They don't just maintain the space -- they set a tone that makes you feel welcomed and valued the moment you walk in. Whoever had the good judgment to hire them deserves a pat on the back. After trying out the IR sauna experience more than a year ago now (thanks to Yelp Elite!!) I thought I'd go back again. I recently ran my 11th marathon and had been dealing with water retention (tired, sore muscles holding onto ALL the water I presume), and figured why not take a spin in the sauna to help the recovery process? I was able to make a quick reservation the morning I planned to stop by. It was my first time at the Triangle location, and while I had to park in the parking garage and couldn't park in the infamous lot directly in front of all the establishments, it was not *too* much of a hassle. Once I was checked in, I was taken to my room, and the procedure seemed similar to before. I didn't realize that the TV didn't have the volume connected, so I had to watch in silence while I began to sweat profusely, LOL. In this session, I had to call it quits after about 25 minutes. I wish I had weighed myself before and after to see how much water loss had occurred (being the nerd that I am!), but I felt like it was a much more intense experience compared to my visit for the Yelp Elite event last year. My guess is that I lost about 2lbs in water weight. I did feel light-headed this time around and had to lie down for the last few minutes of my session. I also waited and cooled down in the lobby before heading out. Despite the session feeling more intense this time around, I'm more curious about making this a regular thing, especially if it can aid in my marathon training and recovery. read more

This is a great experience! I'd love to partake a bit more, but unfortunately the prices are VERY high for what you get. The actual place is very clean and well-maintained. They provide a lot of well thought-out perks, such as drinks available for purchase, hair ties, cold towels for when you are finished, etc. This location is great, too-it's right near a yogurt shop, an orange theory and even a natural grocery store. Hopefully, they can re think their prices and get me to come in the door again! read more

Make sure to book at the correct location. I was gifted a package of sessions and the manager was unwilling to help me out and transfer to the location close to my house or give me a call. They should be more accommodating given the cost and being a national franchise . Terrible customer service as other reviews have said. Go to sweathouse instead its cheaper anyways. read more

I just filed a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. I was sold two gift certificates in mid-December 2024 for the Westlake location. (It's the same owner for the former Westlake location, and theTriangle). The owner knew the Westlake location was closing on 12/30/2024 and still sold the gift certificates to me without disclosing this important fact. Never would I ever buy a gift certificate to the Triangle location. It's simply not convenient for me, and we all know about traffic in Austin... The owner refuses to refund my money. An employee wrote that "Unfortunately gift cards are a little tricky to refund..." Really??? The employees are lovely and genuinely try to help, but their hands are tied. They should stop and think that if this is the way customers are treated, imagine what's in store for them. I recommend they all look for work with a company with ethical business practices. read more

I tried out Perspire when they offered a discounted first session, hoping to feel some of the health benefits and relaxation a good sauna experience can offer. I've since been back to try a few more sessions that have for summer abs could not be more pleased with the experience. It is clean, perfected controlled temperatures in a welcoming sauna rooms you have to yourself. It is easy to book an appointment online or by calling. I especially liked that they have TV's in the room, even though I am not much of a TV person. What I found were multiple streaming options, but especially liked the relation picks suggested on YouTube. Calming music and imagery added to my experience, as did the session where I chose to watch a stretching session. This studio offers a variety of membership packages, from unlimited to ones that offer 4 or 8 sessions a month, with a 90 day rollover if you have extras at the end of the month. Each sauna room has a thermostat where you can set your preferred temperature, and it can be set to over 150 degrees. You also get towels, a cold eucalyptus towel and enough time around your session to relax for a few minutes after you finish. read more

Ugh this makes me sad to write this review. I have been coming here for a few years now and have mostly enjoyed it. However, it seems to have taken a downhill turn over the past year. Like someone else mentioned, I've seen cockroaches in the showers multiple times, showers have been broken in some suites, staff turnover, and increase in prices. The only employee that is consistently helpful, kind, and engaging is the new blonde lady (her name might be Robin?).She always makes time to greet clients and make sure we have everything we need. Recently the employees have been the timer police banging on doors, calling names and rushing people out so if meditation is your thing good luck. This is not "zen". Now they are also charging $2 per extra towel. What is the point of offering showers if you are charging guests to use towels to use them? Most luxury wellness gyms and places have towels available to use for no cost. For the cost I am paying to go here several times per month, I may as well invest in an infrared sauna unit for my home and it would pay for itself. Free towels, peace and quiet, and no cockroaches. read more

