My masseuse made sure to ask me what level of pressure I desired and if I wanted hot stones ( free option). She left to let me change and once back she started right away. She did talk to me a little to make sure all was fine but nothing after (my preference as I sleep). She loosened my muscles with a light blanket on top of me and then tapered back the cover to apply oil and massage in areas of focus.
