After the first treatment, I felt better within a few days. Had a chiro massage a week later and am starting to feel more flexibility in movement. They are taking temps at the door, you are required to wear a mask in the waiting room and in your appt. You can remove your mask when you're face down in the chair, but face up do keep it on. This does make me feel safer and the employees do the same. Overall if you need treatment and are looking for a place with Covid precautions in place, look no further.

The person I spoke to (Dr. Peng I assume) told me that he has a person that processes VA appointments once a week and I'd have to wait until next week to be processed and subsequently called to make appointments. I couldn't believe that was the response. That is NOT what the VA thought they were getting when I was referred. A day or two later I got documentation in the mail from the VA to contact them directly. I called back and was given the same line. "We have one person, that works one day a week, to process VA referrals and you'd have to wait". So much for caring for patients in need or veterans. I explained that that was unacceptable and I'll be reporting PWC to the VA to let them know they were happy to take the VA's referral money...but in no rush to actually see veterans. When I called the VA to tell them what happened and report them, I was told the PWC had "declined me service". Um what?! I was NEVER "served". I lodged my formal complaint to the VA anyway and while I was on the phone with them, I was referred to another massage therapist in the area...whon not only took my referral but saw me THE FOLLOWING DAY! And the company and massage therapist have been AMAZING to work with. I review LOTS of businesses and try to support as many small business in my area as possible but I'll NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Ever.

I needed something and fast and this place had the soonest appointment. I was assigned Victor G and it was honestly meant to be. He is very strong, intuitive, checks in and talks you through the entire process and what's going to happen. I appreciate that because I don't have to worry something will be sprung on me without warning. The therapy: you just need someone to push really hard where it hurts. That's exactly what I always wanted- someone to press on my spine or hip or whatever until the pain went away. Well, lo and behold, this is EXACTLY what they do. And it works. This is *not* traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. It's very targeted and done fully clothed. Depending on your needs, you could spend 2 hours just on 1 leg. This is the level of therapy they get to. I can't tell you enough how much you need to try this, especially if you're like me and feel like you've exhausted all options and are close to feeling hopeless and giving up. In 1 session pain I had for 6 months was gone. In 2 things were so loose and working the right way that I felt muscles I haven't felt in years.
