My boyfriend told me about dry needling over 2 years ago. I was desperate and willing to do anything to relieve the knots and pains in my back. Unfortunately, for my first experience, I tried someone else because my boyfriend said Charleen couldn't take new patients at the time. I had the worst experience and I almost cried. After hearing about my experience, Charleen got me into her schedule!!! I've been seeing her for over 2 years now. Her treatments have been the ONLY thing that has helped my back. And my time with her is the highlight of my week. She's professional, sweet, caring, genuine, and damn good at what she does!!

Without hesitation she said, "Get a massage every month." I've followed that advice ever since, and I've been a member here for the past 15 years. As a hairstylist, my body is my livelihood. Standing for long hours and working with my arms all day takes a toll, and I truly believe these massage therapists have helped me continue doing the career I love. Their skill, professionalism, and genuine care have kept me feeling my best so I can continue showing up for my clients. I'm incredibly grateful for this team and everything they do. Investing in regular massage has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and this place has been an essential part of my wellness journey. I'm not sure I should say that, since it may make it harder to book with her in the future. Ashley is fantastic. I am 100% disabled, total and complete. I have spinal stenosis, muscular atrophy, Myelopathy, and Sciatica in both legs and arms. I see her once a week for an hour. She works on all my muscular issues that help with my anxiety due to severe chronic pain in my back, legs, and neck. She is very thorough and fun to talk to if you feel like it. Sometimes I talk, and sometimes I just lie there, enjoying the feeling of someone massaging my tight muscles. She is perfectly fine with either. She has great pressure, but she knows when something needs extra attention; she can attack it. I can only speak for Ashley, as I have not been with any other massage therapist who works there. But if they are close to what I think about Ashley, you will be in great hands. Another shout-out to the lady at the front desk. I am sorry, I do not remember her name, and I can't help that I'm 57. But you need to know she is awesome and always tries to get me the times I want. There have been times when I could not get the times I wanted, but that is expected. I work with her, and we figure it out together. I will go to Round Rock Health & Wellness Center for as long as I can. Wish they had one in Georgetown, but then that would be a renaming issue. I have to be honest: I don't handle any financial matters at RRH&W because I am covered by the VA.

Seems there are a lot of therapists who claim they do lymphatic but I feel it's rare you actually find someone professionally trained. Dali knew exactly what she was doing and was comfortable the entire time. A lymphatic massage should not hurt, it's pretty light pressure and I wouldn't consider it a massage. Yes things are happening but it's not super pleasurable like a Swedish massage just so you know what to expect. The office was super cute, there is a little shop in the lobby with crystals and such which I had to check out as well. I've actually bought a few things from the crystal shop in the past but this was my first visit in for Dali. I plan to go back in a week or so too. *oh and a nice surprise, making it much more likely I will quickly return, she doesn't take gratuities. My lymphatic massage was $125 all in. I was having a hard time wrapping my head spending that kind of money on a light touch massage since I'm a deep tissue fan, but now knowing I don't have to add a tip it is super reasonable. Takes the stress out of what to do as well which I love for staying stress free during and after

I just turned 34 and I've been consistently written off by doctors because I "look healthy otherwise". I was honestly fed up after spending another exhausting week in the hospital and made an appointment at Lake Creek Acupuncture. From the very first woman I spoke with to Sandy to the office manager, everyone has been so caring. For once, it's nice having someone who ACTUALLY maneuvers your body instead of just having you tell them what's wrong and they prescribe pill after pill after pill. Highly recommend for someone similar to me (and others) who aren't really sure why your body is doing what it's doing but know you need it to stop!
