Today was my day 4 at this Perspire Sauna Studio in Southlake, TX and the experience just touched…read moremy soul and I was emotional and in tears...if you know what I mean. This place is magical, I thanked the owner Alex for opening this location close to where I live, conveniently located that I can come more often. My Skin looks shinier, I am sleeping like a baby, I feel like a new person. Excellent service always! Clean and smells perfect.

This was such an AWESOME experience. At first I thought, just another sauna but as I read more…read moreabout the benefits I was eager to try it out. This is not like your typical gym sauna. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly staff member. Alison, was there to give me a tour and talk me through what I would expect. She was very knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I look forward to seeing her next visit. Each room is private for you to relax, they all have t.v.s for your entertainment. Some of the rooms have showers, which you will absolutely want to do after. I never sweat more in my life, not even when I run town lake in the middle of summer. The last 20 minutes was a bit difficult since I was not use to sitting in a sauna for 45 min. I did feel light headed for about 15/20 min after. I anticipated that considering I have never done anything like that before and the amount I sweated. Alison was super helpful after, and mentioned she felt the same her first time. Once I got home my body felt extremely relaxed and I was in a happy mood. I've already told so many friends about trying it out, and look forward to my next visit. My only issues is that I live in north Austin so hopefully in the future they will open another location. I forgot to add how easy it was to communicate with them, I left some info out when I signed up online. I emailed them from the contact on the site and within 5 mins I had a response. After that I realized I needed to move my appointment up, and same quick friendly service. Wishing 5 mins they responded and accommodated my needs.

Five stars wholeheartedly to this beautiful place that offers an amazing deprivation tank…read moreexperience. This was my first time and I'm so glad it took place in a place as lovely as this. I can't wait to do it again. The young lady who agreed to us was very informative, took us through how it was going to work, showed us. The facility made us feel very at ease. She even made us a lovely tea when we were finished. The place is very clean and organize, smell nice and it's very local to residence of that area. Street parking limited, but it was easy to find. Although I'm not from this area, I definitely would recommend residence of this area to try it out if you haven't already.

Have been looking for a float therapy place that has full enclosed rooms. Ocean Lab hit the mark!…read more The rooms are set up so the shower/dressing area is right when you walk into the room and the float tank is 100% enclosed. No 'pods' where cold air seeps in which means you stay warm throughout the float. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly walking me through all of the services offered at this location. They are also open pretty late, 9:30 I believe. If you're looking to try float therapy, highly recommend this location.

Warning: Dishonest business practices. When I signed up, the female owner and attendant stated…read moreunambiguously that, when I wanted to cancel, I just needed to write an email the night before the next billing cycle. I did so and specified that my budget didn't allow me to continue a membership. The male owner tried to ignore my termination and charge me for another month. (He also tried to tell me that I was wrong about my budget....) I emailed back, telling him to cancel and refund my membership, per his wife's and attendant's statements. He sent me boilerplate language I had never seen and that I was not asked to read at any point before or after signing, stating that cancellation must be made 24 hours before and and "received during business hours." The latter is patently absurd, as a customer cannot control when cancellation is "received." False, misleading and simply sleazy. Caveat emptor with this business. Follow-up: The business owner again tried to charge my card, 30 days later, with my cancellation unambiguous and in writing, and clearly received. Nowhere did I agree to an uncancelable lifetime membership - in case that is the owner's next absurd argument. These people are con artists. I absolutely would not give them your card information under any circumstances. If you've canceled, check your credit card statements.

Great, clean facility with very kind staff. My first time going - I was given a quick (but…read morethorough) tour, and shown to my room. There's towel service, but only members have shower access - so plan accordingly. I stan the community vibe of a traditional sauna, but for a private sweat session - only minutiae could have made it a better experience. Thanks Perspire!

I came here for a Third Thursday promotion for more than half off of their drop in prices so please…read morekeep this review in mind as someone that has not committed to a membership yet. Third Thursdays here introduced me to a third space that people are so often lacking in the 2020s. Ceremony is a social spa where it feels like a homestay with amenities geared towards wellness. It's not like those medical-inspired clinics where things feel sterile (albeit safe) and intimidating. It's inviting and warm to match their encouragement of conversation. I'm greeted by healthy plants, fresh pumpkin-apple-bread and a tour of the space. The main facilities are an indoor cold plunge, an outdoor barrel sauna (both pictured), an even colder outdoor cold plunge, and an even hotter indoor sauna. Showers and a restroom is available as well as other services relating to east Asian practices, massages, scrubs, etc. If you're feeling like you need a break, there's a few couches in a homey lounge to sit on. There was a tea event happening in one of the rooms as well. Despite coming for a scheduled event, it actually wasn't busy at all (probably because it's a come-and-go situation over the span of 3 hours). It gives way to organic conversation and movement around the space as you participate in contrast therapy. I recommend starting with the more mild temperature-d facilities before moving onto the higher magnitude ones. It's not a gigantic space, but it's something that you can only expect in similar cities like Austin where people are willing to make a space like this and are not hampered by extremely cold temperatures. Getting a pack of drop-ins is most economic option since you can get the price down to around $25 for usage of their facilities that day. They also don't seem like sticklers that make you feel watched or pressured about anything. I can imagine those that come here feel like they are friends with the people that work here. If you're looking to connect with people, your body, and yourself, this is a great place to try.

I'm a big spa FANATIC and love exploring new places. PRIOR to booking, I called Kuya to confirm the tours that were supposed to come with a free day pass of sauna and cold plunges to try. The front desk gentleman on the phone CONFIRMED the complimentary day passes with tour and so we went. I mentioned we're from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated "no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now" I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. Not a place I'd want to spend money on if they were to lie to clients just to have them come from afar.
