The person who gave me the massage was Amy! Thanks Amy! The atmosphere is nice but don't except it being one of those fancy spa places. It's located at the mall. So people will be passing by and peeking in the window. I notice that most people just walk by ignoring it. If you're getting a body massage, you will be behind a divider. There are 4 tables there. So you don't have to worry about people starring at you. The place is a good size. The lights are dim and relaxing music playing. Tip: Make sure you tell them if you want a man or a women. Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). There was a language barrier, but I managed to get scheduled for a 10:30 am appt. I also asked how much the massage would be, and the lady said it was $110 total. When we got there we were brought in to the couples massage room and the lady said we had to pay upfront, which is an unusual practice in my book, but whatever, we paid. However, the total was $125. Even if tax was included to the $110 she mentioned an hour earlier on the phone, it still wouldn't equal to $125. So that was odd, I wonder how she got to that total. The massage was okay. Pressure was inconsistent, she would be soft in some areas and painful in others. My hubby said his massage was not bad. Also, they only gave us a 50 minute massage instead of 60. So I was kinda peeved that she charged extra than what she mentioned over the phone and that we were short changed 10 minutes. We won't be back. Our search continues for a place to have our monthly couples massage!
