I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My pedicure wasn't the best--my big toenails were cut unevenly, with one side trimmed way too low. When I kindly asked for it to be fixed, I was told I'd need to pay for a color change and that the French tip was extra, which I understand (the French tip charge). Still, I expected the issue to be corrected without hassle. When I brought it up to Miranda, she seemed visibly bothered, which made the experience uncomfortable. As someone who's familiar with this industry, it's disappointing to see that kind of response. All the rhinestones came off and my nails are supposed to be gold and they are silver. One of my nails popped off the day after I got my nails done. The lady was rushing on my nails and she shaved off half of the paint off my nail the ladies had an attitude we're moving slow as hell like don't go I don't recommend..... and they got mad because they booked us for two and they got mad because they had to do our nails and our feet and it closed at four like if you know you don't have enough time to do my nails on my feet, don't book me for 2 ??? read more

So I called this establishment at approximately 5:35 PM, clarifying that I was about 30 minutes away and asking if I could come in for a full set for me and my friend. there was really bad traffic and I showed up 35 minutes rather than 30 and they denied service at the door. I would not recommend this establishment because when informing me, the lady (with short blonde hair) immediately gave me attitude. They clearly have a communication issues with the artists and the receptionist. I was highly disappointed to have to then immediately turn around back into traffic after showing up. read more

Pink and white fill even though there was a communication breakdown at first we got on the right track and these might be the best nails I've had done. I like to go and relax while they do my nails which entails a cocktail of some sort they didn't have anything but red and white wine which is a bummer. They do have soda and water though. The vibe was small and quaint music was relaxing.I give them 4 out of 5 because they are a bit expensive my pink and white fill was $60. Which was more then my new set at bliss 2 weeks earlier and they didn't even have mimosas and the guy cut my cuticle when using the drill. read more

The work is the previous owners and these people are trying to take credit for others people work. This here will tell you that they are not honest people. Beware! These new owners will tell people they can provide a service and can't and will lie about an event that happened in the shop. Entering a nail salon should be a relaxing experience, not a stressful one. Bashing someone and telling them how you want your nails done because you are unhappy with the service are 2 different things. Overall a very nice place to get your nails done. I called around noon for an evening appointment and they were immediately able to book me. Upon entering, I was checked in and seated at a table. My nail tech, B, was on time and very professional. She offered me a water before we began the process of building the nails. Thanks to her, we were able to maintain a quiet but comfortable atmosphere. I walked in with a nail design on my phone and B was quick to deliver. I love the way my nails turned out and will definitely come back to this establishment. My nails were handled with care and I'm very grateful for that. There were a variety of nail colors, powders, gems, design and more that you can choose from. A very nice place and very convenient. The overall process took around an hour and a half. This covered cutting the nail, filing it, prepping it, gluing nail tips on, adding the designs, and finally the rhinestones. B was very understanding and kindly smoothened/ filed/ fixed anything I pointed out. Every rhinestone was placed with care and precision. In the future, the Only thing I would change is the nail length. Some of my nails are significantly shorter than the others. The even length would compliment the design a bit better (in my opinion) but I love the look either way! I appreciate everything she has done for me and will definitely come back to see her. I hateee that I have to give this review. Me and my mom went here about a month ago to get our nails done, they were absolutely beautiful (we both got brand new sets) 2 days after my mom got here done 2 popped up, so she went to get them fixed. She went back 2 weeks after that because 2 of her nails were growing fungus under them due to them popping up. She went in to speak ti a manager and he basically asked her "well what do you want me to do" as if it wasn't his shop and his employees that caused her nails to be so bad. She's been getting acrylics for over 38 years so she knows how to properly take care of them. And I just took mine off today so see that one of my nails was starting to get fungus and I've NEVER had one before (been getting nails for 13 years) my nail guy was sooo good. So if you do go here please make sure that they are sealing your nails properly read more

I really like this place. Lots of color options clean facilities. Kelly the co-owner had a great sense of humor. My only complaint is she does a lot of up-selling "only 5 more dollars ok". Hung also does a good job on my turquoise and bronze hombre nails. Hong does most of the pedicures. Anywho they offer nails, waxing, microblading, and mink eyelashes. Complimentary sodas and water. They do have wine, but I think it's extra. Convenient location. Would definitely go back. :) read more

