I went for the first time yesterday and tried the NAD IV therapy. The team warned me that I may experience nausea and stomach cramps, which I did but they did offer bottled water and anti-nausea medication. I was checked on multiple times to make sure I was doing well and Dawn explained the process and costs associated with everything really well. I signed up for the membership which requires a 3 month commitment. I called before the end of the commitment and said I wanted to cancel. The person I spoke with said I need to email them. I sent an email to the email she provided and said I want to cancel. No one ever said I needed to complete a form to officially cancel. The reply to my email simply asked why I was canceling. I didn't reply and the next time I went in the manager said I need to complete a form to cancel - which now was too late to cancel without getting charged for another month. I emailed and they said they can't honor my emailed date then said they would but I'd lose my credits for the current month so either way I'd lose $190. I was referring people here but now I can't knowing what the treatment is if you no longer want to be a member. If I didn't call and ask and email with no one telling me about the form, I'd understand them needing to follow their policy but 2 times no one gave me clear direction how to cancel when I asked. read more

I gave up on Westernize medicine, for so many reasons. Restore Hyper Wellness has been instrumental in my recovery. I have been a customer here for years. I got to know the employees, the managers and loved my experience with every visit I made. I asked to freeze my account as I got married and then began expecting a child shortly after. I was very transparent with my needs and intentions explained this to the employees and they had no issue with freezing my account and ended up freezing my account for a little over a year. I was extremely grateful for them understanding and being willing to help. During that time I guess the manager had changed to which the customer service has completely tanked. I had 11 credits on my account and the manager removed them and told me I could only use them if I were to start paying again. Feeling hustled by these unnecessary tactics, I explained to her the agreement I had set up with the management there. This new manager says that my frozen account violates company policy. If company policy was broken, then correct that with the employees, don't take it out on the customer. I only acted according to what I was told I could do by the staff. Now I am being punished financially and being deprived from services I had paid for. I tried discussing this issue with Dawn but she showed no interest in helping me and only repeated herself in saying that I am in violation. I asked her when would be a good time to stop by the store to discuss better in person and she told me not to come in. I am very disappointed that what was once my favorite place is now a hostile, money grubbing scam. She decided to end the conversation by saying that she has removed the credits I paid for and closed my account. The biggest frustration with Dawn and her management is that I explained this freeze is only due to my current circumstance and I look forward to returning as a regular customer. Dawn's response was pay now or leave. She unnecessarily forced my hand in not being able to return nor do I want to as long as she is running that store. read more

Restore Hyper Wellness is way more than just cryotherapy! When my body hurts, my energy is low, my allergies are flaring up, or I feel like I might be getting sick, I go to Restore first. The services are always helpful and the staff at this location is friendly and efficient. Let's talk about their services. I hear great things about the full body cryo, but I've never actually tried it, so I can't review that service. However, I have visited this location more times than I should probably admit for IV hydration services and local cryo. Amber is one of the fantastic nurses there, and she's one of the sweetest people you'll meet. I'm probably not the only client who is sad she's part-time now, but you're in luck if you catch her there. However, I've had a few nurses there, and they have all been professional. The local cryo made my muscles feel like new again. Well, maybe not new, because that's been a while! I came in not being able to move my neck to the right and left with vastly increased range of motion. It's like icing a very hard to ice area thoroughly for an entire day or more. It's very cold and very helpful. I now try it before a massage. The women who provide the cryo are also very friendly and willing to assist with anything. They share duties so seamlessly, which creates a family feel. There is not a "that's not my job attitude" in any of the three regular staff members, and they all take care of anything any client needs. I personally feel like this stuff is a bit gimmicky and does not appear to be backed by the medical community at large. That being said, I would imagine someone with an illness that has had them unable to keep food down and/or fighting dehydration would benefit from this. I do wish there was more privacy--at least curtains or something--between people receiving treatments. And the medical consultations via iPad especially should be done in private rather than out in the open. But overall, if this is something you're into or want to try, this seems like a pretty good place to do it. read more