Went for my birthday, and did a couples sauna with my husband for the intro price. If you want to do a couples thing, you have to call in, you can't do it online. When we got there, they took us back to our sauna room. When she was showing me the room, the TV worked. But the second day left the TV stopped working. My husband went and told the guy at the front, and he came back and tried messing with it for a little bit, but in the end it was messed up/broken. We were not offered another room with a working TV.... Which would have been nice considering the room we paid for was supposed to come standard with a TV. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price for a room with only half the amenity. The sauna itself was great. I think it's a little odd that they don't afford every single person who walks in a shower, and that it's only for members... so if you are not a member, you just have to wipe yourself off as best as you can, and then get back into your clothes feeling slimy. When I was checking out at the front, the girl never told me what my total was. I had set up online my profile and added my card. But it still would have been nice to be told what my total was right then and there instead of me having to guess. Oh and lastly, parking was atrocious. I went on a Monday afternoon and every single spot near the business was taken. There's a solid amount of parking spaces there so I don't understand why every single one of them were taken, especially on a Monday afternoon. Absolutely terrible experience. When I arrived for my first session the person at the desk when I walked in had his feet up on the desk while on his cellphone and seemed perturbed to be interrupted at all.He had forgotten about my appointment that he had made for me over the phone just two hours prior and tried to figure out where to put me. He points down the hall and says "you can grab room 8". Mind you I had never been there before and got no introduction on how to work the sauna or what I needed to do,etc. I made my way and tried to figure it out on my own.The infrared seemed to go on and off which I wasn't sure if that's how theirs worked as previous saunas I have been in the red light is consistent. As I walked to the desk to leave I laid the $20 introductory payment on the desk and the desk person did not acknowledge or speak to me at all. Terrible experience all the way around. read more

Showed up for our appointment & no reservation in their system. The desk lady was dismissive & unhelpful. Said the morning person was new & must've messed up (she could see we'd been on the phone earlier). Didn't try to make it right. Just said we could book another day if we wanted. Wow where do I begin with this studio! First off right when you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest staff. They give great explanations and walk through of the studio and your room during your first visit, which was so helpful! The studio was perfectly clean and spotless. During my session I was able to watch the Netflix show of my choice, and the rooms are big enough I could even stretch during my sauna session! Afterwards I felt both relaxed and energized. To date I have completed 181 sauna sessions and my wife has done 95 sessions. I find it very relaxing and peaceful. I know when I walk through the door and see Jada working that the experience will go smooth. She greets the guests by their name and is very professional. She is a great employee and you can tell she takes pride in her job. I will continue to use this location until the Northwest Hills location opens again since it is closer to home. I did the $49 introductory trial week at Perspire - Triangle! Pros: - great location, easy parking - introductory trial week is a pretty good deal and a fair value, in my opinion - staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They consistently texted me throughout the week to check in, and they even prepared my room for me each time (by choosing my favorite color and putting on Hulu), which was nice. The customer service was a 10/10. - while the site was very confusing, booking through the app was pretty simple and efficient! - love the tv options. I don't have Hulu Live at home, so it was nice being able to catch up on Love Island. - facilities are very nice and modern! Everything felt very COVID-safe and clean/sanitary. The cold eucalyptus towel after each session was a very nice touch & refreshing. The showers were also luxurious, and I enjoyed all for the shower products as well - they smelled very nice! - small thing: but the filtered water they have there is very lovely! - I really enjoy the different light options, and I think the science is really cool! I like that you're able to adjust your own heat settings as well. I definitely felt very relaxed during and after my sessions, and I do feel like my sleep improved. - I don't naturally sweat a ton, but it felt nice to sweat at Perspire. I definitely felt detoxed and refreshed after each session. I do think it helped my skin, but my skin was having a somewhat manageable week regardless, so it's hard to 100% credit Perspire. I would like to try it again when my skin is being angry to see if it would improve breakouts/texture/complexion at all. Cons: - for me the price is a con. It's just unfortunately not in my budget for the moment ($40 each session for non-members). I came in a day or two after the founding-member deal ended, and if I would have discovered Perspire during that, I do think it's something I would try again and tried consistently. If my wellness budget increased, I would definitely consider adding Perspire into my weekly/monthly routine. - the website/booking situation was a little confusing to figure out. - while I do feel like my skin improved, my body and hair felt very dehydrated after my trial week. (I was drinking 3 water bottles per session and tons of water before and after). I am on medications that dehydrate my body and I do bleach my hair, so I think these problems were more on me than on Perspire. - I wish the walls were more sound proof. It's not very relaxing or zen to hear conversations and other people's TVs during your session, but once I turned on my tv, it was fine. All in all, I would definitely recommend Perspire! Though I personally don't plan to join as a member right this second, I think it is a great option and an awesome addition to the Triangle. It's definitely worth trying out, and it was a 5-star experience from beginning to end, even if there were a few cons. Would highly recommend! read more

This studio is fantastic. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful. Saunas and restroom always clean. I started coming in the winter but have enjoyed it so much I continue to come in at least 2x a month. Always leave feeling rejuvenated and elevated. There's chromo light therapy as well and they keep your preferred setting so it's always a lil rainbow throughout my saunas :) The cold eucalyptus towel to cool off at the end is a nice touch too!
