Went here last weekend with my younger sister and we both received the most amazing massages. I've probably had 30+ professional massages, most in high end spas, but none of them come close to the quality of this one. Not only do I recommend Taiji Massage, I will definitely be returning. read more

Dropped in for a much needed massage after a 24-mile hike, and it was exactly what I needed. I recommended it to a friend and we ended up going together. My man did outstanding work on my feet - seriously some of the best relief I've had after a long trek. I've been coming to Taiji for years, and it remains one of my top massage spots. Consistently great service and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend if you need to recover after a long day on the trail or week on your feet at the office. read more

See all

Best place to get a massage. I hope they keep and stay clean. That's one of my pet peeves . I hate it when massage places do not replace the towel or have a paper protection, you can literally feel and smell the sweat. So, far Taiji is one of the cleanest places I have ever been to read more

Andy was great! Full body massage. Has a heavy hand, which I personally prefer. Good price in my opinion. Tips preferred in cash!

New update...had a friend visit from out of town and we both needed massages. To Taiji! Ms Coco was my 'Muscle Whisperer' this weekend! I swear she used every modality...hit every issue I had (with no guidance from me) and then...I had an entire emotional release. She nurtured me right through it and my experience was wonderful. I left all my heaviness right there on the table. This place is a blessing. Just go, receive your own experience. My friend liked it so much, we went two days in a row! Two-hour intervals - both visits. He can't stop talking about it! read more

This is a hidden gem. They are open everyday. Great hours and amazing skills. I love this place. Better than spending at a salmon getting a pedicure. I'll be back read more

The price is reasonable, the people are professional and friendly and the service is great!

My wife and I have been going here for nearly a year. Love it. Always get a great massage. Always friendly and welcoming.

This place accepts walk-ins, which is perfect for a last-minute massage. It's near my local HEB, but I never thought to stop by until another place turned me away. I ended up having one of the best massages ever. Nothing felt rushed, they made 30 minutes feel like an hour. read more

I like to get Chinese massage frequently. I've probably had an average of 2 massages a month over the past 20 years. The massage I received here was just average. Felt more like a routine rather than the masseuse, actually taking the time to work out any of the knots in my back. Considering that it wasn't a super bargain, I will just keep looking for a better place. Won't be back. read more

My wife and I went in for a massage and got beat up. There was no massage to it, no oil, not much rub down. It was pretty much all deep tissue elbows and heavy forearms. I woke up so sore with my back I could hardly move. Now i need my chiropractor but I have to suffer the drive back to Wichita. And despite being told by my wife several times, they were pushing way too hard and made her internal organs hurt. Would not even give a one star. Will never return here read more

WALK INS WELCOME I've been going here for years! I'm a hairstylist so I need to get frequent foot massages. The price is affordable for a weekly, standing appointment. They are pleasant and professional. I personally get the combo so I can get a little shoulder work with feet - the price recently went up to $60- take cash to save on credit card fee. Also when you go there and are in the waiting area someone is literally on the other side of the bamboo wall. It is quite flimsy and it is unspoken but known to be silent and mindful of the peaceful space -so to the person who sat there the other day and spilled their beans to their friend via whispers. I heard every word ‍ read more

I've come in numerous times for the my favor combo massage which consists of a 30 minute foot/ leg/scalp/ face massage followed by a 30 minute regular massage. People don't realize how important it is to take care of your feet. They really hit on all the pressure points and in my opinion when your feet feel good it certainly helps to make you feel good. If your feet are aching it radiates up to your entire body. Now don't get me wrong, the body massage is equally important and oh so relaxing. They provide a calming atmosphere for you to enjoy your massage. They offer an array of massages including a quick chair massage as well. Their hours work wonders for most people since they are open from 10am to 10pm 7 days a week which is great when you want to stop in after a long stressful day at work! read more

They accept walk ins and gave great massage, they also have flexible hours which is very convenient. Would definitely go back

Great massages foot and chair are my favorite 130 minute combo is the best value around

This by far was the best massage I have ever had! I highly recommend!!! I had the one hour full body and was well worth the money! read more

I've gone a few times and have never had a bad experience. Every masseuse I've had has been incredible and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The prices are more than fair and they don't cheat you out of any time. You can walk in or make an appointment (I've done both). I think having an appointment for the full body massage or if you're doing couples is wise but if you're just wanting a regular massage, a foot massage, or a combo, walk-ins are just fine. I have recommended this place to several people already - and all have enjoyed it. Oh, and the hours can't be beat either! read more

Best massage place I have been too. I have a bad neck and back and they always help me feel better every time I go in. They know the exact place on your body to focus on and rub out the knots. If you want a great massage go here!! read more

Came in just before closing and had a quick thirty minute chair massage. I don't get a lot of massages but this place is not intimidating, easy to walk in and affordable while getting the job done. read more

The husband and I came here for a much needed massage and were pleasantly surprised by the service and prices. If you've never been to an asian foot massage place it's a bit different from a typical western style spa. Like most other asian foot massage establishments, they have an open room for those who were receiving either the foot massage or the chair massage. If you want the full body massage they have private rooms. We both did the 1-hour full body massage ($55/per person). The facilities were very clean and everyone who worked there was very polite and helpful. For the full body massage, the masseuse asked both of us beforehand what level of pressure we would like (I picked medium, my husband picked hard). We will definitely be coming back and are so happy to have found a massage place so close to our house! Also, I would recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot. read more

It's a smaller place with a communal massage area. My therapist was Emily, and I had a private room for a 2 hour massage. I like to look for these smaller places because it's just more affordable for me. The massage was fantastic!!!! Very professional interactions and draping techniques. I received the FULL 2 hours also instead of them trying to skip out on a few minutes. The ONLY reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because 1.) the price chart is different when you walk inside 2.) the bathroom was right next to my room so I could hear everyone going in and out. But other than that I highly recommend this place for the high quality of service for the low price. The location is pretty central and I will definitely be back to try the reflexology. read more

Increased to $60 for the basic hour reflexology. No way! Just go elsewhere for a full body and pay $10 more.