My first time. I bought a 3 pack through Groupon based on Yelp reviews. I waited a while when I walked in because the person was helping someone else. I didn't know there was anyone there. I had my session and it was exhilarating. Can't think of another word to describe -140 temperatures hitting your naked body (expect underwear). She said to expect to burn 500-800 calories. That would be amazing but how will I ever know? When I was changing back into my clothes I heard the woman telling the next person going in (also first time) that it's better with the lights off and that she was going to play music. I was thinking to myself why I wasn't given those options. It was still good! When I checked out they tried to sell me on a Membership and that was a little off putting but I realize it's their job. I was going for drips, HBOT, and finally did a cryo session. These services are great. The staff and nurses have been awesome! The biggest problem I had at this location is that the hyperbaric chamber isn't very stable - like, at all. At one time, they kept it wedged between bolsters and a wall. Unfortunately, all the electric gear to operate the HBOT has to plug into that wall. One day staff had an issue with the chamber bumping the electrical plugs and cutting power to the gear, so they pulled the chamber out from the wall. Ever since, the chamber feels unstable while being in it and rocks at the slightest shift or lean. For me, this was unfortunate because I am using HBOT to help a condition I have that includes an extreme startle response to sounds, light, motion. The first day I dealt with the rocking, I reported that I felt worse after having been in the chamber than when I went in, because of the constant startling. The 2nd time, there was motion with every slight shift and I felt horrible after an hour of being constantly startled - in between straining to keep in one position the entire time. I brought it up again as an issue and again told nothing could/would be done about it. That was the day I decided to take my drip / HBOT / cryo business elsewhere. Vitamin therapy is amazing and I have been doing it for years. However if you have small veins this is a terrible location. Several times I have been stuck all over and sometimes have to leave empty handed after waiting a few hours. Try another location! It'll be worth a longer drive. read more

Restore Cryotherapy has been life changing and that's not an exaggeration, simply my experience. Started out with a three session whole body cryotherapy package on a weekend. I noticed some differences immediately after one session and it seemed to compound over the following two days. Booked a month of unlimited sessions after, making sure to go everyday. Wow. From feeling cooler at night to noticeable improvement in energy levels, I just feel better all around. Highly recommend the compression service for legs as well. As far as staff, they are top notch. Sean has been amazing and informative about how to best incorporate each type of therapy with my goals. I was a little hesitant to try this out. I am a body builder and a Marine, so the combination has put a lot of strain on my body and I have accumulated a lot of injuries over the years. I had recently gotten so bad with my right shoulder that I was considering seeking medical attention and possibly surgery. A friend of mine insisted that I go in and try it out, so I made the trip. After my first session of both the cryo tube and upper body compression sleeves, I understood what all the fuss was about. I began gaining mobility in my shoulder again as it targeted and eliminated the inflammation. My spine feels better as well. I am now a loyal regular there. Ok so while I came in for the compression therapy and it was not my jam this review is purely about the service. Not one was at the front desk when I came in and I had enough time to wait and wonder if I should say "hello" around the corner that I waited a few minutes. Then they just plugged me in and left. I wasn't told what I might feel - what's normal what not, etc. they only ask if you have ever had a blood clot but I get migraines regularly and I had to scream twice for help until someone showed up because they just left me there. I started having a massively migraine attach and had to ripe the device off because no one came immediately. I'm sorry but that's horrible customer service. After my head stopped pounding enough so I could actually stand without falling down from dizziness and pain I left and I'm pretty sure if I hadn't already put up a fuss they wouldn't have had a clue that I left. read more

