The Thai massage table was huge and had bars on top for the masseuse to be able to hold onto, for pressure walk massage. Ok to keep underwear on. Soothing music was on in the background. She performed a Thai/combo one hour massage. The best massage ever! A combo of her weight, whether lightly walking or sitting on the back of your body, then deep tissue using her hands, and lastly stretching the upper and lower body. Deep tissue was eased out with strokes to smooth out the muscles. Practically every large muscle group was massaged or stretched. And she frequently checked on me during the massage regarding depth of pressure and if I was ok. She found a sore spot in both my shoulders. Man ! super painful, but with pain comes healing.
