    Floatation tank

Truly a great experience from start to finish. Placed a phone call to secure the reservation and the gentlemen on the phone was kind and knowledgeable which goes a long way when you're signing up be placed in a tank in a dark room. The process was described perfectly, the video they play right before you go in for your float answers any and ALL questions you may have about the experience. The pre-float area/lobby is clean and has water and tea complimentary. There is an oxygen machine, that was broke when we were there, but is also a cool ad on(I've had it before) and great to experience. The room itself is clean, the tank is clean, the sounds are nice, the rules are explained clearly several times, and it feels safe in secure. Long story short, overall GREAT experience, highly recommend floating for people with anxiety, struggle sleeping, joint tension, or people who just need an hour of PEACE with yourself !

For my Birthday this year my cousin decided to treat me to a float therapy for the first time ever. This is something she enjoys doing for her self often. She has shared with me her experiences, which have always sounded amazing . I Love & enjoy everything about a spa /spa type experience. However this experience was not what I expected. We arrived early in hopes of unwinding for a few minutes first (as I had completed paperwork and all asked of me ,online.) Nonetheless as we entered the pod the water was cool @ my room was a bit slippery. Once it was time for me to enjoy the oxygen room ,I waited about 10min (approx) for assistance,as this was my first visit I had no idea how to use the equipment. Overall the customer service & explanation of how the facility works could have been a bit more detailed. The building was nice & clean aside from the wet floor inside my personal pod room.

    Wonderful pod!

I have gone to True Rest twice. Trip one - my boyfriend and I went - he was excited, I was nervous as I'm not inclined to enjoy small spaces and imagined this would either be awkward or somewhat relaxing. Well... I was pleasantly surprised. 1. pay attention to the video and instructions, and maybe watch a few YouTube so you more fully understand how to maximize the rest this experience can give you. Don't just go not knowing, I don't think it helps you get the maximum benefit. 2. Ask them to set the room to a temp that you like. My first time I didn't know I could ask that and the room was 67 degrees, so it was cold when I got out of the pod. The second time the room was at 74 and it felt a lot better. 3. I tried positioning myself in different ways, my arms up, to the side, or on my torso. At first, some positions felt slightly painful, but I learned that is part of releasing the tension, as I worked into it, my muscles relaxed so much that I could feel the difference over the next few days when I was working at my laptop - I was so loose and without tension. Wonderful!!!! 4. Go on an empty stomach. All these self-care things seem to feel better when you don't go on a full stomach. 5. If you are using a Groupon or any discount fair - be very clear at reservation and checkout. There was a mix-up with my reservations and I was overcharged. They rectified it but it took a while to sort out. But I highly recommend this place. It was clean, every staff member was super sweet, and the pods with all that salt, made my boyfriend, my niece, and me have smooth skin, relaxed muscles, and soft hair. There is a shower in the room with you, and you can lock the door, so you do have privacy. Now I can't say they have great blow dryers- but they have some if you need them. It is worth going once in a while for sure. And the silence... omg - it was heaven! To lay in this wonderful, body-temperature water, in total darkness (there are soft light options), with not a sound anywhere- I napped in there like a baby! And yes, you can nap, there is so much salt that it is not like normal water, after a few minutes you feel like you are just on a bed. The last thing Id say is for my first trip we went at 7 pm. And I had a lot of energy after, probably because I had just taken such an intense rest - but it kept me from falling asleep until after midnight (I normally sleep by 10 pm). So the second time I went at 4 pm .... and that night I slept exceptionally. Good luck!

Perhaps floating is not my thing. It was an experience that I'm glad I tried. The staff was friendly and the float room and pod were clean and relaxing. I found it difficult to relax.

Wow wow wow! We bought float passes for my wife and I in 2020 but hadn't used them yet. We went for the first time total and it was the most amazing experience ever! I haven't felt see peaceful and relaxed in years. Highly recommend. The oxygen bar after was also exhilarating. Today the spa was being staffed by the nicest ladies. Great customer service and they explained everything really well. You have to give it a try!

Love to float - what can i say more - just Go & Do It and experience peace & joy & relaxation !!! (started floating in 2018) my skin and hair turned soft and I was much more calm -difficult to do the 8 minute drive home some nights ! I purchased several Salt Lamps and for gifts too!!

This is was a stretch for me! Had a friend recommend. I decided to give it a try for my sore and achy muscles but surprisingly enjoyed the relaxation as well. Great experience. Facility and equipment was clean. In fact the towels smelt amazing! I will be coming back and brining more friends!

First time at doctors recommendation. Machine worked but personnel were less than enthusiastic. Did not feel welcomed. Felt hurried.

I am a fan of True Rest floats. The float experience is absolutely wonderful in terms of stress…read morereduction and a general feeling of calm well-being, and the atmosphere at True Rest, both before, and after your float, enhances that feeling. In my recent visit, I tried their Vitality Suite, which consists of a combo of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a cold plunge. The attendant was very nice as she described the process. Unlike the float, which has an automatic timer built in, the vitality suite experience is one in which you are expected, or at least encouraged, to watch the clock. I wondered whether 45 minutes might actually be too long, but it was not. Not at all, actually. By the time I showered, got heated up in the sauna, and got myself into the cold plunge, which is very, very cold, the clock said I was 36 minutes into my 45! Since I had seen no other customers, I didn't think anyone would be pounding on the door, but still, I felt constrained and not relaxed at having to watch the clock. I tried the red light therapy, but felt no sense that it was doing anything for me. Maybe my cells were regenerating without my knowledge. So back into the sauna, then back into the cold plunge, and by then I was well over my time. When I was showered and dressed, I saw the attendant had just come to check on me, but I didn't really feel any time pressure, except what was self-imposed. But that still made the experience less relaxing than it should've been. The elegant one-person sauna was nicer than the one I use at my gym, and the cold plunge was much colder, which was bracing. But overall, I was not especially impressed with the vitality suite since it is pretty much what I already do at my gym. I would come back and pay the pricey price for floats at True Rest, but the vitality suite experience did not work for me.

I went into this experience expecting to love it - I got the pure silence I craved…read more The facility was very clean, and I felt comfortable being there. The float itself was good, a strange sensation, but I can see why people love it (especially after a few times to get used to it). My biggest problem was that the light switch inside my pod didn't work, and that triggered a little bit of my panic reflex. I ended up cracking the pod open a couple times to calm myself down, and that detracted from the experience.