Please, PLEASE read your contract very carefully, as Restore leaves just enough white space and vague language to help unwary consumers hang themselves. I was told that I was signing up for a "three-month special", and there was no mention of renewal or auto-renewal in my contract. I'm now out $600 via credit card, because I didn't realize that Restore considered me as a constant member until I went in person to the Round Rock location to cancel. Even then, I waited 30 minutes and STILL didn't walk away with paper documentation of cancellation because they "couldn't get their printer to work". All said, the employees are pretty nice, but sometimes it gets very loud with gross, inappropriate topics of conversation--especially in the IV drip area. Don't make the same mistake I did...be wary of what you're getting yourself into. Others online have complained about this particular business practice from Restore as well. read more

incredibly disappointed In the Round Rock location. I called Friday specifically to make an appointment & be sure a nurse would be on site for today Monday. I arrive this morning and there is NO nurse !! Danika did call my phone this morning but did not leave me a message ? The store also has my email on file!! Last several months I've spent a good deal of money on the services here and was going to to spend atleast $300 on IV & $2000 on the cryo skin. WOW This place changed my life with 3 Cryo Therapy sessions! I have really bad knees and I'm only 33, but with 3 sessions I was able to walk up my stairs with out touching the bar and now I'm doing proper squats at SICFIT!!!! This is just the beginning! I have been struggling with knee pain so I decided to try compression therapy. First off I had to try Cryo first I mean why not. All you have to do is fill out a little info while sitting in a comfortable massage chair. Once done you enter a private room and undress then pop on a robe. I must say it's was very invigorating!! After cryo I tried the compression therapy for 20 minutes. I felt absolutely amazing. I train a lot and I deal with minor pain from strength training. My next session I plan on trying compression on my arms. I highly recommend trying this out. The staff is amazing and the cost is very reasonable. Come on by and give it a try. I purchased a Groupon and it expired. I was unable to come in due to the fact that I got busy at work and had to travel 6 weeks straight. I called and my fault for not taking the persons name said she will still honor the groupon. When I came in Regan said that she could not honor the Groupon because they are losing money. Well they shouldn't of signed up with Groupon in the first place. She took my name and said she would have Todd call me which never happened. This place provides IV drips along with Cryo. First let me say, this is an invaluable service and is great to have as an option IF they had the meds in stock all the time and a nurse on staff. I pay a monthly fee to be able to use this service but they are always out of the medication or a nurse just happens to not be coming in for a couple days. Paying a monthly fee, it would be nice to have a set schedule of when the nurse will be there. My guess is they are out of stock on meds so she takes time off... This is the Round Rock Location. This may not be the case in other locations. I tried emailed the home office about getting a schedule since I pay a monthly fee and the issues and got NO response. It has been over a week. due to a chronic low back problem, i was referred to that place and i've since referred my share of customers to that place since i talk to people for a living. i used to talk very highly of that place all meanwhile i was being misled. don't get me wrong, i appreciate cryo and i had good rapport with the staff. this package was verbally (repeatedly) sold to me as 100% roll over sessions by jordan. i repeatedly asked for a 3 months membership. i asked madeline to cancel auto payment to my credit card after the 4th $299 charge and was told to talk to the person (jordan) who sold me the membership. upon my next visit, i again asked jannette for cancellation of auto pay and was again told to talk to the person (jordan) who sold it to me. after my 5th charge, i finally was able to talk to the selling agent (jordan) on one of my other visit and was told ok. i cancelled my credit card once i realized i was charged again a 6th time. i'm being told that my sessions don't roll over now that i cancelled my credit card even though all along i was let to believe that they roll over during the course of too many conversations. i've sent many unanswered emails to the ceo (jim donnelly) giving him an opportunity to fix this. i've made too many phone calls that haven't been answered and i've even visited the william cannon location attempting to speak with the ceo but conveniently he's never there. what was said to me was not consistent with their paperwork. this is bad business practice and i feel scammed. people should be aware of this. i work too hard with a broken back to be taken for $1800. i plan on taking this business to court if nothing is done about it. i want this resolved. read more
