Walked in merely to have gel removed from hands & feet, hoping for a relaxing experience before a surgery the next day. Michelle was my nail tech! She spent the entire time trashing my feet. I do not have pretty feet, but nonetheless they work. I asked for a Jelly pedi which came with heated shoulder compress & attention to calluses/corns in my sitch'. Was charged for a miracle pedi $5 more. This is the mess $110 later! If I could out ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! No APOLOGIES NO REMEDY NO THANK YOU!!!