Stop missing out on this local gem! This is my favorite little place to slip away for a massage. My favorite is the one hour foot reflexology massage! They soak and massage feet and legs and then the last 15-20 minutes they work on your back. For those who want a massage, but don't like to take off your clothes, this is a perfect option. Wear your shorts and a tee shirt. My family has been coming here for years. Appointments are best. I have gone alone and in a group of four and got the same great service. It is clean, masking is required and they wear masks as well for your safety. You won't be disappointed. Relax & enjoy! read more

Kept the appointment on time. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean and the staff was professional and caring. Got the combination and was so relaxed afterward. Will be back! read more

I went here one time with a friend that booked an appointment for us. The rooms are open. Meaning there is an open room full of massage beds and individual rooms with the top part of the walls cut out so everything is heard throughout the place. That didn't bother me. I had a great massage. They were thorough and very relaxing. It was a great massage and I still recommend it to friends. read more

Today, I came back about two months after my first visit. This place is still awesome. I had some major muscle pains that I could not work out myself with Tiger Balm and a heating pad. I told them what was going on, and they went to work. They rubbed out the muscle, applied liquid heat to the area, and shook out the muscle by clapping and beating the area. Unlike those poor Alpha Beta jocks from Revenge of the Nerds, the liquid heat was great on my back and helped give me the relief I needed. read more

Great place! It's not a spa experience, it's for really getting those painful knots out. I had been going to a place for years and I will never go anywhere else except here! read more

Not closed! I just finished an hour massage here. They have opened another location, but this place is still up and going. Not the fanciest decor, but I prefer a great massage over ambience. Priced right and always friendly. Easy to get an appointment when wanted. read more

TAIJI Massage - Massage Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Yelpers report this location is closed but IT IS NOT. Some of the best massages I have ever had were here. Lisa is the BEST puts pressure and hits the spots perfectly. Always leave this place happy! read more

$50 for an hour massage. This massage was very much needed because of an annoying pain I've been experiencing between my nape and my right shoulder. The young lady asked if I wanted a hard or medium massage. I opted for the medium since I'm a wimp. I also let her know about the pain I was experiencing. Well, she made it a point to work on that spot. It felt so good! I could feel her kneading the knot. I could have stayed an hour more so perhaps, I may just go for the 90 minute massage next time. As mentioned by some of the reviewers, the place is clean and I went after work on a Monday so it was pretty empty. I walked in without an appointment and they accommodated me right away. I walked out feeling good. This made my day! read more

Cindy was my masseuse and she was excellent. I will definitely be coming back here. It's not swanky or pretentious, just a simple walk-in massage parlor that is open extensive hours- and great prices! I don't need a fancy spa to get a good massage! I will be coming back for sure. read more

The best 2 hr massage I have ever had. Went back 3 weeks later and had the combo foot and chair, excellent. Will definitely do the combo again. Will tell my daughters about Tiji read more

TAIJI Massage - Massage Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Very nice front desk woman who greeted me and welcomed me in. Had a 60-minute massage but she pretty much only focused on my back, hamstrings calves, arms and neck. Left no time for chest, thighs or shins. read more

Whoever go to this Massage Store, please see these! Just want to tell everybody the truth! They use a same towel for more than a week and don't change them until it looks very dirty! They never change every plastic bag in the bucket until it's very broken and it cannot be used any more. That means whenever you go there, you most likely use the same plastics bag in the bucket and the same towel with other customers. As well as, They rarely change bed sheets and plastic gloves. They don't have a dryer! Moreover, many employees are working there without licenses and working authority. Feel free to verify what I have talked! read more

This place was amazing. My friends go all the time. So professional and ask for Vivian!! She is amazing, strong hands, elbows, and forearms, but was very concerned with it not being too much. I can't recommend her enough. Awesome job I feel a little sore but amazing. read more

I have finally found my massage place in SA! Great price and worth it for the massage you get. The girl's technique felt accurate and applies the right amount of pressure that you prefer. I've paid over a hundred for the same service but the massage service here can not be beat !! So b nice to ur body and also ur bank account cuz this the place !! read more

I think they've only gone by word of mouth and have been open. I treat my parents for hour long massages and they chose to do it here. It's run by Chinese people and they perform deep tissue massages (chair, foot, table options). Their style is quick strokes maintaining the same pressure. They really get into the nooks and crannies of your body, and every time I feel superb since I treat my body roughly frequently. For you muscle men out there, you'll appreciate the mad gorilla performance of their hands and technique. Of course, they can go lightly for those who are more sensitive (like me!). Their prices are pretty cheap as well, so I tip them generously. They don't really speak English well so brush up on your Chinglish! They will gladly accommodate your needs. Also, no sexual favors to those who are jokesters. -_- Here are their prices. Chair Massage 15 min-$12 30 min-$24 Foot Massage 30 min-$20 60 min-$35 Body Massage 30 min-$30 60 min-$50 Promo combos 30 min (foot) + 30 min (body) - $50 30 min (foot) + 30 min (chair) - $40 Walk-ins are welcome. read more
