On my last visit during my IV appointment the nurse completely forgot about me, I had to track her down because my IV line began to fill be blood. The location is nice but the pricing is predatory, pre purchased IV and booster credits disappear randomly. If you're looking for an IV treatment I recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Don't trust posted hours of operation! Looks like they open and close at will. Even after posting about a Memorial Day drip special on social media earlier today, their door was locked when we arrived at 1pm. No sign or anything, just locked door. When you sign up they don't tell you that you can only use 1 credit at a time as they stack up. The employees are nice but the entire business model is predatory and shady. Complete bait and switch. Saw they are running a Sunday promo for $15 cryotherapy session. The sign said represent your favorite team.. I called and rep said bring any NFL team items (hat, tee shirts.. etc) and get cryotherapy on Sunday for $15. I went there today having both cowboy's phones and cap.. the front desk person doesn't seem interested to assist and said they won't honor it and said I have to wear a NFL team Jersey. I initially came to Restore Hyper Wellness to get an iv for dehydration. I was able to get it in a timely manor and it was a affordable option than a visit to an ER for an IV. This resulted in purchasing the membership. I am frequently plagued with allergies and colds. They offer many options and vitamin packages to help ease these ailments, including zofran. They have a nurse on staff that does of the IVs. Always very friendly. They also have these awesome massage chairs that make it even more worth while. If you are not in to that, you can lounge on a chase while getting your iv. I recommend this to everyone! read more

If anyone is suffering with swelling/inflammation post surgery or injury, I highly recommended the red light therapy followed by a local cryotherapy session. It reduced the swelling fivefold in just two sessions. I'm going back tomorrow for a third session. First timer with cryotherapy but it won't be the last! Restore is a great place to relax and heal. I had a cryo facial, compression therapy on my legs, and full-body cryotherapy. My lower back was hurting and this definitely helped, and I felt refreshed after! I am wanting to try the hyperbaric oxygen therapy next time I go. This place is poorly managed and there's a ton of staff turnover. I became a member here 4 months ago after their fantastic grand opening. After the grand opening, there was a change of management and I decided I wanted to go to another location, due to traffic. This place would not let me cancel NOR allow me to use my membership credits at another location until last month. Last month I decided to cancel my membership all together and of course they FORGOT to cancel it! I even have an email confirmation stating that my membership was cancelled. There's just a huge lack of communication within the staff and they do NOT listen to their member's needs. A cancellation should not be this complicated. read more

This place is amazing! We were taken care of by Chelsea, and she was so great! Extremely sweet and professional and had a genuine interest and concern in the issues my boyfriend was having. She explained the process very well and clear and made it all so easy. The cryo whole body and local cryo really helped the pain and issues we had. This place is legit. My husband signed up in November never to use his membership so cancelled in March. They won't let you use months charged for services, Luke my massage does it rolls over so you can still use it. Back a second time for the Radiant drip and magnesium add on. I called 30 minutes before and they were able to get me an appointment with no wait. I'm going to keep coming back every 10-14 days until I know I'm not going to walk past people and get a cold. Great service. I did sign up for the membership against some of the reviews. They are privately owned and not part of some of the other locations. They also have to have consent to bill and stop billing prior to the next cycle. I had to wait 40 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early to my 2:30 appointment so that walk-ins could be serviced ahead of me. After waiting, the consulting nurse denied my IV treatment because I was running fever the night prior. She suggested I go to the ER so they can run more tests. I explained that I've done that twice now under similar circumstances but that they find nothing and I end up basically just having an (even more pricey) IV treatment. I came here so that I could cut out all of that hassle and just get the IV drip to combat my dehydration. Won't be visiting again. read more

Can't stop bragging about the services this Restore location has to offer. The facility is very modern and clean. Totally worth the commute, even though it's not the closet location to me. I really like cryo therapy and hyperbaric chamber. The benefits are worth it and the rates are affordable. I do see huge improvements physically and mentally when I frequent treatments.
