The $60 hour massage did not include oil on the body nor did she massage my feet. Her hands were dry for the majority of the hour, it felt like an Indian burn!! And the hot stones might as well have been a prop. She didn't know how to use them in the slightest. I felt like she was rushing to get me out of there the entire time. (Even though I was the only person in the building) The lady just kept sharing my body as if to try and relax me but that was her entire method of massages. 10/10 would not return. Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). I don't know if I want to get my massage there but I hate to see my sisters' $200 go to waste especially since I already wasted $105 on a mani-pedi.
