Don't waste your money or time in this place‼‼ Horrible experience 2 1/5 tbh, the lady didn't speak any english, it was hard to communicate what I want it in my massage, she was more worried on her tip than do her job, horrible technique, she hurt my back, neck, and spine, because she was being to rough and using her elbows instead of her hands, even though I was saying ouch, she couldn't understand and never changed her technique, I paid for 45 minutes, and tbh she only did 30 minutes, I specific asked for hot stones, they said they were going to do it, and it ended up never being done, but she got really upset when I told her that it was only 30 minutes and I wasn't gonna pay the full 45 because she didn't do anything that I specific request beforehand. I have been going to the establishment for many years and this last experience was very very disappointing. The masseuse didn't speak any English at all and we had to communicate through her phone to translate our conversation. She was so concerned with how I was going to pay her and what was worse was she was asking how much I was going to tip her. She even asked how much have I tipped in prior services. She was unprofessional. I was already on the table and she was persistent with how she was going to get paid.. I believe I was also short changed the hour I paid for. A friend of mine had recommended this place, for a professional theraputic massage. I had some soreness in my shoulder and lower back. I called and made an appointment. The location is a strip mall, and parking may be an issue. The interior is very clean, with fresh linen and soothing music. My masseuse was Lee, her technique is very good, using her hands and arms. She will adjust the pressure she uses to your comfort level. Massage included hot stones, whch felt good on my back. I left I felt relaxed, with no more pain in my shouder or lower back. Had a couples massage with my husband. The two therapists talked the whole time , making it impossible for us to relax. They spent the extra 30 minutes we paid for scratching our head, when I asked not to do a scalp massage. We will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

We went in looking for a foot massage and they sold us a full body massage and the foot massage as an add on?! The body massage was good but the foot massage was weak. They asked if we wanted a room together to which I said "that would be nice" but then she said they couldn't.‍ We didn't experience our ladies walking out but you could clearly hear one of them talking outside. Best deep tissue massage place I've found in the San Antonio area. The therapists are very strong and thorough with their massages...they really dig into your body, which I love. I feel so relaxed after each session. The massages I receive here are nothing like the flimsy rub downs I've received elsewhere, including fancy and expensive spas. The only reason I excluded a star is because they do not have a receptionist and so a therapist will often walk out during the massage to answer the door or phone. Also, unfortunately for me, I am from Los Angeles where competition for massage businesses are so high that a comparable massage would cost about $30 in LA. $60 for a body massage seems to be the norm or on the lower scale for massages in the San Antonio area. Ok. I know most of the time these services are not provided by trained and licensed massage therapists... There's a reason why it's cheap and available in an instant.... The 'foot Massage' that I got today was total crap. Maybe 30 minutes of fast paced random scrubbing, poking and shoving a massage tool onto over lotioned, slippery skin that just slid off and then stabbed into bone. She didn't wash her hands before she started working on me. She left three times to go answer the door or phone, in all cases didn't wash her hands before beginning again. She dropped the hot stones on the floor before putting them on me, she burned her own hand with them but kept going. She did more "massage" strokes that scrape and grind the bones of my ankles, shins and knees than she did on actual muscles. She used tapotement (the slapping/beating move) along nerve lines that sent zingers. She stretched out my shirt to slather watery lotion all over random parts of my upper back and chest, clearly not aiming for anything but bone. I am a massage therapist and massage instructor myself, I know exactly what shiatsu, thai, acupressure and reflexology massages should feel like and what they should be pushing on, and this was far from it. I was just there to get my feet rubbed, which is not a hard thing to do, and this turned out to be the worst attempt at anything that resembles bodywork that I've ever felt. My husband and I went in for a couple massage. They charged us $120 before our massage. When we were ready to leave they charged us us another $60 plus tip. When we told her how much to add for tip they both were upset and demanded/begged for more. We always tip 20% or more depending on service. The massage wasn't good they spent 30 minutes just scratching our heads. They talked during the whole time and answered the phone at least 3 times having full blown conversations. read more

Massage was good but what ruined it for me was the lady who was doing my massage walked out FOUR times because someone came in during my hour. This took away from my massage and my relaxation. I was also irritated she expected a tip if I didn't leave a tip that means there is a reason. We have them 10% to be nice and she was still rude. I enjoyed the relaxation with my husband but for $120 I'd appreciate having a massage with someone who stays in the room the entire hour. If you don't have enough staff for the front you should hire someone. Two stars is generous because my husbands lady was courteous enough to be there the entire hour. read more

I received a gift card for my birthday. There was no phone number on the gift card, and when I typed in the name of the place listed on the gift card it didn't show up(sidenote, the gift card also had printed on it, DOES NOT EXPIRE, but had a month time period hand written in). I walk in and ask if they had availability, the lady motioned to me to come and asked if I wanted an hour, I said yes and showed her my gift card. She showed me where to place my clothes and left while I undressed. Now, I'm not a small person, but the sheet left to cover myself was covering the top half or the bottom, and at one long point it covered NOTHING, it didn't bother me, just something I noticed. The massage was ok, nothing special, I pointed to my problem spot at one point and told the lady, but she seemed to just be going through the motions. It wasn't like she was doing the same side on the left as she did the right, so my problem side wasn't getting the pressure my other side was(this was when I spoke up). There were several times where she was just rubbing oil or lotion on me. Even rubbed in my hair and on my face very strangely. I will say the hot stones and warm towels would have had me return for a relaxation massage UNTIL...she left me alone to change and as I stepped out of the room she was right there. Both kinda looking at each other. Knowing there was a language barrier I said front and pointed to the front, we walked to the front, I then asked her for water(most places have it or ask you as soon as you are done). As she was getting water I pulled out my wallet to tip her. I only had a $5 on me, and while I know that's not a great tip, the massage was ok, and it's what I had on me, plus I would be a repeat customer. The lady pointed at the money and told me 20 more. I said I'm sorry I'm not understanding I have you the gift card, she said that's for boss. I still didn't understand, and she pointed to my service, I said yes that what I got and her response was "you tip more". Stunned I responded excuse me, she said this was for her the other was for her boss and I needed to tip more. I thought 10% was fine because it was all I had, but I thought 10-15% is normal for other services. She was really upset. Just repeated it about 5-6 times, that this was for her boss and the tip was hers. I told her but you get a wage or a piece of the massage and walked out. I will NEVER return, how dare she. After reading another review it seems like this isn't the first time. read more

I just attempted to support this business called first to see if there where any available appointment given the current pandemic and was not greeted over the phone in the most positive way but still decided to see because of the numerous positive reviews. I initially informed the owner to expect me around 4:30 and unfortunately could not make it in do to other circumstances. I come in to the Spa around 5:45 simply asking if there was any availability now that I have been about to take care of my issue only to be scolded from that moment on. Now, I could have understand her outrage if I was demanding to keep my original appointment but that was not the case at all. I would just think as a small business owner she would be more considerate on the way she would talk to possible PAYING customers. I ended up leaving without any service because I knew the whole encounter disrupted my peace and a relaxing massage would not come from it. read more

I found this massage place from the Google search. It was highly recommended so thought I would give it a try. This was my first time going to this spa and I will definitely be going back. Lee was awesome! She has magical hands and did an amazing job working my problem areas with the right amount of pressure. I really enjoyed the hot towel packs placed all over my back.
