I need a special shout-out to Joy. I primarily worked with her. I enjoyed each interaction and looked forward to my time with her. The staff at the front desk and on the phone are SO friendly! They absolutely made me feel valued. I was not pressured to sign up for a membership. It was discussed, and I explained that I wanted to experience services before considering something like that. Really like this new location! First of all, everyone on staff was wearing their mask correctly the whole time and most customers were too. Secondly, the whole staff was super friendly! The nurse got both of us on our first stick, which is usually not the case for me and my hiding/rolling veins. The assistant manager talked the wifey into giving cryo a try because their chamber is truly full body and big enough for us to go in together. Up to four people can actually fit in their chamber, so we could have had a very cold dance party in there, but I was having a shivering fit instead. It was fun and my joints do feel better after the cryo and compression. The Founder's Special they have going right now is an amazing deal! What a rip off. I went in for an IV drip, and they convinced me to sign up for a plan. They never walked me through the facility to show me any of the features or options available. When I went back for my second appointment, they added in things to my IV drip that I did not ask for, then charged me extra!! I contacted the corporate office to cancel (because that is what their website says to do!), however, the next month came around and they still charged me! Even though I notified them with more than 30 days notice. They claimed that they would reimburse me but they never did. I went into the store and talked to the manager who said that she would take care of it. She did not. A few more calls and unanswered emails and I gave up. These guys are dishonest and the treatments are worthless. Stay away and do not waste your $$. read more

This is the place for recovery! I am so addicted! Cryotherapy here is better than cryotherapy anywhere else, you literally go into this gigantic freezer. You can dance, sing, even go with friends and freeze for 2.5 minutes! It's so amazing and you feel amazing after, pair it with red light therapy and you are in for a completely rejuvenated self! This place has everything you can think of when it comes to recovery, and being the best you can be everyday! When I came here for my IV for the first time, I assumed that it would simply be for an IV, but they really just wanted you to come in for business, so they started to go over the specifics of what they have. Sadly, I only want to complete the IV; I have no interest in those. The nurse continued to show me things after the IV was finished, which irritated me. They also show me the membership before I pay; $99 for the first month is not bad, but the issue is that each machine only has one item; what happens if two customers visit at the same time and want to use the same one? They speak as though it's a place where you can be comfortable like you're at home, despite the atmosphere not being particularly discreet and the inconvenience of donning a robe. Additionally, the staff chattered loudly. I'll continue to use the more expensive option because the staff are knowledgeable and the setting is more private. read more

I have tried tons of cryotherapy places in the Austin area and I am giving this new shop an enthusiastic two thumbs up! The staff is friendly and the pricing is fair. I had no trouble setting up my account online and working with online booking. Everything at the shop is pristine and the staff is very warm and inviting. The real deal is the amazing new technology in their cryo machine, though. This is the Cadillac of cryotherapy! The thing is HUGE! It is so cold but also comfy. I really like that you can wear your robe throughout the process, too! Super disappointed in the way they handle memberships. I canceled my membership 6 days after a payment was made for the month. I was told I would be charged one more month. Canceling is very difficult, I was not able to cancel online you have to go in and cancel. The person who took the cancelation information was not knowledgeable about the process. Fine, I figured I had the 30 days to get a service. WRONG I go in a few days after the payment was made and got charged full non member pricing. I call to understand why and I was told that the monthly payments are made in arrears. Which I'm sure is hidden the very very small print when you sign up. I found the nursing staff to be lovely, however the rest of the organization, not so much. read more

They do not tell you when you sign up that there is a 3 month minimum membership time or that they require a 30 day cancellation AFTER the 3 months. Talk about predatory business practices. The staff at Restore are all very well informed about the services provided and are all so kind. From the very beginning I was impressed with the customer service. I do cryo ,PBM and IV's. The cryo has helped me so much. Years ago I had a terrible car accident and sustained many injuries, many broken bones. I'd been taking ibuprofen for nearly 10 years. Today I do not have to take pain meds and I sleep so good. I had only done cryo a couple of times before I noticed major changes and I encourage anyone with arthritic pain, sleep issues or any kind of pain to try cryo here at Restore. I popped in here last week when I was in the area for an infrared sauna appt. When I walked in there was a lot of commotion going on in the IV area up front. As the man at the front tried to check me in, I asked the woman standing there if the saunas were away from "all of this" and gestured to the women gathered at the IV station. She looked at me blank faced, I tried to clarify and said it's loud so I was wondering where the saunas are located. She said they're around the corner. When I was reaching for my phone to scan the code she took the opportunity to roll her eyes at the guy, when I called her on it, she tried to chuckle it off like she didn't understand. Then with a tone, she tried to explain what a sauna was and that it's a closed room. No shit. I told her the issue is not that I don't know what a sauna is, it's that I know very well what it is and I wanted to know the proximity of said sauna to the cackling taking place up front. I went into further detail, explaining what should be obvious, that it would not be a very relaxing or "restorative" experience as you're eponymously named, if there's screaming going on, and that's why I asked where the saunas were located with respect to the front. She replied, they're in the back, where else would they be! I don't know sunshine, I'm not your architect. I walked out. If this is your welcoming crew, just shut it down. read more

Management says you have access to a private bathroom which is attached to your sauna room however multiple people had used the bathroom while I was in the sauna. Not private enough, especially if I had been in the shower in the restroom. read more
