I sent an email to the email she provided and said I want to cancel. No one ever said I needed to complete a form to officially cancel. The reply to my email simply asked why I was canceling. I didn't reply and the next time I went in the manager said I need to complete a form to cancel - which now was too late to cancel without getting charged for another month. I emailed and they said they can't honor my emailed date then said they would but I'd lose my credits for the current month so either way I'd lose $190. I was referring people here but now I can't knowing what the treatment is if you no longer want to be a member. If I didn't call and ask and email with no one telling me about the form, I'd understand them needing to follow their policy but 2 times no one gave me clear direction how to cancel when I asked.

Quiet, peaceful, and easy to recommend without hesitation…read more I did the signature massage package. It starts with sound bowl healing, which was fantastic to get zen. By the time the massage started I was already relaxed. The massage itself was great, and consistently had the right pressure. My favorite part was the Gua Sha facial. The technique was terrific, and my skin felt great afterwards. The rest of the session flowed nicely too: hand and foot reflexology and a hydrating mask. By the end I felt completely relaxed and pampered. If you're in the Leander area and want something more than a basic massage, Body Lab is worth the trip. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been here two times now for a head spa treatment. The first time I had a woman named Lauren,…read morewho was amazing. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and cared for, and the service was great. My hair was soft, I didn't feel rushed, every touch was pleasant and relaxing. This second time I had a woman who I believe was named Emma, and my experience was much less pleasant. This time the pressure was very light, things seemed to have been skipped (like she rubbed one side of my neck, but not the other during the scalp rub), I was splashed with water on my face multiple times, I got water in my ears, and I know for certain I didn't get all of the exact same methods as I got the first time. I also had an add on foot massage and it was incredibly sub par. The pressure was super light and it felt like someone who hasn't ever massaged before. It's supposed to add 15 minutes (per their website) but I finished maybe 7 minutes after my allotted time. There was LOTS of banging around behind my head like she kept dropping the head sprayer into the tub. Lots of splashing from that as well. She was in the lobby when I was checking out so I said my service was fine, and tipped her well, as she did perform a service even though it wasn't great. I think your experience truly depends on who you have.

I don't know if I was just exhausted or if Lisa has magical hands, but I walked out feeling like a completely new person. It honestly felt like she understood every tight muscle and nerve that needed relief. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. The ambiance was lovely overall. The only minor downside was that my room was close to the main entrance, so I could hear people coming in and out. Next time, I'll request a room farther from the entrance for an even more peaceful experience. I'll definitely be booking Lisa for my massages going forward. Highly recommend her!
