Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). Even if tax was included to the $110 she mentioned an hour earlier on the phone, it still wouldn't equal to $125. So that was odd, I wonder how she got to that total. The massage was okay. Pressure was inconsistent, she would be soft in some areas and painful in others. My hubby said his massage was not bad. Also, they only gave us a 50 minute massage instead of 60.
