a nail pops off. Then the next, then the next. They were bulky and didn't feel filed down when I was finished, but if you're not going to wipe blood from my hand after I requested it I don't think you'd respond well to fixing my nails. I just gave up lol. I just smiled, paid, and left. I've had nails lift after a week or so, but never just fall off. Beyond shocked. I will more than likely return for pedicures, requesting the same lady I normally get. The pedicures are amazing but I only request the same lady! It really pains me to leave this review because I truly thought I had found my new nail salon. I got my nails done here for the first time a week ago, and they were amazing (and also $100- only for acrylic with manicure)! My girl was great, and did a really good job. So I didn't mind the splurge. However, she knicked my cuticle right at the edge of my thumb from filing too close/hard. It was slightly painful but didn't bother me too much. I immediately washed my hands and didn't think anything of it. Fast forward a few days later, and it's still tender, but again not really bothering me. I wash my hands multiple times a day and just thought it would go away... well today I wake up with my thumb completely swollen, tight, red, and VERY painful. I can't do my hair. I can't hold a pen normally. I had to drain PUS out of it just now to relieve some of the pressure and pain. Moral of the story, no matter how great you think a place is... If they don't pull their tools out of the little paper sleeve from a sanitizing type of machine, RUN. read more

If i could ZERO stars I would! This place is garbage. Initially walking into the establishment it looked clean and I was offered a drink. The major issue was the nail tech who had absolutely NO clue on the difference between gel and regular nail polish. I selected gel polish and was given half n half meaning she started polishing my nails with a regular nail polish base coat. When I stopped her she started to argue saying that it was UV gel base coat which it was not. Another nail tech also stopped her and said no it wasn't and she had to remove it. Wel needless to say she did a poor job at removing it which means my UV gel did not cure properly and within 24 hours all of the polish peeled off. This place is garbage! CUSTOMER BEWARE spend your hard earned money at a better establishment. read more

Another great experience! With Tiger supervising, you can expect nothing less. Ha! I'm headed to Vegas, so I got some cute little stickers added to a few nails. I just do a manicure on my natural nails and add shellac. If you stay away from OPI, then the shellac stays looking beautiful a long time (OPI starts chipping in under a week). I'm coming off of a foot injury and the technician was gentle with my pedicure, as I asked her to be. I was helped right away, despite being a walk-in (it was 2PM on a Friday) and the experience is always 5 starts for us! read more

Very reasonable compared to previous salon. 2nd and last time asked for 2 regular mani/pedi, lady said didn't speak much English but asked another and we stated regular on both - saw charge and they said it's because toes were gel - we didn't ask for that. Another person doing fills stated $55 and full $65...outrageous prices, another charged for regular pedi 45 & mani 35... no shellac or extras - wish prices online were same as what they charge in person. Not accommodating or took ownership of "marketing error" so walked out with paying WAY too much for basic services. Unfortunately 1st time I went was not charged this. **LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!** I'm writing this because you always hear of horror pedicure stories but dont think it would ever happen to you. But please think first before you visit this salon. Read this in its entirety. I don't want anyone to go through the pain and embarrassment this place has caused me. My daughter and I went here for her 8th birthday treat on July 3rd.. Spent $160 for 2 pedicures. My tech messed up and cut my ingrowns too much, deep or whatever she did.. I knew ingrowns hurt, but this HURT.. didn't think much of it until the next day, woke up to TWO puss-filled big toenails and 4th of July plans out the window. I went there today to speak to Vivian, the owner and showed her photos of my toes.. she gasped. Very unapologeticly, she said she could have a tech "release the pressure". Nothing else was offered.. barely seemed sympathetic. So, I asked her to give me a refund of $160, for the inconvenience and pain of it all.. she said no. Seems pretty fair to me, to give my money back for what you guys did, and pretty much pay for my future pedicure (for everything that I had to endure the past few days, it's the LEAST she could do!) The tech that did my nails saw us talking and got involved and thats where things got super awkward.. she was telling me that I told her it was ok, and that it wasn't bleeding when she was doing it, excuses, excuses.. IF my ingrown was that bad, she was and is not qualified to touch it. All eyes were on us at this point...Apparently, photos weren't enough.. they wanted to take my bandaids off!!! Vivian did not understand why I was asking for a full refund back. She did not understand why I was asking " money from my daughters pedicure back" but that wasn't the point.. it was the ethics of it all, the fact that my big toes are pussing and I have to wear bandaids, walk funny from the pain, soak them in epson salt to rid of the infection, pedicure already ruined because of it, not being able to swim with my kids, going to the dr if it doesn't go away on its own.. everything! Vivian walked away from me mid- conversation, trying to avoid any refund or compensation. So I'm standing there looking like a fool..I even had to ask the front reps if she was coming back. She is RUDE and unethical. I would NEVER treat any customer the way she has treated me. I never feel like anyone has to owe me anything. But you would think as a good business owner, you would want to try to make things right with a customer, especially one who has been going there regularly for the past 2 years. She ended up only offering the cost of the pedicure back.. so $75. This excludes the tip that I paid and any compensation for the damage she has done. So basically bare minimum. Unfortunately for her, she has lost me as a customer and all of the others that I have recommended to this place. He did not stop sanitizing and cleaning carts, chairs, tubs, counters, etc the whole time I was there. I've visited this place twice. First time I took my 8yr old daughter for a pedi and she kept complaining it "hurt", I thought she was exaggerating and so did her nail tech as she would say "no that dosent hurt". My last visit was alone and with this particular nail tech. It hurt. She cut my nail way too short on my right foot and it is irritated as I walk. My "ingrown" nail she removed , she said" it hurts now but when it heals it will never come back", is still bleeding 3 days after. It's uncomfortable in shoes and I'm not quite sure what to do with it. I asked for an eyebrow wax as well, I know I know... why?!, I thought "different service different outcome". Needless to say I've been getting eyebrow waxes for over 20 years and I have NEVER been irritated by the wax or have had any major issue. This time was different. She removed a piece of skin between my brows which has now scabbed over. The irritation I felt around my eyebrows was horrible! It felt like a major sunburn, that lasted 2 days. I would not recommend. I've tried them a few times because of convenience. They are friendly but the quality is not good. Uneven acrylics, pedicure was awful, and over charged and they only adjusted price because I mentioned that the price was wrong. And charged me $50 for dip nails on my young daughter!
