Great experience. I was experiencing sleeplessness and pain after a knee replacement and the acupuncture and herbal supplement did the trick

Around the end of August this year, I came and saw Dr Wang because I had edema in my leg and lower body area.

After slowly working back to walking again, I'm attempting to do PT, but the pain is still intense, and sleep is difficult. Orthopedist doctor prescribed me Vicodin, and when I asked for an extension, referred me here. Was billed a $160 copay only to be told by the doctor that they don't prescribe opiate/opoid pain medication there, and they could maybe evaluate me to see if my condition was appropriate for Gabapentin. According to her, it's the only thing she can prescribe! Complete referral disconnect, organization name is misleading, no treatment rendered, but they still received my HSA payment. My only options now are supplements and OTC meds - not that they care.

They told her they were so excited for her and confident this this was gonna help and most people find relief the same day others will take a week, but it'll make a drastic difference. My mom lives alone and She had the procedure on a Thursday and it was recommended that I stay with her for the next 24+ hours after the surgery which I did and thank God I did cuz the next (Friday) barely 18 hours after the surgery her legs felt like wet noodles and she fell twice that same day . The second time we had to call ambulance and she went to ER cause she couldn't walk. I left endless messages with the messaging service. And nobody ever called us back. Later found out the clinic is only open till noon on Fridays I mean, why would you perform surgery on the person knowing the next day you're not gonna be available in case something happens Then on Saturday, one of the medical assistance called like he said he would the day of the procedure , to follow up on mom and I told him what happened, but he had no answers for me. I was hoping he'd pass this information along to Dr. Phillips who would in turn call me , especially since my mom ended up in the ER but that never happened After they released my mom from the ER, they had to put her somewhere because she was in no condition to go home so she had to go to skilled rehab Finally on Monday evening, Dr. Phillips called me told me he just found out that day and said It must've been a muscle spasm. So after the surgery on my moms first follow up appointment, she was hoping to talk to Dr. Phillips about what happened once again he was not available. She had to talk to the nurse practitioner Well, it has been three week since my mom's surgery and the promises of oh yes you're gonna feel so much better. We're very hopeful. is gonna work and she's worse than before she went in. Her legs are still very weak. She still has pain so here it is June 29 and I'm trying to get an appointment to find out why what we can do about it but guess. Nothing on schedule until July 30 she's gotta wait another entire month of pain and suffering. What a disappointment to first of all give her false hope by saying how confident they are that shes gonna feel so much better and then end up with complications afterwards and then almost a month still feel the same if not worse and nobody over there cares. Still can't believe the surgeon never called her to follow up on her and even knowing she had these complication afterwards didn't even bother to show up at her 1st Follow up appointment but had his nurse regurgitate whatever it was what to say to my mom

I asked how long does it take to receive medical records and she said 2 weeks. So cause it takes to weeks to receive records you change medicine's? On Monday October 8th, my Aunt had to be admitted to hospital. The hospital was told what happened. In less then 2 hrs they told her she was allowed to have her old pain medication. I called Doctor Foreman office to ask them to pull her hospital stay to get records. The lady that answered the phone says. I'm sorry Ma'am Your Aunt fired us, after she fires us she will have to find another doctor. No she didn't fire you she told you that she wasn't going to be y'all experiment. Imagine my surprise at getting a letter stating an office was closing? Turns out, it was HER OFFICE! I received the letter before her entire staff- and her were told in an office staff meeting ( which BTW- they thought was just another meeting) Then patients received ANOTHER letter from APC , just SO UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, and downright rude! I don't trust this office one bit anymore. My rheumatologist is still there, and I'm working on finding an alternative! :(

My visit was great, but the follow-up to request a refill on my prescription every month was terrible. No one would respond to my messages via the patient portal, I'd have to call and confirm multiple times to get a refilled prescription, and there was quite a bit of "red tape" to get authorization forms cleared for my regular medicine. Despite many requests to talk to the doctor or a nurse, no one ever called me back or responded to my messages, so I was stuck talking to their answering service time and time again. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to narcolepsy patients.

Since my first visit things have really gone downhill. The three stars are mostly due to the nurse…read morewho brought me back and the provider themselves. The front desk lady is fake and doesn't even pretend to be friendly if she doesn't know you. Some of the regulars she at least gave a veneer of friendly but if you have been in customer service for any number of years you can spot fake. I had to see an ER doctor after my first visit for something unrelated and they gave me a different pain med. Per the pain contract I had to let these people know and was told to not take it and on my next visit bring it in. The issue came when I ran out of the pain pill they gave me, I called with 3 to 4 days left of it and spoke to 3 or 4 people and got the run around. Basically told again not to take the pain med the ER gave me and they would see about a refill on the one they wanted me to take. By Friday I still didn't have an answer and they close at noon. I found out Monday they had sent it in but neither they nor the pharmacy let me know so I went Friday to Monday evening with no pain pills. I brought the pills to my follow up visit and they didn't even dispose of them which is why they asked me to bring them. The doctor now said if I ran out again I could take them and tell them which one works better!!!! Sadly I don't want to start all over and I like the doctor so for now I am sticking with them but if this continues I may not.

No longer recommend. Between the office experience and their office manager, Lauren, their…read morescheduling woman Sheila, and Dr. Singa himself, the service has drastically declined. There is a reason the other reviews echo the exact same sentiment. Lauren is rude and condescending and honestly, she has no clue what she is talking about half the time. They treat patients like transactions. That's it that's all. Last year, I ended up pregnant and miscarried but the way this practice treated me/the pregnancy/my other providers was honestly disgusting. Even then, I was receiving conflicting calls from different staff members having to repeat myself over and over again. There are several other pain management clinics to choose from. They lie about contacting you and when you show them they DIDN'T call you, they decide it's best you find care elsewhere. I bet. This is exactly what happened. I spoke with them on Tuesday the 3rd to schedule a follow up in March and by Wednesday the 4th they were saying I needed to be seen before my medicine could be refilled even though it was already due for fill and I was just seen last month claiming they called and left me message after message. Like I said, they seem desperate for money. As a manager myself, I see what is happening. Their employees are making activity notes as if they are doing their jobs but in fact, aren't. They don't like this being brought to light. Instead of taking accountability, they will make up more lies like "oh that's because so and so wasn't privy to that". However, if talking about an activity note that pops up on my account, ALL employees would be able to see this prior to scheduling an appt. Not to mention, THEY called me to schedule the March appointment. Not the other way around. They lie when it's convenient for them and fits their narrative. It's ironic that Dr. Singa would even have anything to say being that I haven't seen him personally since 2023. I was always pushed to his PA's. His prior PA Martin was very honest about how disorganized and chaotic this practice was/is which is why he left. His new PA Grace is lovely and I hope she makes it out of there asap.

He's extremely kind, patient, and overall an excellent doctor. I enjoy having him as my PCP. I just wish I didn't have to schedule so far out for an appointment. It's a blessing and a curse, because he's so popular! Mariana Racovita- I recently had an acute visit with Mariana and she was wonderful. Kind, courteous and more importantly thorough. I'd love to continue seeing her as well. The other staff (medical assistants and front desk) have been good for the most part. I've had some off experiences but are willing to look past due to the overall quality care received from Thrive. Shout out to the lab techs though, because they are always wonderful! Thank you!
