The absolute rudest nail shop I've ever been to. I had to come back 3 different times just to get my nails fixed. When I requested a refund, they refused and told me I only had 7 days which started today so technically I should have until next week. Overall, everything was overpriced for the level of customer service provided. I would have even been satisfied with a gift card, but they told me I couldn't use it unless I physically came in. When I explained I may not be able to come Friday, I was basically told to "figure it out." Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I will never return. This salon is subpar at best. Couldn't even do a basic deep French on coffin nails. Couldn't shape coffin nails to save their lives, nor could they do a deep French. I even switched the design to help the novice of a tech and she couldn't even do what SHE suggested. I said please get me someone to do French. I used to be a regular at this nail salon. But my last visit was quite a disappointment. Six days after getting my dip manicure they started to chip. I contacted them two days later on Monday (due to it being Easter Sunday) and was told I would have to pay to get them fixed. I wouldn't have spent the money I did on this manicure if I would've known it was going to chip in less than a week. This is also not the first time my nails have chipped in less than a week. HORRIBLE!! I went in for a simple one color dip on my natural nails. The lady was rude, mean, and very aggressive with my nails. She cut my skin twice and seemed to not care about the quality of the work she was doing. It's been only two weeks, and the acrylic on 4 nails has cracked, one having to be cut down because it was sharp, and one nail falling off all together. After she filed my nails and shaped them, they felt thin and flimsy, which I ultimately think caused my natural nails to break. This is especially bad because they were long and healthy before I went to this salon. I would not pay $56 for this negative experience again. Awful experience due to poor operations and aggressive nail techs! Our 1:30 appointments were not honored for 2 young teenagers who wanted to get their nails done together. We arrived at 1:30 and after checking in, I had to ask multiple times when was it our turn. After 15 minutes they finally started on my daughter's friend, and my daughter ended up having to wait 45 minutes to have her service started despite having a confirmed appointment- multiple customers walked in after us and had their services started before we did. What's the point of making an appointment if it won't be honored?Then my daughter wasn't able to even sit by her friend to have her nails done as we requested. The nail tech assigned to my daughter cut her finger deeply with the drill, and when I showed the manager he did not apologize, he proceeded to accuse and blame my 13 yr old daughter for "moving" while the tech was doing her nails. We get our nails done regularly, she's 13 and not a fidgety 5 yr old! The tech was aggressive and rushing because we were made to wait so long beyond our appointment times. The tech assigned to my daughter's friend would not shape her nails as requested and kept telling her no. I use multiple businesses in the same shopping complex and thought this has to be a decent place- but I would never recommend this place. I should have read the reviews before we visited here as many people have had the same negative experience. I don't know how they stay in business. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went for a shellac removal. Silly me, I didn't inquire about the price and it ended up being $20. I accepted that and left a $5 tip. I looked at my credit card statement 6 days later and they overcharged me. I called to ask for a refund for the amount I overpaid (not because I overpaid a lot but because I already paid too much for a polish removal). The lady I spoke to accused me of lying and said that on top of the polish removal, I was also charged for my nails to be buffed. Ummmm....isnt this part of removing nail polish?? She also told me I was too late to receive a refund because I was there 6 days ago. She told me I would have to show proof of how much I paid, when I wasn't even given a receipt. I went to this nail salon on December 7th to get a pedicure and manicure because they advertised that they had a discount if you had the two done. I started with the pedicure which was ok but had to keep telling the girl she was not cutting the nails short enough. Did not want to come back in two weeks to have them done again! Then the manicure which I had a video of how I wanted them done in cat eye polish which I brought. My toes were done in the same polish. But for my hands I wanted a two tone effect which I had done at another nail salon before with no problem , as it was easy enough, I could have done it. (Just can't don't the opposite hand). The girl kept asking the nail tech next to her how to do it even though she had my phone with the video on step by step instructions on constant repeat that she wore my battery down to nothing! When she finally finished my nails looked Nothing like what I wanted. I had one nail that I had broken very far down the nail bed that couldn't be done that day but they said to come back when it was healed and they would fix it. I ended up paying over $165 for this unsatisfactory job but REALLY made me mad was when I went back on December 16 to have the repair done the lady at the desk said they would have to charge me since it was over a week since I had my nails done!! I was never told that I had to come in within a week! It was barely 9 days since they were done. I paid full price and then some for unsatisfactory service! Sent my daughter to get her French tip nails and shellac toenails. They up-charged from buffing, cuticle cutting, shape, etc. They ended up charging her $160.00 for this Plus tip. She was suppose to get a package but wasn't given credit for it. I called and was told this was indeed correct. Just beware with your teenagers. Why is it so hard to find a good nail place anymore? I had the same place for years and now can't seem to find one that does a good job and isn't all the way in stone oak. Thought I found one that fit the bill in Belagio and even brought my mom. My shellac chipped on my thin in less than 3 days and completely peeled on my forefinger. I finally was able to go back on day 6 and they were "too busy to fit me in". I'm in customer service and I was trying to and do a whatever it takes to fix a mistake bc hey mistakes happen, it's how you fix them that matters. Bellagio was more concerned in taking care of new customers when I can't imagine it would have taken more than 5 minutes to fix my two nails. Really unfortunate. read more

I normally get a mani pedi at this salon. I usually don't have any issues. Today although is different. I was there to have a mani pedi when the technician applied too much pressure when doing a foot scrub with a scrub pad. She caused my heel to bleed. She informed the front receptionist and ask for a band aide. Unfortunately my heel was still bleeding. At the end of visit and came time pay for my mani pedi the staff did not give me any compensation or my receipt after. I will not be returning to this salon. The staff need to be better trained when providing a pedicure for its clients. I DO NOT recommend this salon. Please be cautious when attending. read more

I don't do acrylic or shellac, I went in for a manicure with no nail polish and I chose the lavender pedicure for around $40. My nail tech was Maya and she did a fantastic job. I did manicures and pedicures in the early 90's at a national top tier spa so I have different standards of judging a good nail tech than most. First, I do tend to not judge too harshly. It's back breaking work and customers are often not very nice and can treat you as less than thou. I feel thankful to the service people in all areas of service. Maya was extremely meticulous and skilled. She took care in working on the cuticles and smoothing out callouses. I really enjoyed the lavender pedicure which came with a hot wax treatment and longer massage. I felt pampered after an extremely hard week and I will definitely be back. read more
