Then, she just doesn't show up for another 15-20 mins past her estimate. When she gets there we go upstairs, but the room is dirty and she needs to spend more time cleaning it and just making excuses and asking me dumb questions like why I was working on a Saturday, and was there a lot of mental stress in my job. I ended up just walking out in order to preserve my schedule. She was not a professional when it came to the scheduling or having a clean room upon arrival. This is not a professional massage business. Her inability to keep to her word multiple times and the dirty room was what was causing me stress, it resulted in me having to push an appointment back twice. I am writing to share a complaint about my recent post-op massage with Lori. I have had two…read moreprevious therapists at this location and both experiences were excellent, so this appointment was very disappointing. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.

We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we were seated in the lovely waiting area, served mango tea, and we selected our aroma for the aromatherapy add-on portion of our package. By the way, our appointment was at their opening time, 10:00 AM, so they were well within their right to keep the door locked with the "Closed" sign on, but instead they were ready to go with smiles on their faces as soon as we walked in. Then, we were brought to our treatment room by our therapists, Claire and Nicky, and the room was quiet, beautiful, and clean. The therapy itself was heavenly. We were both so relaxed that we nearly fell asleep during our treatments. Claire and Nicky are amazing! Once we were finished, the ladies at the front desk, Amy and Aubrey, were so helpful and professional. They even gave my stepdaughter a cute little elephant keychain for her birthday. We were treated warmly and kindly at every moment, and it's a wonderful place. Professional, clean, and beautiful. I can't wait to go back!
