I booked the holiday special and so far so good. I like the quality of service given by this location. I can't say for all but at this one, check in was extremely smooth, I feel asleep during my massage and woke up a new man! It's clean, it's relaxing, and they don't try to upsell you with a bunch of stuff. I was in and out. I lm extremely happy I choose the package like I did. read more

This is more for business practice rather than service .If you buy or have a gift card pay close attention . I bought gift cards for my mid 80 year old parents for Christmas last year. I SPECIFICALLY paid for hot stone massage and wanted tip included. I wrote hot stone massage plus tip on their card envelopes . My parents used the cards last week for their anniversary. They were told it was a regular massage and tip. My mom told them that I would not have written "hot stone massage" on the envelope , if I hadn't paid for it . They told her that I paid for a regular massage and a $50 tip each! My Mom told them , my daughter tips well , but I don't think she would leave $50 for a massage . They agreed to reduce their tip to $30 and include the hot stone, but my mom said that they made her feel bad for reducing their tip . When I bought it , I told them exactly what it was for and they were trying to reduce their service to make their tip bigger....UNACCEPTABLE and UNETHICAL. I will never buy a gift card from them again . They really need to keep better records of what the gift cards are purchased for . read more

Since they have opened I have booked 3 separate times. However each time the day before they call to cancel because the therapist will not be in. This is very disappointing each time, but overall just not reliable. read more

Great service! My husband and I have had Erica, Sydney and Logan for massages and had an excellent experience with all three. It's close to home so very relaxed and not uptight from traffic until we return home. Glad the business is in the neighborhood. read more

You never know how valuable quiet time is...until you have kids. *insert ALL the emojis you want* I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to massages because I've had one too many subpar experiences, but this place was GREAT. I used GroupOn to get a better rate for their 60 minute massage, but it was SO good, that I ended up purchasing the membership at the end of my visit. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to be taken into a room once I arrived. Make sure to do the paperwork that they send you to your email about 2 hours prior to apt time. Sarinda was the name of my massage therapist and I LOVED how thorough she was. The mom in me was hoping this massage would never end! This location is a NEW location & it is open from 9am-9pm most days...which means that even if you were telling yourself you couldn't make it because you work blah blah blah -- no Becky, you can make it. Go pamper yourself. read more

Self care is so important and I was so excited that a massage place opened up near my house. I ended up getting deep tissue massage and I asked them to focus on my back because that is where I carry most of my stress. I left feeling like a new woman. The location is really nice and clean. When you arrive they great you and take you to another section where you can get water while you wait. You have the option of getting add ons and next time I go I want to try the host stones. If you like massages and facial they do have a monthly plan which you can cancel at any time so it's not a contract. I would certain recommend if you're thinking of coming here. read more

My favorite place to come to relax. The spa itself is beautiful and has a nice waiting area where they offer you water & has relaxing music playing throughout with dimmed lighting to help get you in the right relaxed mindset before getting a massage. I received a deep tissue massage from Robert & it was relaxing, he also did a great job talking through which muscles were extra tense. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for their membership service and look forward to coming every month for my massage. They also have a hydra massage table available to use for members whenever they'd like which is a nice little perk. read more

Would absolutely recommend for spa services! Had a deep tissue massage with CBD oil (session 1) and a seaweed facial with scalp massage (session 2). I also used the hydrochair, which was a nice wrap up to super relaxing sessions. The staff is wonderful, super nice and have calming voices. The spa was clean and sanitized, and had the perfect spa ambience. I also ended up purchasing a membership because of the amazingly relaxing experience. read more

I visited here shortly after they opened last year. I have since purchased a membership and go every month! The spa is clean, calm, and well-run. I love how they send you any forms that need to be filled out before hand via email. You can fill them out at home and not have to worry about anything once you arrive. I have randomly selected a different masseuse each time as I don't have a preference and each time I have had a wonderful experience. All of the masseuses listen to your needs and are very good at what they do. I am so glad they moved into the neighborhood! read more

Best massage and facial I have received, HANDS DOWN! I honestly feel that MassageLuxe has provided me with the best services and are now in my top 3 places to go to. They are a MUST. I got there about 10 min before my appointment, didn't need to fill out paperwork because I had filled it online prior to arriving. So I was invited to use their hydration therapy chair while waiting for my massage therapist. The ladies at the front are really nice and helpful btw. The prices are reasonable and seems like they've got specials/discounts going on every now and then. April gave me one of the best massages I've received in years. She took her time, applied the perfect pressure, really worked out all my knots, stretched out my arms/legs, and was just amazing overall. Rachelle provided me with a facial. This was my second facial I've ever received and I gotta say that it was 100% better than my first. I think I might have even taken a small, light nap during the facial cause I was so relaxed and the facial massage felt AMAZING. Both ladies were so nice, informative, helpful and I can't wait to go again! read more

I booked a party of 4 (8 appts) for facials and massages. They were amazing in accommodating our party. The massage was.. WHOA!! I have had a pain in my shoulder for years and the lady found the pain point it was caused by and spent extra time working it out. Absolutely love this place. read more

Best massage I've had in a long time. I will definitely be returning. I walked in and the place smelled amazing! Everyone was really nice and I enjoyed my 60 minute massage. I left feeling super relaxed, it was just what I needed. A special thanks to George who assisted me today. read more

AVOID. I have been getting massaged for over 30 years and this was the worst one. I tried not to complain, but when I asked for something, she responded, "I'm not for everyone." It was cut short, no mention of the foot scrub I added on. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I was sadly disappointed by this experience i got a discounted 90 minute massage online. I got a man and he was very timid about massaging me. I booked a deep tissue massage and barely got anything but i was okay with that because i figured he didnt want to hurt me. The biggest issue for me was that i didnt even get my 90 minutes. We started at 12:55 and he told me we were done at 2:05. By that point i was done with it anyway, im sorry if this is rude but i dont want to talk while my face is smushed in a hole and because he was massaging my feet and then my head and he was either getting distracted and stopping or it felt like he was touching me with a feather. I walked out still sore from the same things i went in for. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

My husband and I had a couples massage booked for today, when we arrived the informed us we'd be in separate rooms. Really no big deal but we specified a couples massage and we didn't get that. My massage was absolutely horrible, asked for deep tissue and got very light pressure. I kid you not I felt like I was just having someone rub lotion on me. I do not like yo talk during my services but my tech talked a lot so I just stayed silent so he would get the hint, it worked. But then he was requesting me to bend my forearm this way 3 times, use 20% of my strength to push my head against his hand, just odd things. I'm trying to relax or fall asleep not neck wrestle with your hand!? He moved constantly around the room so it was loud and distracting. Lotion smelled cheap and weird. My legs and glutes were left completely untouched. He put lotion on my face, I have makeup on, he also "massaged" my head, but I am not exaggerating when I say he pulled my hair! I wear a low bun with a middle part and he grabbed sections of my hair and pulled on them from the center part??? I was so confused and just done. I asked for water after my massage, he said yes but failed to bring any. When I told them in the front it was awful and there was no pressure all they said while looking at their computer screen was sorry. My husband said his was awful too. They proceeded to charge us $150 not including tip, it was a mess. Would not recommend this place and never wasting my time here again. read more
