I'll have to say I had the best massage I've ever had! The massage is unique and a traditional Korean style, so don't be surprised when the masseuse climbs over your back!! Cons: Don't expect a bougie spa no frills, but still worth it. -More direction or guidance on the facilities. A hand out or mini tour -I would add more drinking water throughout the spa -Update massage rooms with new linens -use signs to label the treatment rooms -When you sit in the baths I would prefer to be more submerged vs only the mid to lower part of your body. -add benches in treatment rooms for those with disabilities -Treatment rooms and massage are should smell like a spa vs food from their restaurant. If you have old injuries making you stiff, if you have had a sticky frozen shoulder, if you wish you ached less: Wilman can help! He's one of the best LMTs I have ever seen, and I have seen dozens over my life. Yoga is also wonderful! I particularly enjoy Samantha's class, which has recently been 6 PM Mondays, but I go with my husband to the beginner class on Tuesdays at 6 PM, too. We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we were seated in the lovely waiting area, served mango tea, and we selected our aroma for the aromatherapy add-on portion of our package. By the way, our appointment was at their opening time, 10:00 AM, so they were well within their right to keep the door locked with the "Closed" sign on, but instead they were ready to go with smiles on their faces as soon as we walked in. Then, we were brought to our treatment room by our therapists, Claire and Nicky, and the room was quiet, beautiful, and clean. The therapy itself was heavenly. We were both so relaxed that we nearly fell asleep during our treatments. Claire and Nicky are amazing! Once we were finished, the ladies at the front desk, Amy and Aubrey, were so helpful and professional. They even gave my stepdaughter a cute little elephant keychain for her birthday. We were treated warmly and kindly at every moment, and it's a wonderful place. Professional, clean, and beautiful. I can't wait to go back!
