I made an appointment online, but I'm not sure if it actually went through. I arrived 10 minutes early, signed in on the tablet at the front & sat down to wait. Several people came in after me and were greeted and seated immediately, while I waited several minutes before being acknowledged. Once I was finally acknowledged, I was seated in a pedicure chair, but other customers continued being serviced before me. I then sat in the chair for another 10 minutes without anyone speaking to me. Eventually, an older lady came over to do my pedicure. She worked quickly & did a great job, so I appreciated that. I chose the Heavenly pedicure, but I was expecting more of a massage since that was part of the experience I paid for. The pedicure was $50 plus an additional $18 for gel polish. Overall, the experience was okay. The service itself was good once it started, but the waiting and lack of communication made the experience feel a little disorganized. Kim has been my nail tech for over two years. She's the first that I've ever met that actually cares about the natural nail --even when you're asking for acrylics she takes her time and really cares about her workmanship she takes pride. I went to get gel x and a pedicure this weekend. My nail tech for my nails did not put good effort into my nails and didn't care about her mistakes and was very messy. Made a mistake on my nails and told me she would fix it- then proceeded to put the top coat on. I asked if she was going to fix it and she said it's just glitter and you can barely see it. I paid $105 for this and it wasn't even worth it at all. She should have at least took off some off the price if she was going to make a mistake and not fix it. I also asked for a nude base on my nails to make my nail palette and she put a pink base. I really don't like my nails and so sad with the outcome. I even spoke up for my self and she wouldn't get a nude color - just told me this is the right color for a French top. Don't come here- place is also not very clean. read more

I also got a lavender, gel pedicure - it was great. The salon itself is very spacious and clean. It's typically busy but the manager makes sure everything is running smoothly. She was so sweet, very attentive, and did so great on my French tip gel manicure. She had very great attention to detail when it came to my cuticles, and rather than rush to get my nails done and get me out quicker, she took her time with each nail and showed me how each one looked after applying the French tip to ensure that I liked it. I recently came to Quarry Nails for a pedicure as it was a place my friend recommended. I made an appointment easily enough. They were busy when I arrived but not overly crowded. I selected a color/ polish and went to check in. They helped me almost right away and got me seated. I grabbed a beverage and sat down. I did feel like they rushed the entire process and were annoyed when I wanted to grab a drink before starting. I loved the variety of beverages that they offer (from sparkling water to the full bar) though! I had to get a last minute manicure for a friend's wedding. I called in for a 9:30 am appointment. I arrived a few minutes late but was still quickly seated & asked if I wanted a drink. I was randomly given Regan, she was amazing. I wanted a builder gel overlay with a minimal design & she did a fabulous job. She used Tap in Grace with Pearl details. I was also able to get in an eyebrow wax with V, she was so gentle & I loved how my brows came out. I then got in quickly for a last minute pedi. I got the lavender with paraffin wax. I believe with Beth but she told me her name was Nancy Pelosi lol She also refilled my drink. She was very gentle as well. I didn't get a pic but I was pleased with the customer service & work everyone did to make sure I could get to this wedding looking my best! Absolutely worst experience at the Quarry in 20+ years. Seriously. My father's wife & I made an appointment at 1300 to get mani/pedis. We arrived 10 minutes early. There were four people waiting to be seen. There were plenty of open stations, but not enough employees. Now, I'm stopping here to state, it is COVID Delta season. I was happy to see everyone wearing masks & social distancing. But, the rudeness of the woman who was supposed to greet, & I suppose the manager - were less than subpar. This was to be my 2nd time ever having a pedicure & 1st time ever having a manicure done. This is a luxury in life, not a habit for myself. My father's wife does have her hair & nails done weekly. So, when I saw all the people waiting, I asked the very rude woman in a pink sleeveless blouse , if they had appointments too. She literally waved them off, & stated no they were only walk-ins. (Um, rude! That is still revenue for the establishment.) Point being, I guess, is they would get seen eventually. Well, after we waited around until 1517 we were seated in one of the open chairs. My father's wife was told, abruptly, to sit in another chair for some reason. ‍ We waited another 8 minutes, & I said NOPE! I am out. No one ever came up, asked what we wanted, or gave us the "menu" of options. We wanted the works. This was a treat for me. So, because she insisted on paying, I was not going to have this woman be rude to her. I got up. I told the women sitting around the door that they had more patience to get treated rudely than I did, & walked out. We called another place just up the road, across from Trader Joe's, made an appointment, again. Walked in & were greeted very nicely, & were treated lovely. Two gentlemen did our treatments & we felt wonderful at that location. But, Quarry Nails - I do not recommend, nor will I ever be back. read more
