As a long-term customer, I moved out of State and was back in town for two weeks and the first thing I did was schedule two appointments with Rock Solid Health to flush my colon out and become healthy again, it was great seeing Melissa and her staff again along with her newest member Ragen, who was my technician, she's knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. I'm already feeling lighter and better, if you're having any type of bloating, constipation or discomfort, I highly recommend Rock Solid Health. read more

i have always had a great session when I come to this place. The staff is really nice especially Reagan & Melissa. The ionic foot bath was strange at first but felt great when I found out the toxins/metals that were eliminated. And, I always feel good after a session. read more

Very professional and friendly staff. Clean and tidy location. I would recommend this business and location to family and friends!

I love this place! I signed up for a promotion (discounted 4 sessions). It was my first time trying hydrotherapy, so I was nervous and unsure of even going to the appointment, but once I went in and met Maylssa, I knew I made the right decision! She was absolutely awesome, and made me feel very comfortable and helped me achieve my health goals I planned out! I felt the pricing was good and the service exceeded my expectations so I definitely recommend! They also have other services available as well! read more

Who really can say wonderful things about a colonic? It's intimidating and scary at best! Well, this establishment is pretty dang good. Everyone is friendly, helpful, informative and will put you at ease. I wanted to obtain this service before doing a liver/gallbladder flush. The procedure, while not exactly fun, is discreet and you aren't left feeling out of control. Every part of the office is clean and welcoming. The actual system is state of the art. I will be returning. read more

A few years ago I attempted to do a colonic at a different facility but it was an epic fail and I could not complete the mission. Somehow I built up the courage to try the mission again here and I'm glad I did. The young lady who helped me was really friendly and put me at ease before the process. She explained everything and after making sure everything was set up properly she left to give me privacy. She checked in occasionally and if I needed anything I could press the doorbell in the room. Everything was peaceful and tranquil and I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a little pipe cleaning. Will definitely return read more

I arrived feeling nervous and a little tense, but left completely relaxed and refreshed. The human body is an extraordinary engineering marvel, all parts working in harmony to keep everything moving, pumping, bending, twisting, flexing and squishing around. Until something goes awry. Then the human body is like a petulant 2-year-old, hell-bent on destroying your sleep, wardrobe, free time, spare cash and piece of mind. I had one such episode several months ago, when a bout of food poisoning before a scheduled plane trip had me chugging the Pepto Bismol, to keep the stuff inside ON the inside. This led to some serious constipation, which led me down the rabbit hole to all kinds of horrible, TMI situations. I've had a colonic before, and I can say it was easily one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life; I threw up and passed out right afterward, and vowed to never do that again. But when you haven't pooped in 2 weeks, your priorities change. Going into my appointment I was extremely nervous, but as everyone has stated, Melissa was super comforting and explained everything really well. I won't go into extreme detail, but let's just say that everything moved along just fine, and the equipment they use means it's clean, non-smelly, and as pleasant as possible. I'm docking one star because about 4 months after my appointment, I got a follow-up phone call asking if I wanted to come in again for another appointment. I stated that I was fine and if I needed to come in I will call them first thing. Then I started getting calls about once a month. Every time i would state please let ME call YOU if I need your services, and still I would get repeat calls. I understand that this is sort of a preventative service and it's best to get colonics on a regular basis, but I didn't like the repeated contact, especially after asking not to get called again. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Health if you need a colonic, just make sure to state your preferences about future appointments. read more

Rock Solid Health is hands down the best. I have been going here for over 5 years since I relocated to Austin, Texas. I recommend Rock Solid Health in Round Rock TX. Not going to lie, reading reviews that talked about inserting the tube yourself almost kept me from trying this. Then WebMD freaked me the eff out. But I'm vain so I walked through the door anyway. Melissa has the weirdest job ever. But I don't think she knows it. She has the patience of a kindergarten teacher mixed with the demeanor of luxe spa technician. She's all soothing and light, which is exactly what you need when you're going into a strange-ass experience (no pun intended). **It's gonna get graphic from here so proceed at your own risk** Melissa does a great job of explaining how the process works and reassuring you that all the equipment is safe and sterile. The moment of truth came when I had to "lower myself" onto the device-- which is not as scary as you think. The device is the smaller than the ones I've seen on reality TV shows and it only goes in about an inch (my no-no place is still safe). The water is 102 degrees and, contrary to my overactive imagination, doesn't feel like a garden hose. It just feels suddenly warm. The only way I can describe it is it's like having diarrhea in bed. It's not bad, it's just unnatural to expel while laying down. The viewing tube. It sounds disgusting, but it's like a cheering section on the downhill ski at the Olympics. It's letting you know you're doing things well and that you should keep going. About halfway through the session my tube was clear, so I was beginning to think this was a scam. Melissa came in and massaged my stomach a bit and unleashed a new fury. Again, sounds gross but felt like someone put a gold star on my colon. (Good job, Buddy!) I love that Melissa didn't end the session with a hard sell on purchasing more sessions. She even provided me with a recommended list of foods to add to my diet rather than suggesting some unrealistic juice cleanse. Because, seriously, I had cocktails after my session. I have scheduled more sessions and am actually looking forward to it. Partially because Melissa is so welcoming and partially because I want to see that box of Red Hots I ate in 1983. read more

