This was amazing. My first time trying float therapy and it won't be my last. The experience was wonderful from the moment I stepped in and the staff was very helpful. The rooms each have a single pod equipped with a shower, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner for before and after the float. The single person pods are heated to body temperature and filled with 1200 lbs of epsom salt. You can choose to keep the pod cracked open or fully closed and keep the blue tinted light on or off. Float is a wellness facility with several unique offerings. They have float pods, massage rooms, saunas, and a salt room. On this visit I par took in a couples sauna session. You don't know someone until you sweat together lol. The session was for 40 minutes with our own private room. Water, towels, and entertainment are provided. We decided to watch our fave, 90 Day Fiancé the Other Way to let time pass. The sound was great while in the sauna as they have built in speakers. They also have light therapy available. I appreciate that they provide ample towels. Overall we received a warm welcome and had a great tour of the facility. They have 2 locker rooms available and enough rooms to provide services for all their offerings. I was gifted a wonderful 2.5 hour session here at FLOAT for various experiences and being my first time here I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise this paradise is a hidden gem waiting for us all!! I walked in and was taken to a room where a locker with my name awaited for me. I was asked to remove all my clothing and a comfy robe and slippers were provided. I put my stuff away, phone included- this is optional. I was taken to the infrared sauna for my first experience. A big screen tv with Netflix is available. Water is provided as are ice cold eucalyptus towels to keep you cool in the sauna. Very relaxing experience. Next I was off to FLOAT. They explain the entire process. Caution- if you're claustrophobic this might not be for you. You can leave the door open though. And finally a Salt Therapy session. This was truly magical! I walked out of that place shaking. I was so upset, annoyed, and frustrated by the way the staff treated me. This was my first time ever going there, and I've never done anything like this before. The level of professionalism was definitely lacking. They weren't clear when explaining the temperature or the process, and instead gave an entire tour of the facility that no one asked for. When I requested that the water temperature be adjusted, they didn't handle the situation well. Even when I was banging on the door for assistance, no one came. AESCAPE AI Robotic massage was amazing! On a whim I scheduled a 30 minute massage. Within 5 minutes I wished I had scheduled a full hour. The massage pads are large and heated, which was very nice. You can customize your massage re: pressure and location cs/favorites/avoid areas. The machine is very large and is located in the salt inhalation room. Room has small lounge area so another person can wait in room if desired. I am going back for a 60 minute which will include back, glutes, and hamstrings. A good bargain and no tip needed. read more

This was my first time trying Float and my first massage of 2023. Woo! When you walk in the atmosphere is dim and calm. There was only one staff member up front who was on the phone with (what seemed to be) an upset customer. She handled it like a boss, keeping her friendly demeanor and making sure she was taking care of the customer the best she could. Like an effortless balance act, she also checked us in in a timely manner. The massage was great. The room was clean, smelled great and the music was zen like. Big fan of the heated massage tables. What was a little weird to me (but not a huge deal) is seeing other clients walk around in a common room. My first time trying this and I'm glad I got the cabin which is what they give first timers! It was a unique experience that I think everyone should try if you're looking for new ways to relax. My biggest worry was getting water in my ears but they give you wax plugs which completely solved that issue. I also did the infrared sauna which I really loved! I think that was my favorite of the the total package for $129 which included 1 hour massage, 20 Min sauna & 40 min float session. The massage was also really great and the therapist I had was Samantha (pretty sure) and she was great. This is my 2nd time visiting this location. This time around I visited for a couples massage after purchasing one during their holiday sale. Amanda and Dakota were amazing and we both left our massages feeling much more relaxed and less tense. The room was set up nicely and they were very attentive to our requests during massage. Waiting for my first appt. When booking, I was told to be here early to fill out paperwork. I get here early, doors are locked. Sign on door says they open at 10. My appt is at 10. This was for today. An employee coming in let me In and got things started. Update: paperwork took maybe 5 minutes, after that my massage was amazing. The sauna was pretty relaxing and the float pod was.... different. I was nervous going in bc of previous review I read where someone says they were banging on the door and no one heard. I don't see how that could have happened to them. I'm claustrophobic and the pod was bigger than I expected. The door has no latch so you can close it and open it with much ease. No way you can get locked in. The button to turn on light and call for help are really big and hard to miss. When you open the pod door, the lights in the room turn o . So don't let that review discourage you. I had no issues. Overall this was a good experience minus my 45 minute wait. If you have a 10am appt, show up about 10-15 minutes early & no more than that. read more

My first float....I gave it a five star because the atmosphere was great, the float experience was rejuvenating, and the relax lounge was nice with the tea and all. However, I had a towel from home with me and when I left they called me telling me I left with one of their towels. My towel was much bigger even had blue in it, I was wearing it on the head from the minute I walked out of the pod room so if the boss was looking at the cameras from home you can clearly tell it's not their white towel. Whoever thought of this place must be parents..to have a moment of no distractions and no obligations is invaluable. I came here with a gift certificate from my fiance and am considering becoming a regular. Customer service was top notch. I came in to smiling faces and an attitude of wanting to make me feel at home and relaxed. I was told to change into my comfy robe and then was escorted to a room with the most amazing massage chairs I've ever felt that actually conform to your body under a starlit sky with sounds of water and nature. After 15 minutes of this I was escorted to my pod where I floated for an hour on what felt like clouds and could actually hear my thoughts for once with total clarity.
