As this was my first experience I can tell you it won't be my last. The sauna was great as well as the cold shower. Did you know they also have Netflix and other platforms to watch tv as you get in a nice sweat! To top it off I had a nice cold shower to cool my body back down! I can tell you I left feeling so relaxed and my skin felt great. Of course I got in a great nap afterwards! I wish I could add more details because it's so much more to it but better yet take my word for it and give it a try! I will definitely be a returning customer

The studio is kept impeccably clean and minimal, and the owners are so pleasant. It is difficult for me to take any time for myself, but when I go to Perspire, I am forced to simply relax for 45 minutes and I need that. When I walk in, the staff is so friendly; they know my name, my preferences and have everything set up. It feels so hospitable and it makes me happy. The saunas are incredible and the Sno Shower makes the top tier membership worth it. I cold plunge at home, and while I love it, it can be a chore. At Perspire, after a sauna, the 45-degree shower is perfect. It gives me the cold jolt I want after the heat. Afterward, I use the cool eucalyptus towel that is provided, toss my towels into the bin, and I don't have to fill ice molds or clean up. I walk out better than when I walked in. The app makes booking a snap and I look forward to every session.

Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine heart for service elevate every single visit. It's rare to find people who so clearly love what they do and care about the people they serve. And to the owner: please know that these two are a tremendous asset to your business and your members. They represent Perspire beautifully. After trying out the IR sauna experience more than a year ago now (thanks to Yelp Elite!!) I…read morethought I'd go back again. I recently ran my 11th marathon and had been dealing with water retention (tired, sore muscles holding onto ALL the water I presume), and figured why not take a spin in the sauna to help the recovery process? I was able to make a quick reservation the morning I planned to stop by. It was my first time at the Triangle location, and while I had to park in the parking garage and couldn't park in the infamous lot directly in front of all the establishments, it was not *too* much of a hassle. Once I was checked in, I was taken to my room, and the procedure seemed similar to before. I didn't realize that the TV didn't have the volume connected, so I had to watch in silence while I began to sweat profusely, LOL. In this session, I had to call it quits after about 25 minutes. I wish I had weighed myself before and after to see how much water loss had occurred (being the nerd that I am!), but I felt like it was a much more intense experience compared to my visit for the Yelp Elite event last year. My guess is that I lost about 2lbs in water weight. I did feel light-headed this time around and had to lie down for the last few minutes of my session. I also waited and cooled down in the lobby before heading out. Despite the session feeling more intense this time around, I'm more curious about making this a regular thing, especially if it can aid in my marathon training and recovery.

I sent an email to the email she provided and said I want to cancel. No one ever said I needed to complete a form to officially cancel. The reply to my email simply asked why I was canceling. I didn't reply and the next time I went in the manager said I need to complete a form to cancel - which now was too late to cancel without getting charged for another month. I emailed and they said they can't honor my emailed date then said they would but I'd lose my credits for the current month so either way I'd lose $190. I was referring people here but now I can't knowing what the treatment is if you no longer want to be a member. If I didn't call and ask and email with no one telling me about the form, I'd understand them needing to follow their policy but 2 times no one gave me clear direction how to cancel when I asked.

They have complementary fruit water which I didn't try as I wasn't thirsty and it contained coconut which isn't my fav. The seating area is very modern with a large display of products. I was then taken to my room by my therapist where I requested a medium to hard pressure massage. I got comfortable and awaited the therapist to return. As she started it was a decent pressure however that slowly faded. I've been getting massages regularly for over 15 years at various establishments and I will say this was about my most underwhelming massage yet, I didn't leave feeling refreshed or like a noodle which is what I look for in a massage. In addition the massage was not a hour and a half it was 80 minutes , and which I noticed on the service menu afterwards... I booked over the phone and requested a hour and a half when booking. I was not told it would be 80 min vs 90 and the confirmation email also said 1 hour with addtl 30 min was what was booked.(email in pics for reference) I really wanted to like this place since it's near by however I'm not sure I will return for future services. If I do it will be with a different therapist as I'm well aware not all therapists meet the needs of all clients.

Quiet, peaceful, and easy to recommend without hesitation…read more I did the signature massage package. It starts with sound bowl healing, which was fantastic to get zen. By the time the massage started I was already relaxed. The massage itself was great, and consistently had the right pressure. My favorite part was the Gua Sha facial. The technique was terrific, and my skin felt great afterwards. The rest of the session flowed nicely too: hand and foot reflexology and a hydrating mask. By the end I felt completely relaxed and pampered. If you're in the Leander area and want something more than a basic massage, Body Lab is worth the trip. I'll definitely be going back.

I left feeling incredibly relaxed and cared for, and the service was great. My hair was soft, I didn't feel rushed, every touch was pleasant and relaxing. This second time I had a woman who I believe was named Emma, and my experience was much less pleasant. This time the pressure was very light, things seemed to have been skipped (like she rubbed one side of my neck, but not the other during the scalp rub), I was splashed with water on my face multiple times, I got water in my ears, and I know for certain I didn't get all of the exact same methods as I got the first time. I also had an add on foot massage and it was incredibly sub par. The pressure was super light and it felt like someone who hasn't ever massaged before. It's supposed to add 15 minutes (per their website) but I finished maybe 7 minutes after my allotted time. There was LOTS of banging around behind my head like she kept dropping the head sprayer into the tub. Lots of splashing from that as well. She was in the lobby when I was checking out so I said my service was fine, and tipped her well, as she did perform a service even though it wasn't great. I think your experience truly depends on who you have.
