I had a very disappointing experience at AAA Foot Spa. My client called ahead and specifically booked us for a 60-minute couples massage at 9:00 PM. When we arrived, they took us to separate massage areas and started preparing us for regular massages instead. We stopped them and politely explained that we had booked a couples massage. At that point, the staff suddenly acted like they couldn't understand English, brought out Google Translate, and told us they couldn't do our massage after all. If couples massages aren't available, they should have told us when we made the reservation instead of waiting until we arrived. We wasted our time driving there only to be turned away. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and a poor customer experience. I won't be returning. read more

My husband and I came to San Antonio for our Daughters Basic Training Graduation. Our daughter wanted to get some relief from the long training days so we brought her here. It was MORE than what we expected. We walked in for 3 people to get the 45min Foot Massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. The lights were dim with the ambient music of nature. The beds were so comfortable. The foot soak was hot water with essential oils. While our feet were soaking, we received a head, neck and shoulder massage. The foot massage was so good. The three of us were in heaven. The 45min was a perfect amount of time and the price is so worth it! If we lived in San Antonio, my daughter and I agree it would need to be a monthly treat. read more

Call ahead! Worth it! We were able to get in within an 1hour and a 1/2. We had 3 people in our party asked for 90 min combos. The 90 minute combo included a 30 min foot soak with calf and foot massage including reflexology. Next you will move to a massage table where you can take off clothes and they cover you with towels and there is a curtain closure for the last hour of the treatment for a back, scalp, arm and foot massage. This was worth every penny! We are already planning our next visit! Dress for comfort leisure or workout attire. No skirts or dresses are recommended. read more

Incredible experience. Walked in to try out a 35 minute foot massage and was incredibly surprised by the start of the experience. From a gentle scalp and shoulder massage to arms injures and shoulders before even getting to the foot massage. Then the foot massage was incredible on its own. My daughter and I love this place! We were in town for a dr appointment and will be back next time we come back to the area. We have been to many walk in places in various towns but this one was the best so far. It was $50 for a 60min combo foot/body massage. Other places have you just sit and soak your feet and walk away for a bit but here they massage your head and shoulders while your feet are soaking! They then put a hot pack under your neck while they do the foot massage. We felt very comfortable while there and walked out feeling wonderful! Just what we needed before the long ride home. I just have to remember next time to bring cash as they have a sign saying credit cards accepted but cash preferred (I know small businesses are loosing a lot of $ to credit company processing fees). They do have a loyalty card that they mark whenever you come to get $ off after a certain amount of visits. read more

I stay in San Antonio frequently & every once in a while I need to find some place conveniently located to my hotel that can help me with my knotted up shoulders, back, & legs. I am choosy about where I go for my massage, as I don't want anything other than a good massage for a fair price & at a clean establishment. I looked through Yelp at available options within 5-10 minutes of my hotel & decided to give AAA my business based on the fact that it appeared "new" & was located in a busy shopping center instead of tucked away somewhere "hidden". It was so new that they were still putting up decorations whenever I arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday. I was the only customer there at the time, and I was greeted instantly by Linda who gave me a big smile as she asked me what I had come in for. Her english was limited (much better than my lack of ability to speak anything other than English lol), but she communicated well enough & we agreed to do a 90 minutes massage. The room I was escorted to was clean and there were two massage tables located inside. Linda knocked on the door a few minutes after I got situated on a table and began to get to work. Her style was very "to the point", and she worked hard the entire 90 minutes getting through my knotted up muscles. I am not a small guy, and I respect the effort these therapist give to larger "muscly" people like me. Linda worked hard, she gave a very nice "get my knots out" massage, and I tipped her well which is something that I strongly believe in. Linda was professional the entire time and I left feeling better than when I went in which is the point. Thank you, Linda. I gave 4 stars only because the room I was being massaged in had no air conditioning. The room began to feel very stagnant after about 30 minutes of being massaged on, and me being a larger body I get very warm very easily. There also wasn't any music playing during the massage which isn't terrible, but I could hear what all was happening in the larger room right outside of my massage room. If not for the poor air circulation I would have given 5 stars. Ask for Linda and remember to be kind to your massage therapist! read more

This place recently opened near my mom's, so we decided to try it out. We were so happy we did! Linda was absolutely the sweetest. There were two other men working there who were extremely nice also, but i did not get their names. We got a one hour foot massage that was great! After that, we did the foot detox.
