Charleen is incredible! After being told I was facing knee surgery, I decided to check other options. I stumbled across Round Rock Acupuncture and have been seeing Charleen for almost a month now. She researched treatment options and discussed everything with me during my first appointment. I started seeing Charleen at Round Rock Acupuncture a few months ago for help with pain in my Neck and Shoulders. (it's where I hold all my stress) I couldn't ever relax my shoulders. Upon meeting her she was cheerful, sympathetic, and energetic. During the first visit we addressed additional issue's I had going on, as well. Things I didn't even know she could help with. (GI related issue's). She is extremely knowledgeable and really good at what she does. I felt extremely comfortable since she explained what she was going to do and how acupuncture works. I have been going to Round Rock Acupuncture for shoulder and mid to lower back pain for about 6 months. In that time Charleen has been able to get deep into my pain sites with cupping and laser acupuncture treatment allowing my body to heal naturally. Charleen is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely professional, but also very fun and easy to talk to. About two months ago I started seeing her for chronic migraines and back pain, and I am so glad I did! She definitely knows her stuff!! Very informative in regards to Eastern (& Western) medicine.