This place is horrible! Waited 20 mins after making an appointment. Management is rude place looks a mess. I specifically said when I made my appointment I wanted a lady since the person who did my nails before left and now I see why. They stuck me with someone who didn't do a good job at all, you can see the brush strokes on my nails, I had to go home and fix some myself. My first visit was a wreck. The technician gave me an "ok" pedicure, but proceeded to give me a massage with lotion when I had asked for her to skip it due to the fact I had applied self tanner earlier in the day. There was a language barrier, which I get, but SHE should have gotten the point that 'no lotion' means no Throw in some inefficient use of time, long hair getting in the way of polish, tripping over her shoes and a few other gaffs and you get the point. The atmosphere was nice and the selection of polish was vast. The TVs had closed captioning and were tuned in to the trashtastic Dr. Phil. All a good score by me. So as I check out, the manager asks about my experience. I decide to focus on the most obvious, my horrible shellac removal on my nails (natural buff mani). She shook her head in agreement and I told her I did not have the time to have it fixed. The manager insisted I return and that she would do the mani correctly. I did return a week and a day later, with an appointment. The manager did a GREAT job on my nails. And man, they had become more of a wreck over the week. They have a nice deal, you get a customer card and after spending $200 you get $10 off. They also have a nice "menu" of services that include waxing, provide cold drinks and wine and have a ton of new magazines. My second visit made up for the first visit, and I plan to go back for a third. read more

Very overpriced!! My nails were alright, nothing special definitely not worth the price. My boyfriend just got his nails cut and buffed out and it was $26 before tax and tip!! Tried this salon for the first time to get my eyebrows done while my dogs were getting groomed next door at Pet Bath & Beyond. Ever since then, I've kept going back. I used to live down the road on Lockhill-Selma, but even though now I live in Alamo Heights, I'll come back to Infinity to get my nails or brows done. There's always a surplus of techs ready to get you seated and going. Longest I've ever waited was 10 min. When you walk in, you're immediately asked if you'd like something to drink. The couple that owns the salon is incredibly sweet and humble. My usual girls, Van and Nicki, are amazing at what they do. Definitely give Infinity Nails a try! When you have the privileged opportunity to work on people's toes, I definitely hold hope that who ever has those precious things in their hands, decides not to hurt me or take away said toes. Well, that means that there's an intrinsic respect when you're giving a pedicure, or at least, that's what I hope. Not sure I would say Infinity came to that level, and adding in the fact that I was with my mother, you can say there were two people that left with hurt feet. Pay attention to the reviews that say they got cut or were hurt!!!!! I totally was down to give Infinity a chance, but when I was cut twice by my aesthetician and my mom later expressed the same, that's pretty much all you need to know. I don't recommend, suffice it to say. While this wasn't my worst pedicure, being cut without any apology or recognition tells me this happens with each pedicure and isn't gonna happen anytime soon. My mom doesn't get pedicures regularly, so when she complained about the pain, I can say I won't be going back. read more

Looking for a new place because I have been coming here for a while and I feel like every time I come in there's always something wrong... *One of the times the technician was in such a rush he cut me without apologizing and kept hitting my hand with his file instead of politely asking me to relax. *Another time my sister came in with my mom to get her nails done for her engagement. She got an acrylic set with red polish but was completely unsatisfied. When she came home I told her to go back for a refund because both of her hands were completely stained red from the polish they used and her nails were a disgusting squared shape which she didn't necessarily ask for. (Pictures at the bottom) She also told me she was hit multiple times by the same man that hit me. *Another time I came in to get my usual dip-nails. When it was time to file my nails the technician asked what shape I wanted, I told her I wanted round and she said "are you sure you don't want squared?" And I said "yes, I want round." Even after telling her twice I wanted my nails rounded she made then squared. I then had her round them for me. *The last time I came in I got my usual dip-nails. A man had me come in and soak the powder off before they reapplied. It was a Tuesday and the store was very slow, but I sat with my nails in the acetone bath for at least 30 min. Once they had been excessively soaked, someone came by to wipe off the old powder. At this point my nails were visibly bendy and flexible and the tech was wiping extremely hard anyways. After the powder was off she asked if I wanted my nails shorter (I had been growing my nails for a long time), I said "no, I just want them a little more squared." Before I could blink the woman cut my nails to the skin completely squared. *Also feel the need to mention that one time when I came in to get my nails done the girl next to me was repeatedly cut by her tech to the point where she told him to stop using the tool. And she was also questioned about the nail shape she wanted. read more

New management and it's obvious. These people are so rude. I went in to get a pedi and the guy had to ask for directions the entire time. I finally just asked him to stop because he did not know how to use the tools! Then one of the lady's up front got upset and started ignoring me so she wouldn't have to do my nails. One of the worst experiences at a nail salon I definitely recommend you go somewhere else! They do not care about customer satisfaction.
