I will never return. I visited six days ago, and my nails are already chipping and nearly coming off. My first mistake was the technician cutting my natural nails down to the nail plate, which caused severe pain. As a result, I developed an ingrown nail that was infected and green. Additionally, the base application was done poorly; it is peeling upwards and chipping away. When I contacted the salon to ask for a refund, I was only given the option of a gift certificate, which I find unnecessary. Why would I want a gift certificate for a place I have no intention of EVER visiting again? read more

Wish I could give 0 stars for the service! I have been coming here for a few months and after this last visit I won't come again. I came after a long day of work and just wanted to treat myself. I wanted a simple pedicure with shellac and as the young man was doing my cuticle work he started going really intense on one side of my toe. He was digging for a few minutes and I would hope he has the sense to stop, but he kept going until I politely asked him to stop. I immediately felt that he went too deep and the rest of the pedicure I was in pain because all the lotions and creams went into where he butchered. A few days later now, I am having pain when I walk and it's getting infected and swollen. I work as a teacher and am on my feet all day (while 5 months pregnant) the last thing I need is to be hacked when you go there to relax!! Not to mention he was checking his phone majority of the appointment and someone kept calling him which was occupying his time... Never again. Going to the salon across the street and that's where you should go too! read more

We were a walk in and didn't mind waiting to get pedicures, but the technician was so bad- She slapped the polish on in such a rushed mess and when I pointed out how one coat left them looking uneven, she said I messed them up and blamed me. Don't waste your time or money at the place. I showed the owner/managers and they had me pay but offered to redo it. Again, a sloppy, rushed mess, didn't even separate my toes but this time it was the owner working on them. He asked about my mother's national origin and told me that all the people from that country are racist. I disagreed and said, like anywhere else, racism exists, but the country as a whole isn't- there are nice people too... but he insisted. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

Never again!!! The owner told me and my husband that we had to use the tech Sylvia. I have never been told who I had to see in a nail salon. Hubby and I have been going every 2 weeks for the last 3-4 months and my hubby would see Sylvia and I would see another person. But Sylvia complainde to the owner that she wanted both my husband and I and the owner agreed! I was not impressed with Sylvia but my husband didn't care so he kept seeing Sylvia but I wanted someone friendlier and more interactive so I saw someone else and Sylvia got greedy and complained to the owne. I was told the day of our appointment that both my husband and I could only have our man/pedi by Sylvia! No one tells us who we can or cannot see if we are paying. Good luck if you are haopy with Luxe but I wanted to warn people of what happened to us. read more

Salon is nice, staff was friendly but I think the product they use is old or cheap. Got dip nails and within 2 days they started chipping. Dip usually lasts me 3 weeks. Horrible quality product and will not come back to this salon. read more

Had a 1pm appointment. Waited for 45 minutes! I asked them why did they give me an appointment if they were so booked. She had no response, no apology. I watched the front desk girl continue to take walk in appointments and tell them they would be right with them. I finally got up and walked out. Time is very valuable to me, especially on a busy Saturday. They should give you an appointment time if they don't have enough technicians. I'll never go back. So rude! read more

I would leave 0/5 stars if possible. We made manicure/pedicure appoints for 3PM and were not seen until 3:30 only to receive the most lack luster pedicure of my life. On top of that don't even think about asking for a design. The techs will say they can do it and then botch you worse than cosmetic plastic surgery in a third world country, and wonder why you're unhappy. Gonna politely complain? Don't, the service just gets even worse. 3 hours of my life totally wasted. Go literally anywhere else. read more

After going here a couple of years, I had a terrible experience that will forever keep me away. I was a walk-in and got seated for a pedicure. Water, nail color all selected. A young lady walked in and nodded to my technician and asked him if he could do her nails, even though he was about to start mine. He went to her and told me he'd get someone else to do my pedicure. He told me she had an appointment when I told him he was being rude to do that. The front desk receptionist told him out right there was NO appointment. He did not apologize, went on with the other lady and sent me someone else. I pulled my feet out of the water told the manager what happened, again no apologies. Horrible. They kept passing me off to different technicians. One made my fingers bleed and only said "my bad". Dip was uneven and not the shape I asked for. When I tried to complain politely they were incredibly rude. The acetone from removing my dip made a sticky mess of my hands and they wouldn't fix it. I have tried most nail salons in the area, and all are good, but I think this was the best spa pedicure I've ever had. The salon is very clean & airy. Lots of pedi chairs and nail stations. Sylvia was so nice & took her time. She did a great job on my feet! My daughter got her toes and nails done by Ken, and he was great as well. Neither of us felt rushed, despite the salon getting busy. We made an appointment (the girl that made our booking was really nice, also) and I'd recommend doing that if you go on the weekend. I used to see Jack and he was really good! Since he left the new gentleman at the front did my nails. It was a painful experience, I didn't like how my nails came out and when I went back to have them fixed he basically just told me he'd been doing nails for 20 years and they weren't under guarantee so I needed to pay to have them fixed. I really enjoy the excellent service they provide at this location. From the moment you enter you're greeted and someone takes you right in w/o appointment. I've rarely had to wait and if so just a few minutes. It's aLeah's clean and the nail techs are great they do amazing. Therefore, I'm happy to leave them a great tip. The prices for services are fair. The only issue I have had on various occasions is I go there for me time/peaceful pampering and the past 4-5 times for some reason if not me directly then some other clients getting their nails done we get stuck with a most of the time it seems to be a male nail tech coming over to sit next to a tech working on a client and they sit there the whole time. This is very annoying 1. It's my me time I'm paying for 2. With Covid give me my space 3. The nail tech is working she doesn't have time to look at what you're showing her on your iPhone or for you to speak with her about nothing you can do that when we're done.
