I've seen Sandy twice and will be seeing her for a third time today…read more She is truly gifted. I've been struggling and boy do I mean struggling with chronic pain for years. I finally started getting my auto immune condition under control but was then randomly hit with this new full body dystonia. It has been awful. I just turned 34 and I've been consistently written off by doctors because I "look healthy otherwise". I was honestly fed up after spending another exhausting week in the hospital and made an appointment at Lake Creek Acupuncture. From the very first woman I spoke with to Sandy to the office manager, everyone has been so caring. For once, it's nice having someone who ACTUALLY maneuvers your body instead of just having you tell them what's wrong and they prescribe pill after pill after pill. Highly recommend for someone similar to me (and others) who aren't really sure why your body is doing what it's doing but know you need it to stop!

Achieve is a comprehensive provider. They begin with a great tour of the place and a complete body scan to diagnose your body's circulation. After that they take you through a proposed treatment plan and can get you started on the spot. After 3 treatments I still wasn't feeling better, but decided to really give it a longer try. If nothing else, those 3 treatments really helped me relax and get back in touch with my body. The 4th treatment threw me for a loop because my hot flashes intensified like never before.., but I took it as a sign that something was happening, and I was right! I am now 8 treatments in and have noticed a substantial decrease in frequency and intensity of hot flashes. So glad I found them!

After being diagnosed with RA in June of 2021 I decided to revisit acupuncture to see if it would help me manage my pain. I'm truly glad I did and found BLC acupuncture because during a really bad flare I had which felt like it last forever I was able to coop and work thru it free of medication, which has been my own personal decision. I have been a patient of BLC since October of 2021. Bella is amazing she really hears me out and addresses the issues that are affecting me on a daily bases. She does all work from acupuncture, to cuppling, tui na, and essay. These past few months have been a very challenging part of my life, beyond serious when I say I couldn't have come this far with my better physical and mental state without Bella/BLC. Thank you

I would basically float back to my car after our sessions. Her intake process was very thorough and covered any previous conditions or physical problem areas I had, but also covered what was going on with me mentally and emotionally and my personal stress levels. Her treatment approach was a solid balance between medicinal and holistic. We did a Human Design session once, before an acupuncture session, I enjoyed learning more about myself. We also did cupping once, too. I call her a mystic because of how amazing I felt after each session. She's fantastic and I highly recommend seeing her if you have any persistent issues or just need to deepen your own self care. I can't wait to see her again.

I am not the same person I was when I started. Each treatment is slightly different depending on what I come in with and I am always amazed by what it is I feel during and after a treatment. Audrey does an amazing job at listening to what it is I share and she supplements a treatment that boost my healing with whatever it is I am feeling physically and/or emotionally. This includes a wrist surgery and shoulder pain from work overuse (I'm a massage therapist). I also really enjoy the nuggets of Chinese medicinal wisdom she drops in during my treatments, they give me something to conceptually grasp and a sense of relief, that what I am feeling is all part of a bigger picture and that I am okay. Whether you are a newbie or a veteran to Chinese medicine, I highly recommend seeing Audrey if you are leaning towards acupuncture treatment. She has helped me tremendously with clearing old, energetic blockages that kept me in a sluggish, depressed state for years. If you are new to acupuncture and are curious about it, then I suggest trying one of the community nights. This was my first treatment. When I felt the cooling sensation arise over my lungs (this is where grief is stored in the body) is when I decided to make my first individual appointment. The experience at community night opened my door to the benefits of Traditional Chinese medicine.

It's always hard for me to write a "not great" review, but I do feel obligated to warn people that…read morethis is not the place to go for acupuncture. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, it was clear this is a churn-and-burn type of practice. Tons of people, everyone in and out within 10-20 minutes. I came in specifically requesting electroacupuncture. I told Dr. Jeff this directly, and both he and another staff member nodded and said "great," as if everything was aligned. It was not. I was taken into the "acupuncture" room and asked to lie face down on an extremely uncomfortable chair that was clearly meant for chiropractic adjustments- not acupuncture. I explained my tendinitis. He nodded, placed four basic needles in my arm, and said someone would come back to remove them. About 10 minutes later, a woman came in and took them out. There was no electroacupuncture involved at any point. No leads, no stimulation, nothing remotely resembling what I explicitly asked for. Then came checkout where I was shocked to be told I owed $175. I was informed there was a $100 "new patient" fee and $75 for the treatment. This felt completely unjustified. I was there for maybe 25 minutes total. In any legitimate acupuncture clinic, you're lying comfortably in a calm room for at least 45-60 minutes. There was no new patient exam this felt so scammy. I unfortunately booked a second appointment, mostly because I was exhausted from work and didn't want to search for another nearby provider, and didn't want to pay yet another $100 new patient fee elsewhere. That was a mistake. The second visit was also in and out within about 20 minutes. This place is an absolute rip-off for acupuncture. I do want to say that everyone who works here is very nice. That's not the issue. The issue is that what they offer is not real acupuncture as most people understand it, and it's wildly overpriced for what you actually receive. They should honestly remove acupuncture from their business name. I would like a refund.

It's funny to watch - I have to turn my entire body when someone taps my shoulder - but painful to live. I'm lucky enough to be just down the road and after reading all the great reviews, scheduled with Dr. Schwab. First appt, I'm like..."ok, I like her!". Great vibe, beautiful smile and very well spoken. She did a little bit of this and that and sent me out for x-rays. A week later, after examining them, she got into it. This lady has some strooooong hands and knows how to use them! I'm three appts in and, while I still have to turn my entire body, feel definite changes and loosening of my neck and upper back. She really has the confidence a chiro should have - none of this mid-adjustment second guessing. I went in with zero expectations, but she's amazing. Really. Thorough, thoughtful and really talented. And the rest of the office is great, too. Very friendly and professional. Clean space. Lots of parking. Blah blah blah. It's a top notch practice. And to the guy w the review after me - who cares about their politics? Is the doctor good or not? I don't need to be their friend or agree with their world views. Can they help me eliminate my pain? That's all I care about. Shy of them having body parts strewn around the parking lot, anyway. We're way too up in other people's business. Support the people who do good work, period. I have more important things to worry about - like being able to turn my head. Love this place. Highly recommend.
