George greeted us I entered the spa and offered me a choice of Water, Hot Tea or Champagne. All good choices but after a full day of traveling I opted for the bubbly beverage while they preparred the room. George asked me how much pressure I would prefer and the areas to focus on. I had been sitting on a plane and carrying luggage so my entire back was stressed and in need of work. George stretched my back muscles and proceeded to relieve the tension that had built up. He seemed to know every muscle in detail and knew exactly the right pressure and technique that was required to complete the task at hand. I heard joints popping and oils being applied to my tired muscles all while relaxing on a warm massage table with comfy sheets and headrest. The music playing in the background was soft and relaxing. My masseuse made sure to ask me what level of pressure I desired and if I wanted hot stones ( free option). She left to let me change and once back she started right away. She did talk to me a little to make sure all was fine but nothing after (my preference as I sleep). She loosened my muscles with a light blanket on top of me and then tapered back the cover to apply oil and massage in areas of focus.
