To which they declined stating there were no appointments available. Um hello? I was booked for a lash lift and eyebrow wax. That is at least an hour and half appointment. I could have still made it. In fact when I looked at my gps it was 8mins away. They proceeded to say no, the next available is 3:15 but I had to go to work so that wasn't working with me. Then they said well 2:45? I said, no I have to go to work. They ended up charging me full amount for a service they did not provide. Later she texted me to apologize that she miss understood my message about making my way over but I still got charged. Horrible customer service. I even tried to call to talk to someone and the number they were using was a not call number. I don't recommend this place at all.

What a pleasure it was to find this gem of a nail salon. I've been to many in the area and have been looking for a clean salon with talented technicians. I have to say I think I just had the best pedicure of my life today. Thorough and relaxing. My solar nails look fantastic and Amy was the nicest salon owner. Although they may be hard to understand in English, they know their business and the two younger ladies speak good English. I highly recommend Ann's Nails. read more

This is the only place that I go, in San Antonio, or anywhere in the country (I am a flight attendant,) to get my nails done. This family owed business is professional and personable. Really, no one can do nails or pedicures like Lee, Rose and Darren. I also take my elderly mother because they are so kind. Good people, good service and perfect nails. read more

Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all.
