Everything is clean and the staff took their time which made the experience a relaxing time. The went the extra step to play Happy Birthday over the speaker to make the day extra special! I live in the area and have been going here for the past few years. I generally get the upgraded pedicure and very basic manicure with no polish. I always ask for Henry as my preferred technician. My toe polish lasts quite a while and is always done professionally; if he messes up he redoes it without me asking. I am never pressured to buy anything. The salon is clean, all precautions are taken and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I usually end up calling for same day appointment and they have been great about working me in. Prices are definitely reasonable. read more

I came with my mother today looking to get the traditional mani/pedi. We were swiftly whisked to the back and put in the giant, relaxing, massaging pedicure chairs. They did our nails while we got our pedis. Both Mom and I opted to try the dipping powder for our manicures. It is quite a process! And in the end they were perfectly pink and shiny. My color had the sort of see-through-ness that a popsicle has, and my mom's was a beautiful pinky-lilac. If you try it be warned that it'll look kinda weird till the end. But once they put the topcoat on it is shiny (and strong)! The manicures were great, but the pedicures were out of this world! Yes, my toes were a perfect shiny red in the end, but the process - oh my lord -I was an ooey gooey melty mess by the time he was done. The salt scrub, masque, and hot towel wrap were so relaxing! Women of the world - you owe it to yourselves to have your hard working feet pampered and rubbed into a state of bliss. I cannot more highly recommend them. read more

Came into this place as a walk-in and seriously got one of the best pedicures ever! I went with the midline option- I think it was called the "supreme pedicure". It had a sugar scrub and hot towels. Got the best leg massage and the tech was so detail oriented on the painting. They all wore masks and had plexiglass barriers which felt very safe. Love love love this place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and, thankfully, there was no wait. I asked for a regular mani/pedí (no shellac) as I brought my own non-shellac nail color along. The place is clean and pretty and I was offered a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. The staff kept pushing the shellac manicure, which was odd because I told them I wanted just a regular spa manicure at least 3 times, but I'm guessing that's just what they do. My manicurist was very quiet, but she had great hands, and the leg/hand massage was terrific. Honestly, I've had better manicures (the top coat was a little bubbly), but the overall experience was pretty good. I do wish they'd use higher end products, but that's just my personal bias and has nothing to do with the service. It's close to home and reasonably priced..I'll probably be back! read more

Quite possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. The individual (male) who did my nails paid no attention to detail and wouldn't make corrections when I asked. Didn't do a soak prior to clipping cuticles on one hand. Asked me to wash hands with no soap. Just weird. All around major bummer. So annoying to waste money. Can't recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I treat ourselves to deluxe pedicures here every 1-2 months. We enjoy the massage chairs and cleanliness. The technicians are very thorough and courteous. The salon offers water, soda, or wine, but we choose to BYOB and they happily oblige with a wine opener and glasses. The color selection of nail polish is diverse without being too large (I prefer not having 2000 options). Lovely muzak plays in the salon to aid in the relaxation. There are TVs but are muted (which I'm grateful for). read more

First, they don't use sterilized tools, just picked up from a random dish at another station. Second, I had to grab the nail file 3 times to even out the poor and ridiculously rushed filing job they did. Third, they cut my cuticle with their unsanitary cuticle clippers. The cherry on top of this mess is they didn't even paint my nails decently, leaving either gaps or uneven paint at the bottom of the nails. I spent money for nails that look worse than had I done them myself, without my glasses. Never again my friends, never again. read more

I love this dip color and the square round shape. There's a wide variety of glitter options if that's your style. This is the only place in the area that doesn't give you pushback if you want "short short" nails. Overall service time was about 35 minutes and the dip cost was $40. I will definitely return in the future. read more

I moved to the area around 6 months ago and decided to give this place a try. I've been getting acrylic nails since I was a freshman in high school and had a regular place previously. When I first started coming here, I felt like priority & all the staff did a wonderful job. Now though, it seems like the amount of effort is on a steady decline. One staff member cut my cuticles and made me bleed, another time my nails had been done so sloppily & ended up breaking within a day. If you ever decide to pop in to vibrant nails, make sure and ask for Henry or Lena. They're the only two who take pride in their work. read more

I veered from my normal nail place because this one was on my way to my errand.. not my best decision ever. My shellac manicure- she filed my nails crooked.. and the skin around my nail is shellacked. Also, she put the polish on incredibly thick, so my nails are crooked, pointy on the edges, stuck to the skin, and thick looking. Fail. Pedi was AWESOME. I decided to get my nails done while waiting on a prescription from the pharmacy next door. Monday afternoon at 1:30 with no wait. The staff definitely pushes for the shellac manicure and I succumbed, but Lily did a good job with it. I got the upgrade spa pedicure (can't remember what they call it) and it was a really long, thorough, and very relaxing process. Anna did a great job and her leg/foot massage was one of the better pedicure massages I've ever had. The prices are standard and the staff is friendly. The complementary beverages are a nice bonus, too. I would definitely come back. read more

Unfortunately, I did give up and used a random lash tech before I found Natalie and it honestly she screwed my lashes up... had holes in my lashes and fall out of my natural lash so bad. Thankfully, Natalie was able to recover them still and give me exactly the type of extensions I wanted. She's simply amazing. Would recommend her to all my people. Great prices as well for an amazing job. Worth waiting for to get in her schedule!!

What shocked me the most was the way I was treated on the phone. The representative was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in a humiliating and degrading way. After six years of loyalty, this is the level of respect I received. I truly regret ever becoming a customer of this place. If this is how they treat loyal clients after years of paying for their services, it's simply shameful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