When I signed up for my colonic I was originally worried because my only experience with it was watching Johnny Knoxville get one on Jackass. I tried to mentally prepare myself for having a stranger's arm halfway up my ass. But when I walked in Patty greeted me right away and gave me a few simple forms to fill out. Then I thought, well at least she's pretty. That might make this better. Or worse? Before I had time to figure out what the better scenario was, I was escorted to a room in the back with a giant machine shaped like a recliner. She explained to me that I was just going to sit in the chair and ease the tiny plastic tube in myself. We went over the instructions and she turned on the machine and let me rest. She periodically checked in on me to see how I was doing. It was painless and relaxing. I felt 1000 times better when I left. Patty is a pro who's been doing this for over 8 years. She's licensed and very accommodating. The best part is that they refer to poop as "results." Had I not been full of water, I would have laughed my ass off. If you want to feel great and lose weight, do this. My second appointment is next week. read more

Everything was super except the removal of the wall clocks doesn't allow you to know how long you hold the water in. Had to hold and use my iPhone the whole time. Would be great to put the clocks back up. read more

It was such a blessing to find this place. Malyissa is so knowledgeable and caring. She truly wants to see wellness restored. The word "colonic" sounds scary to some. But trust me its not painful at all and the most natural way to remove your body of toxins. read more

This review is long overdue! After completing my 14th session, you could say that I have become quite the colonic expert. I cannot rave enough about the experience and staff. If you're anything like me, you spent hours researching facilities, watching video and reading blogs. I am so lucky to have found Rock Solid. Staff: Melissa is extremely kind and soothing. She makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world, she listens and genuinely cares. She will hold your hand and rub your back if she feels that you need comfort. She is very motherly and very pleasant to be around. Kelli is an angel. She feels like a friend to me now, she stayed late several times to accommodate my working schedule. She is ALWAYS in a wonderful mood. She is the biggest joy and so knowledgeable. She has an answer to all your questions. I was so impressed with her professionalism! The colonic Dun dun DUN. It is nowhere as scary as you think. The first time is the most trying. Once you get past your nerves, focus on your breathing, and see how your body is responding it is easy to enjoy the process. For example, I was so relaxed I would pop my earphones on and listen to meditation videos or watch a movie on Netflix. It was a very therapeutic experience for me! I was (literally) getting rid of waste that had accumulated in my body for years. I thought after going so many times that surely one day I would show up and nothing would come out, but I was wrong. I became eager to attend my appointments, excited to rid my body of excess waste. After every single visit I felt like I could go running for miles. I had so much energy, I couldn't believe it! I would come in tired after working all day and leave more energized than I had been at my best. Not only do you lose weight (disclaimer: not why I did this) but your skin clears up, you're in a better mood, and you feel lighter. I can't thank the ladies at Rock Solid enough for such a relaxing and cleansing experience. read more

I am a true believer in colonics after realizing it can give major relief to gastrointestinal conditions. Initially I was leery but after doing some research then visiting Melissa at Rock Solid Health Colon Hydrotherapy. I have no concerns about safety thanks to Melissa , a certified colon hydrotherapist in Round Rock , Tx. The office is located at 1106 S Mays St, Ste 210, Round Rock, TX 78664 Run...but don't walk if you are looking for a holistic way to manage your health. In addition, if you choose to try colon cleansing, take these precautions: Check with your conventional medical providers first, especially if you take any medications or have any health problems. Make sure your colon-cleansing practitioner uses disposable equipment that hasn't been previously used. Get a list of specific herbal ingredients and amounts in any colon-cleansing products you use -- some herbal supplements can cause health problems. Stay well hydrated by drinking lots of fluids while undergoing colon cleansing to prevent dehydration. I guarantee,Melissa will be very patient and attentive to your well being. Discovered Rock Solid Health after googling Colo Hydrotherapy in the area. What a peaceful and clean setting. Had gallstone attacks a few months ago and was not going to have any surgery; instead, found a book called "the liver and colon cleanse" by Andreas Moritz (a must read) and did the cleanse (twice now). it requires Colonics on the 6th and 9th day. A great experience even though at times uncomfortable. Such an odd thing to do, but life-changing. And I'm generally in good shape. Feel much better and more healthy afterwards: want to tell everyone about this place! Everyone is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend. read more
