Had a Groupon for a massage here, and it was decent. The employees were very nice and patient. The massage started on time, and ended a little later than expected. One thing that could use some improvement is the massage tables, as they did not have a separate place for a head. There was just a neck pillow and a thin piece of tissue paper with a hole in between for nose and mouth breathing. I scheduled a Saturday 1pm massage. At noon I started receiving texts asking if I was coming/if I'd arrived. I arrived at 12:50 and my massage therapist was not there. I was told (in very difficult to understand English) that he was running late and would be there very soon. She took me to a room and said to go ahead and get ready. I laid on the table for about 20 minutes before the massage therapist finally came in. During the massage, his phone went off about 10 times, a couple times he actually picked it up! Then he only massaged my back and not the front. I will not be back! read more

Amazing experience at Life Spa. Very kind staff. I had a 10:30AM appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early. By 10:20 my massage had already started and it ended exactly at the allotted time. My massage was good but was pressured to add heat and hot stones. I guess the lady didn't know what she was doing. I had knee surgery seve months ago so my skin was still numb. The lady burned my knee and I didn't know it until I changed clothes at home. The spa knew about my knee before my massage and I made my situation well known to the lady giving the massage. Still I got a bad bur. See pictures. When I called to tell them what they did they told me what I should do differently next time. Spa is all from China and very difficult to communicate with. Terrible service. They ignore your phone calls, then will send a text shortly after because there is a language barrier. My husband and I have been having trouble scheduling our couple massage from a Groupon voucher. They ask for the voucher code to be redeemed way in advance from the appointment, when on the Groupon disclaimer it says to present voucher on day of service. Don't recommend this place, save your time. read more

My roommate and I had Alice and Hannah. Yall they are so funny and they did a wonderful job. They recommended the hot stones and its small stones they massage you with with and it's amazing. They make so many funny jokes. The only issue I had was the room door to the room we were receiving the massage in was a window, and you get undressed....... But other than that they did wonderful! read more

Poor customer service , lady at the front desk is very aggressive and mean. There is a difference between a language barrier and just being plain rude. When I called to confirm my appointment she rose her voice at me because I didn't understand her and proceeded to say " see you are smart " implying I was dumb for not understanding her at first. The ladies who work the massages were great once I arrived but once again poor service at the front desk. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

I am really impressed with Life Spa. I used Groupon, got an amazing price with the CyberMonday discount. I called this morning and had an appointment this afternoon. I got the 90 minute Swedish Massage. It had been so long since I had my last massage I was completely knotted up. Nancy, my therapist suggested that I might benefit with the use of the hot stones. It wasn't much of an increase in pricing and I said "please, if you think that will help" - which it did! I walked in about 10 minutes before my appointment, was met at the desk with a friendly smile. I completed the standard paperwork most spas require and was immediately taken back to the room - about 5 minutes before my appointment time. Nancy is AMAZING! From our discussion, she apparently used to work in a doctor's office as a therapist and seems to be quite knowledgeable of acupressure techniques. She explained evertything she was doing. I plan to return - not as often as I would like (I'm retired so on a fixed income) but plan to budget for regular appointments. I feel so much better following my massage. Thanks Nancy and Life Spa.
